23/02/2024: Very bad experience, terrible customer service. I contacted the company several times and they never responded. We ordered for a company meal, with a vegan person and this clearly put them in difficulty: - Unpleasant (even execrable) reception by telephone: presumption about the vegan person, no listening on your part and "it's true that if you have people who eat stones..." this is not an acceptable way of dealing address a client (and a person in general) - Non-adaptation to different diets: we expect a caterer to be able to adapt or offer solutions. - Last minute change of dish: we had stipulated to you from the start the desired service date, why not plan the selected dishes accordingly - I failed to specify accompaniments, they did not ask me for details and therefore took the liberty of choosing. Despite all this and my reminders, no one from the team came back to us with excuses, solutions or commercial gestures.

26/05/2024: We expect an estaminet. No outdoor service. Dish wanted to take away, packaging to be reviewed knowing that there is a takeaway service offered. Overall, the service offered was correct as well as the quality of the dishes.

26/04/2024: Bar that ruins the lives of all the inhabitants of the street, techno and bass music that is literally nighttime noise.

08/02/2024: I loved the custom-made cocktails, they were original, surprising, balanced and very good. I haven't tried the kitchen. The atmosphere was friendly and warm.

23/07/2024: Our lunch at this quaint, rustic, restaurant was superb. The limited menu comprised only local, traditional, meals and the quality and quantity of the different meals was excellent; it was great to try some local specialities. The charm of the staff and the local diners added to the overall experience, simply lovely.

06/09/2024: After touring the bars of the Citadelle on a Saturday evening with my cousin at 'Humanity' we decided that L'Abordage is by far the warmest bar Julien has nothing to do with it. Boss Baba Cool type ZZ Top big beard which ages him by 30 years while clean shaven he must be 12 years old. Good, very friendly atmosphere. And a really low price... Kisses to the company. 😘

06/11/2024: I love this coffee so much! I go there twice a month with my daughter for lunch, the sandwiches are incredible and personally the vegan hot dog is my favorite! On top of that, the service is great, always pleasant, it makes you want to come back. And the atmosphere is so cute Best sandwich in Lille for me, really

20/11/2024: Absolutely avoid catering unless you are a fan of frozen foods, fatty and tough meat and industrial cakes! Watch out for the little rascal who is not smiling and who is watching you via camera!!

04/11/2024: This was a charming setting in an old chateau. It has an actual moat with waterfowl. Our room was huge. It had a proper king size bed and a second room with a futon for our daughter. The bed was comfortable with great views of the garden. The staff was friendly. They had a small but fresh breakfast. We were staying in the off season and I imagine they would have more options when they have more guests. The only thing I did not love is that our room must have been above the kitchen. The part my daughter was staying in particularly smelled like croutons baking.

16/07/2024: I joined co-working for 4 consecutive days at the beginning of July. I share my satisfaction, and recommend the place. Space, connection, comfort, services, availability and good humor of the team in place, everything comes together to ensure an ideal working environment. 25/07/2024: Après plusieurs fois le midi pour manger exclusivement la soupe maison..choix toujours difficile car parfums très originaux..quantité suffisante..sandwichs très bons et endroit agréable et simple..

17/11/2023: L'acceuil est top, toujours souriant et bonne humour. La cuisine est bonne et je recommande leur Brownie et les donuts fourrés sont une dinguerie.
