14/07/2026: Over twenty minutes of waiting for my order! Picked up at the takeaway kiosk! And they were missing the sauces! A complete lack of organization; you could see them running around like headless chickens, making a mess of things.

12/07/2026: A 35-minute wait to place my order, and when it came time to pay, nothing in the order was correct… I didn't even bother to reorder; I just left. It's all well and good to display a 1:00 AM closing time, but when you can't even manage ten cars, it's worrying, especially since that's the basic principle of a drive-through… Never again!

16/07/2026: It had been a long time since we'd been to McDonald's. The meal was cold, the steaks were overcooked with no sauce, there was a mistake in our order, and to top it all off, there was something in the salad! My receipt had a QR code to give feedback, and at the end, the option to request a call from a manager... I've been waiting for that call for six days.

14/07/2026: I went there three times. The first two times I wasn't served because "we're out of bread"—surprising for a sandwich chain. And the third time, the icing on the cake: "We're closed" at 11:50 PM. This was the response from a young man on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. I imagine this young man wanted to watch the second half of the game; he's probably paid to do so. I'd like to see Subway's contracts... Not a fan of the business at all; don't go.

14/07/2026: We arrived at 9:50 PM and were refused service. If you don't want to work, you might as well not open at all. Between the other day when you didn't have any bread and today when you're closing at unspecified hours…

29/06/2026: I don't understand why there's no Wi-Fi. It's 2026! That's the bare minimum you can offer your customers!

01/06/2026: I came on Saturday and waited 27 minutes for just a chicken galette… And €7.40 for a simple chicken galette… I was expecting something substantial, but no, it was a "fit" galette!

23/12/2025: Having been coming to this chip shop for many years, it's always just as good! I'm surprised by the 1-star reviews, which I find very harsh. The servers are very accommodating regarding how you like your fries cooked. The portions are incredibly generous, and the prices are very reasonable! I understand that bad experiences can happen, but these 1-star reviews seem really strange. And yes, we know that sometimes it can be busy and therefore there can be a wait (plot twist, it's like that everywhere...). I recommend it!

28/04/2026: I arrived at 9 a.m. today, and the saleswoman was very unpleasant. She barely said hello or goodbye. Not very helpful. We will not be returning.

24/04/2026: Getting worse and worse, the bread is burnt underneath and undercooked on top. I won't go back. It's not enough to just raise your prices; the bread should be of a higher standard.

25/07/2026: The food was as usual, but while sitting at the table, one is constantly harassed by beggars! Something should be done about this.

24/07/2026: A rather unpleasant experience at the McDonald's in Lille train station… One nugget was missing from the order. My son politely went to ask for it, and what a surprise: instead of simply correcting the mistake, the manager chose to laugh at him. Apparently, counting to 6 or 9 nuggets seems to be an optional skill… and when a customer dares to point out that one is missing, the manager's "humor" kicks in. A missing nugget, that can happen. Making fun of a child who is simply asking for what they've paid for, however, is much less professional. 🍗👏

20/07/2026: Poorly laid out, not what you expect from a McDonald's, and they don't accept ANCV Connect while other McDonald's in smaller towns do.

25/07/2026: The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room was very clean. The atmosphere was welcoming. I came with my grandson. The meals were piping hot. I will return.

23/07/2026: A terrible experience. I had to send my burger back because it was inedible. The cook didn't even bother to make me another one. My burger was thrown in the trash and the service moved directly to the next customer, without any solution or apology. It's truly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I won't be going back.

04/07/2026: Catastrophic! 30 minutes for 9 nuggets. The delivery times are inaccurate. Half the order was missing.

04/07/2026: We arrived at 11:12 PM for ice cream, which wasn't served because "we don't serve ice cream at this hour." So why open the drive-thru until midnight in that case?! Really disappointed

10/07/2026: We came to the drive-thru today and the woman simply didn't take our order; we waited and then left.

09/07/2026: There's been a real decline with each visit. With every order, there's a problem: either an extra we paid for is forgotten, or an ingredient we asked to be removed is added anyway. This time, we ordered a mixed salad without tomatoes due to a severe intolerance… and unsurprisingly, it arrived with tomatoes. As for the galette, the two extras we paid for were practically nonexistent… It's truly disappointing. I've known this restaurant since it opened and have been a loyal customer for a long time, but the quality of service is no longer what it used to be. Judging by the numerous recent reviews, I see that I'm unfortunately not the only one with this observation. The most regrettable thing is that there doesn't seem to be any real improvement despite customer feedback. This experience was one too many. Unfortunately, I don't plan to return.

01/08/2026: Probably the worst McDonald's in the area. Mistakes have become the norm. We always ask for burgers without onions, and yet they arrive loaded with them. Omissions are also frequent: one time it's the applesauce that's missing, another time the toy from the Happy Meal... and I'm not even mentioning the Happy Meals loose in the bag without their iconic box. Today, we received an incomplete Spiderman toy: the webbing is completely missing! This might seem trivial to an adult, but for a child eagerly awaiting their toy, it's a real disappointment. With every order, we have to check everything, which is particularly annoying. And despite that, they still manage to surprise us. An occasional mistake is understandable. But when it happens with every order, it's no longer just bad luck, it's a serious lack of attention to detail.

31/07/2026: It would be nice to include forks and such when ordering a takeaway meal. I don't carry cutlery around in my bag, that's ridiculous.
