21/07/2024: One star because I can't put zero... I've been placing orders for years, unfortunately my usual kebab shop has been closed... We fall back on Mr Kebab and there... What a farce... Order delivered after 2h15 of wait, the fries arrive and they no longer look like fat, the pancake is made up of meat sometimes overcooked, sometimes raw, it's cold... In short, once, not twice, to avoid clearly and for those who like it really good kebab, I advise you to return to El Ryad without delay!!!

15/07/2024: I've never had any problems, maybe sometimes a little cold, but I walk 15 minutes before eating it, so it's normal. Reasonable prices, and very good kebab. Pleasant servers, and I never had any problems with efficiency!

28/09/2024: More than 20 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru even though it is far from full. They got the wrong sandwich, I got a product cheaper than what I paid for (ordered and paid for a McChicken BLT and I got a normal McChicken, which is 45c overpaid on the menu). The only efficient guy in the restaurant is the one who cashes in at the drive-thru...

03/09/2024: So Help!!!! Are you recruiting hearing impaired people? We ask for Sunday caramel, we come home, it’s chocolate! Your double cheese is a joke!!!! What is that!! You are not ashamed to serve shriveled burgers for such a price!! The presentation of the burgers in their packaging is just shameful, just for two menus! Review your teams because it’s absolutely rubbish.

31/03/2024: Excellent store, you can find everything at a good price, lots of special Ramadan promotions at the moment, but otherwise in normal times, you don't come out empty-handed, the cash registers are completely open to ensure fast service, I recommend if you passed by 👍

01/12/2024: The pastries are a little expensive but the coffee is truly exceptional And the staff is welcoming. It's very rare to find places with such good coffee (the last time I had such good coffee was in Italy)

03/12/2024: There were 6 of us here that day. We're not from the area and we had to eat with our coats on because it was super cold there. Really disappointed! And not to mention our dishes which were already lukewarm on arrival. I won't come back.

15/09/2024: The person I wanted to chat with was very unpleasant and the meal was cold. I won't go back there again and I don't recommend it.

09/09/2024: It's unacceptable today I can't let it go, after a poorly made Big Mac with cold fries and now a burnt croque monsieur I'm overwhelmed and disappointed. It gets worse with each pass!

20/09/2024: Drive-through on September 19. The crew member in the first cabin was unable to page my loyalty card. The crew member in the second cabin lied to me by saying that it had been, even though it was noted on the ticket "you would have won...". Customer service also incapable.

17/12/2024: Deplorable.. Waiting more than 20 minutes, they are so slow that a number of orders accumulated and we were all in the small entrance. (No easel so we have to wait standing for our order). Despite ordering on site we were served in bags. We ordered 2 menus, and veggie nuggets. 1 fries were missing, and the nuggets were actually chicken....... A shame but it's not over. After pointing this out to them, they gave them new nuggets, that's what we thought, because indeed there were veggie nuggets this time, but the bottom of the packet still had chicken nuggets.. It's that alone, a reason for restaurant closure. We also ordered an m&m's ice cream which was delivered later, great news when we were told that there were no more m&m's.. Please train competent people, react in order to offer a quality service or leave the catering field. The Google note should have already made you react..
