22/03/2026: We arrived yesterday at 9:45 PM...and there was trash on the floor at the entrance...disgusting tables...covered in food waste...so I approached a young waitress and walked around the restaurant to show her the filth, and she told me she'd had a lot of orders...Isn't hygiene essential in a restaurant? Isn't it possible to schedule table cleaning in your staff's schedule, for example, every half hour or hour? Even at the end of the day? What does your kitchen look like? At the end of our meal, the tables still hadn't been cleaned...only one waitress swept up the entrance floor where there was a lot of trash...[probably prompted by her colleague whom I approached to show her the state of the restaurant...]

16/03/2026: Even when I went to correct the incorrect orders, they gave me the wrong ones again. Absolutely terrible.

15/02/2026: Over 20 minutes of waiting, even though there was no one else in line. I ordered a meal without bulgur and with fries, but I ended up with bulgur and no fries. Even worse, I ordered a kebab plate and received a chicken plate instead. I'm absolutely outraged. To top it off, the baguette was too hard and unpleasant to eat. All this just so I wouldn't spoil my appetite. I won't be back!

07/02/2026: I ordered a single sandwich while driving alone. I waited over 20 minutes. No apology. The only explanation given was, "There are only three of us." You need to improve your customer service. If I could have given zero stars, I would have.

19/03/2026: Appalling! Even though the restaurant was empty, we waited 20 minutes to be served. Then we ordered McFlurries and received what was essentially soup. Truly deplorable service.

15/03/2026: I find it outrageous that we ordered 3 nuggets out of 4, received burnt potatoes, asked for sauces and were told they were inside but weren't, there was no napkin and they made a mistake with a sauce we had to ask for.

24/02/2026: Never again! My galette was cold, and the meat was awful... the galette wasn't even folded properly. It all went straight in the bin! Thanks for your professionalism.

16/02/2026: I'm a regular at Gur Kebab in Tourcoing and I'm never disappointed. The menus are generous, the portions are generous, and the service is efficient. Whenever the Tunisian waiter with glasses serves us, we always receive excellent service. He's quick, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend this restaurant!

12/09/2024: Some waitresses are rude. The toilets are out of service every time. In terms of waiting there are 15 to 30 minutes (to be reviewed)

A saleswoman even had the wrong customer and asked the customer to run after the other customer 🤣🤣🤣 we walk on our heads in this mac do To avoid especially if you have a train to take, don't stop there What is the management of this establishment doing????? Are they aware of the deplorable attitude of their staff??????
