17/09/2024: So where to start? First the basic “good evening!” Uh well no. A slightly commercial smile just to make you believe that you are welcome, either...no problem it's 8 p.m. the girl must be tired. Come on, second chances, sandwiches. Well, how can I put it? When I order a plain chicken in 30 oat and honey bread and I end up with heated tuna with cheese in white bread....well I don't like it, sorry miss! And what's more, as I'm a trusting person (I know I'm not smart) I go there once I get home. Second sandwich, white bread steak and bam! Very dry sole, miss it too! In summary, sorry but I won't come back eh! PS: a little customer relations internship wouldn't hurt the teams! Big UP to the manager who will tell me that he is sorry that my experience was disappointing but hopes to see me again....no don't insist I won't come back 😉

28/09/2024: I come for two happy meals and a snack, I'm missing the drinks, the napkins, and the books. I go back, they give me what's missing, well no, they put it all on the plan and get on with it. So I would like to be a team member with you, but the least I can do is pack the customer's bag and above all not make any mistakes!!! It's two happy meals, not an order after a football match or after the end of year celebrations. How will you do in the coming months? See your teammates again and good luck. I'm modifying it because I haven't finished yet. I order a happy meal croque so that my daughter eats a cheese croque, not a paper one. The packaging sucks, it's crap. Results, the croque no longer looks like anything, and the fries are cold as usual.

30/11/2024: I won't put more on this Gur. Sorry but the place itself was dirty. Fat and cola everywhere in the upstairs room. The meal was not better at all. Cold fries, a meatless kebab and just salad. And staff who made the wrong order. Brief!! A total disappointment. Sorry

02/11/2024: Frankly, you should avoid this disgusting "kebab", which is not even one. The meat could be at least good but I don't even have the words to describe its mediocre quality.

12/08/2024: A waitress bitter because a man came to talk to me, (I suppose it was her Crush) but I knew nothing about it, I was at the bar and we spoke politely with all respect, she saw red without tell me why, I didn't understand what was happening to me, alienated all the waiters to the point where they allowed themselves to throw away my beer which I had left at the counter and which I had paid ! She also took the liberty of telling the boss that I had been insulting to him 😮 when obviously everything was false. I tried to talk to her about it but this cow refused! Everyone took their side because she’s their employee! There is a very bad spirit there and a lot of bad faith! I thought for a long time where the problem came from but after careful consideration it was because of this poor boy who had asked me for something as ordinary as the time lol!! I strongly advise against it and believe me there are plenty of other bars in the area where it's fun and the service is great! In addition, they basically discriminate, it’s rastons! The bearded man at the entrance insults the slightly tipsy women at the entrance! Obviously they don’t sell water! Don't open a bar otherwise! In short, this place disgusts me!

07/09/2024: I placed an order totaling €64. Unfortunately it was not complete, which I can understand. However, when I contact them, they ask me for my order number and then tell me that this is not possible given that the establishment is closed. Utility? None. When I explain to them, there is a strong absence of empathy, of understanding. But there is a strong presence of I don’t care. Sympathetic when you are “wrong”
