22/05/2026: Frankly, I'm not at all satisfied with my experience at McDonald's.
The order took forever, even though there was hardly anyone in the kitchen. They called me to pick up my order when it wasn't even ready, and I had to wait even longer.
On top of that, I ordered a meal and some nuggets, and they gave me everything in a simple little bag, not even a proper bag, even though it cost me almost €20. At that price, you expect a minimum of care and professionalism.
The prices have become very high, and the service is completely lacking. It's really disappointing. I don't recommend this experience.

You tried to keep my review from being published online; I'll try again. Thank you for allowing me to exercise my freedom of expression. I haven't damaged the brand's image; I'm simply telling the truth.
18/05/2026: Drive-thru this morning around 12:30 AM: The blonde employee with glasses was extremely unpleasant. I ordered a €5 ice cream with barely any topping, simply asked for a little more, and she curtly replied that "I'm only entitled to one scoop," as if I were asking for the moon. No smile, no professionalism, not even a goodbye. If the job bothers people this much, perhaps they should avoid customer contact altogether. Paying this price to be treated like this is shameful.

03/05/2026: Good first time in April, quick, professional, friendly 5/5
Today: I'm number 45, I'm served after 46 and 47. A simple "don't worry, it's coming" or "sorry, your order is taking longer" would have been appreciated.
I had to get up thinking I'd missed my turn.
If only the order had been correct. No cheddar on my fries +€1

29/04/2026: The food was fine, no problem there. However, the cashier—or whatever it was, the girl who worked inside—really needs to be replaced before she drives all your customers away. She's awful, very grumpy, and rude. I won't be back just because of her.

03/09/2024: Never come the week of August 15 during the absence of managers, the restaurant was dirty, the bins empty, the toilets horrible & a certain relaxed atmosphere noticed as unprofessional.

05/12/2024: A really long wait at the drive-thru... we're here for "fast" food, we can limit ourselves to leaving the car in the drive-thru line and going to eat at the McDonald's next door so that the line won't have moved
05/12/2024: Deplorable quality of service, no smile even though there were not even 5 in the restaurant, spilled the coke on the tray, not a lot of cheddar even though we paid extra, overcooked burger, wrong sauce, and also when They asked for salt at the checkout, feeling like they were pissed off. I advise against it

17/09/2024: I didn't know that Gilbert Montagné worked for you, the hamburgers are looking more and more…. to nothing.
Note that cheese is always better in the mouth than on paper.
Also note that the word “fast” in fast food is clearly not understood by employees.
Tuesday, two cars at the drive-thru, almost no one in the restaurant…. 30 minute wait.

20/09/2024: Drive-through on September 19.
The crew member in the first cabin was unable to page my loyalty card.
The crew member in the second cabin lied to me by saying that it had been, even though it was noted on the ticket "you would have won...".
Customer service also incapable.

18/12/2023: Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles (ni sur sa façade ni dans ces avis). Les équipements ont vieilli, le petit-dej est très basique, et surtout ils se permettent de mener de grands travaux pendant la présence des clients et ce dès le matin. C'est un défaut de professionnalisme et de respect inadmissible pour un hôtel qui se prétend de cette gamme. L'hôtel est en transition entre Crowne et Hilton, soit, mais alors il faut le fermer le temps des travaux et assumer le manque à gagner. Je n'y retournerai pas, quelle que soit la chaîne dont il fait partie.
16/12/2023: Assez déçue de cet hôtel testé pour une nuit lors d'un déplacement professionnel...
Les + : localisation proche des gares / la literie / le petit déjeuner.
Les - : chambres vieillottes et vétustes qui méritent un bon rafraîchissement (surtout la salle de bain).
Si j'ai bien compris, l'hôtel a été racheté et devrait être rénové... ce qui est nécessaire !

An order for 5 people and 2 are correct..
We asked for Cheesburger with burguer sauce without raw ingredients, to end up with Chees with samurai sauce with raw ingredients that would tear your face off and so on...!
We didn't even bother to come back to return our order, so consider yourself lucky,

You go there to have a quit drink or spend time with friends. The barman knows his stuff. He'll let you be, but serve you in a sec when you order. Good stuff!
