10/09/2026: I ordered takeout today and waited over 25 minutes for my order even though the restaurant was practically empty. The staff who gave me my order didn't say hello or goodbye, and my order was incomplete (I noticed too late). This isn't the first time this has happened to me at your establishment.

17/08/2026: Pevele Istanbul – Review A lovely Turkish restaurant with very reasonable prices and generous portions. The food was enjoyable, fresh and well presented, with a good variety of choices on the menu. The service was friendly, warm and welcoming. A special mention to Duran Abi 🥰 and Sultan Abla 🥰 — they were both so friendly, kind and attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Especially sitting in the back garden was such a lovely experience — a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. 🌿✨ For the price, I think it offers really good value for money. A lovely place for a relaxed meal with friendly service. I would happily visit again! ❤️

13/07/2026: Ordering and then not getting anything to eat. The order wasn't fulfilled, and on top of that, they had the nerve to speak rudely on the phone. A basic thing like not including raw vegetables or sauce in one of the breads isn't rocket science... There was also a sandwich missing from the order. In short, the service needs improvement, as do their politeness and business acumen.

04/09/2026: 25 minutes before closing time, it is already impossible to be served.

29/08/2026: We had a great experience at the Subway in Lomme; we were very well and pleasantly served by Loanne. The veggie burger was excellent and the kids' menu was great.

28/08/2026: The service was friendly, I can't say that, but I asked for extra sauce. My kebab was very dry. Honestly, I won't be going back. It doesn't surprise me that it's never busy. ... I tried it. Not the best I've ever had. No extra sauce at all. Avoid it.

23/08/2026: After a 45-minute wait, there was no more bread, we couldn't get our order, shameful!

23/08/2026: Last time I'll be here. They made me pay for an extra meal I didn't order, but when I explained, she rudely replied that it wasn't true, that I had definitely asked for it. Really unpleasant and dishonest. I advise against going there. Avoid at all costs.

18/07/2026: We usually get good service and the food is good. But tonight was a disaster. We waited over 40 minutes after ordering and were never served. The wait was far too long. They were prioritizing customers who had ordered by phone. They didn't even bring us drinks to keep us occupied while we waited. In short, we decided to get a refund. Very, very disappointed, and it's a real shame.

28/08/2026: Passing through this town, I just wanted to eat some good fries. I checked the reviews for this restaurant and thought, "Oh well, let's give it a try anyway, you never know, maybe people made a mistake." Well... I'll let you admire the picture of the fries: incredibly greasy, incredibly salty, in short, absolutely disgusting. The bread is frozen. The meat, on the other hand, is fresh... well, I hope so! I'll find out in a few hours. 😅 I asked the owner if I could eat there, mentioning that I only had my water bottle. He told me no, that I had to buy something. I thought, "No big deal, I'll eat in my truck." Before leaving, I simply asked him if he had put napkins in the bag, which seems like the bare minimum. And guess his answer: "Don't you have any in your truck?" Seriously… 🤦‍♂️ When I'm ever back in this city, I'm never setting foot in that restaurant again. I'm so fed up with some businesses that only care about taking customers' money, with absolutely no service or consideration. And I sincerely hope my colleagues, who spend their days on the road, will avoid this place. There are much better options elsewhere. 😡

11/08/2026: I understand it's frozen, but the fries on the menu were soggy, the meat was still pink and almost undercooked, not great.

08/09/2026: I went to this bar because I was passing through during my visit to Douai. Coffee was €1.90 and a glass of water was €0.30. The person behind the bar wasn't very friendly. The owner was nicer; when he arrived at the café, he shook hands with all the customers.

12/05/2026: Dirty café frequented by unsavory characters, and the owners are very unpleasant and disdainful. I advise against eating there unless you want to get sick. The drinks are subpar. Avoid at all costs.

20/05/2026: Hello everyone, so to sum it up, the tall bartender, missing two teeth and sporting a spider tattoo on his neck, who already looked pretty drunk, came over and told us to "take a bite" while unplugging our darts game, all to keep the party going until 1:15 AM when bars close at 1:00 AM. His attitude needs improvement; it's not the first time this has happened... Not to mention that he refused to serve us, making a slightly homophobic joke as an excuse. In short, I wouldn't recommend going there if he's around... and it would be good if the manager reviewed the bartenders' behavior. Furthermore, I don't think I'm the first reviewer to experience this kind of thing from this infamous "one-toothed" guy from the Phantom Brigade...

16/08/2026: Hello, Disastrous experience. We were strolling through the Feron'Arts market and wanted to eat at 1680. We waited an hour to be served, and finally, after seeing the tables around us being served and asking twice, we left to eat elsewhere. A serious lack of organization.

15/08/2026: Very disappointing, we waited over an hour only to not be served in the end. We had to change restaurants.

14/07/2026: I went there three times. The first two times I wasn't served because "we're out of bread"—surprising for a sandwich chain. And the third time, the icing on the cake: "We're closed" at 11:50 PM. This was the response from a young man on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. I imagine this young man wanted to watch the second half of the game; he's probably paid to do so. I'd like to see Subway's contracts... Not a fan of the business at all; don't go.

14/07/2026: We arrived at 9:50 PM and were refused service. If you don't want to work, you might as well not open at all. Between the other day when you didn't have any bread and today when you're closing at unspecified hours…

18/08/2026: I share the opinion of many others who have had a rather unpleasant experience. I was served on August 18th around 7 pm by two very unfriendly people, no smiles, no hello, no goodbye, nothing. I'm a regular customer and have been to this location in several cities, so I know the brand well. Furthermore, I ordered a drink, a pastry, and also a matcha glass from the new collection. I usually expect them to wrap it in paper to protect the glass when I buy it, and to offer me a bag, since logically I'm not going to walk around the mall with the glass, my drink, and my pastry in my hands. After that, my satisfaction quickly waned due to the poor service. Finally, I doubted the final price I was charged, so I asked for it to be checked. It felt like I was asking for the moon; the young woman at the register who took my order and the young man who checked it were incredibly nonchalant and neither friendly nor pleasant in the slightest. I'm going to mention this directly to head office. The only positive point was the delicious and well-prepared drink.

25/07/2026: Personally, for a Viennese hot chocolate, not great at all, very little whipped cream, not presentable, needs a bit of an upgrade.
