21/07/2024: One star because I can't put zero... I've been placing orders for years, unfortunately my usual kebab shop has been closed... We fall back on Mr Kebab and there... What a farce... Order delivered after 2h15 of wait, the fries arrive and they no longer look like fat, the pancake is made up of meat sometimes overcooked, sometimes raw, it's cold... In short, once, not twice, to avoid clearly and for those who like it really good kebab, I advise you to return to El Ryad without delay!!!

15/07/2024: I've never had any problems, maybe sometimes a little cold, but I walk 15 minutes before eating it, so it's normal. Reasonable prices, and very good kebab. Pleasant servers, and I never had any problems with efficiency!

03/09/2024: So Help!!!! Are you recruiting hearing impaired people? We ask for Sunday caramel, we come home, it’s chocolate! Your double cheese is a joke!!!! What is that!! You are not ashamed to serve shriveled burgers for such a price!! The presentation of the burgers in their packaging is just shameful, just for two menus! Review your teams because it’s absolutely rubbish.

28/09/2024: More than 20 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru even though it is far from full. They got the wrong sandwich, I got a product cheaper than what I paid for (ordered and paid for a McChicken BLT and I got a normal McChicken, which is 45c overpaid on the menu). The only efficient guy in the restaurant is the one who cashes in at the drive-thru...

30/12/2023: Very nice and pleasant waitress, we were well received. The food is on par with fast food 👍 Note that it is no longer a subway, but the concept is the same (with hamburgers, pancakes, snacks and desserts in addition).

15/09/2024: Wait more than 40 minutes for 2 pizzas. Plus they made a mistake in my order. Never again.

14/09/2024: Very disappointed with the pizza meatballs sweet chili sauce Sweet means sweet it had nothing sweet ultra spicy result a pizza in the trash

15/09/2024: The person I wanted to chat with was very unpleasant and the meal was cold. I won't go back there again and I don't recommend it.

09/09/2024: It's unacceptable today I can't let it go, after a poorly made Big Mac with cold fries and now a burnt croque monsieur I'm overwhelmed and disappointed. It gets worse with each pass!

05/09/2024: Today I went to Drive @mcdonald's La Gorgue, for a promotion with my child. The promotion includes: Free McFlurry FOR 1 Maxi Best OfT™ Menu of your choice* purchased. Offer valid until 09/08/24 or while stocks last exclusively in your restaurants, upon receipt of this coupon at the checkout or at the drive-thru or for any order placed at the order terminal or for any order placed on the site mcdonalds.fr or the Mobile McDo + application. 1 offer per payment, cannot be combined with other current promotions. So I went to the drive as agreed at my restaurant Drive McDonald's La Gorgue. Once at the order terminal I announce the offer to the team member... So that he tells me that it is only a WEB offer via the application. So I arrive at the second payment terminal to explain the offer to a natural person... The young man closed the window... and did not continue the conversation... So when I arrived, either the third withdrawal terminal... I ask for an explanation and an establishment manager to explain to me why the refusal... A very young person arrives and informs me that she is not informed of the offer.. Apart from telling me get out of your vehicle. Come to the restaurant. We will find a solution.... And lost 30 minutes? Out of the question... I think I'm a very good customer at McDonald's. We unfortunately had bad experiences in this restaurant in the sense that we often forgot our orders... Desserts, ice creams, the wrong burger, potatoes instead of fries... In short, already quite a few errors (In addition to the addition of the refusal to apply a promotion just for a free mcflurry... 04/09/2024: So Big Mac super nice and good, McDonald's nuggets like dab nickel but portion of awful cheddar fries (very few fries compared to the price of the order), almost more cheddar than fries, very disappointed by that, average service, well in short not up to expectations and the price, favor the chip shops.

31/03/2024: Excellent store, you can find everything at a good price, lots of special Ramadan promotions at the moment, but otherwise in normal times, you don't come out empty-handed, the cash registers are completely open to ensure fast service, I recommend if you passed by 👍

12/09/2024: The staff takes their time chatting while the orders are ready in front of them.... A saleswoman even had the wrong customer and asked the customer to run after the other customer 🤣🤣🤣 we walk on our heads in this mac do To avoid especially if you have a train to take, don't stop there What is the management of this establishment doing????? Are they aware of the deplorable attitude of their staff??????

12/09/2024: Some waitresses are rude. The toilets are out of service every time. In terms of waiting there are 15 to 30 minutes (to be reviewed)

12/09/2024: 20 min wait for my order, plus the fries were cold and the restaurant no longer prepares salad from a certain time… SHAMEFUL…

11/09/2024: Literally the worst McDonald's, a lot of waiting with almost no one in the restaurant to receive an incomplete order with bread that was way too toasty To avoid as much as possible

20/09/2024: Drive-through on September 19. The crew member in the first cabin was unable to page my loyalty card. The crew member in the second cabin lied to me by saying that it had been, even though it was noted on the ticket "you would have won...". Customer service also incapable.

19/09/2024: I was quietly eating my menu when a UFO fell right next to me... it was broadcast on BFMTV

21/08/2024: Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié de manger car nous étions envahi de mouche ! Ils ne vident apparemment pas bcp leur poubelle ni les nettoye ! Je préfère vous prévenir si vous souhaitez vous petez le bide au macdo.

18/08/2024: For a €65 drive-thru order, we only received one potato chip sauce, for several menus. Are we supposed to share it with everyone? However, we did ask if there were potato and fry sauces, and we were told "yes, at the bottom of the bag". It's unacceptable to only have one sauce for six people, and on top of that, a fry was missing when we arrived home.

08/09/2024: Croque ch’ti at €8 (which is not included in the formula) and which is not garnished…I advise you not to go there

23/08/2024: Avoid not friendly, 2 to serve, bad surprise: the cutlery is not provided for the salad to take away and croque ch'ti at 8€ too expensive for 2 dry toasts too salty

30/08/2024: My god, never again, I'm on the road all week and I'm doing McDonald's and I've never waited so long, it's crazy 23 minutes, a room full of flies, dirty tables.. never again

29/08/2024: Came for a salad and a sandwich 20 min wait no clean table. Flies delight in the food on the ground and on the table. The salad was not great, the croutons were very soft, the salad was hot and the chicken was lukewarm. Lots of flies everywhere. The person who brought us the tray and served the ice cream was pleasant.
