09/05/2026: An exemplary McDonald's! The McDonald's in Villeneuve-d'Ascq is impeccably clean, which is truly worth highlighting. The floral decorations add a pleasant and elegant touch, which is very much appreciated. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Frankly, it's a welcome change from some McDonald's in the Paris region… The difference is striking! The chain really should take these quality discrepancies into account. Well done to the whole team for this beautiful McDonald's!

12/05/2026: Good evening, it's 10:30 PM. I ordered a Ligue 1 meal deal for €21 exactly. I was waiting for my meal and sat down at a table. I saw a young woman complaining to her boyfriend (hey, it's not my meal deal!) and she was unwrapping the hamburgers—it's a disgrace! Her boyfriend took them back to the register, and I saw the cashier put them back in the papers she had torn up and bring them back to me. It's a disgrace! Is this forbidden? Where's the hygiene in the restaurant? I strongly advise against going there if you don't want to get sick. 🤢

07/05/2026: After a two-hour drive, we took a short break to eat and use the restroom. Let me tell you right now, we left without having done either. The staff was so indifferent it was chilling, even though there were zero customers (and we quickly understood why), so it wasn't busy. We turned around in a flash, and as for the restrooms, let's not even talk about the hygiene... It was a first and last time for us; definitely avoid this place!

17/05/2026: Shameful! On May 17, 2026, a friend of one of the waitresses went into the kitchen and served himself food from the trays. A critical lack of hygiene; avoid at all costs!

07/05/2026: Thursday, May 7th, 8:30 PM drive-thru pickup, the young woman taking the order was fantastic! 5 stars just for her!

28/04/2026: I arrived at 9 a.m. today, and the saleswoman was very unpleasant. She barely said hello or goodbye. Not very helpful. We will not be returning.

24/04/2026: Getting worse and worse, the bread is burnt underneath and undercooked on top. I won't go back. It's not enough to just raise your prices; the bread should be of a higher standard.

12/12/2025: My first experience a few years ago was wow, but the last two times have left much to be desired, and today was the worst: the chocolate croissant was even colder than the outside temperature at 7 a.m.... At €2.30 a croissant, it should at least be "fresh".

09/12/2025: Fascinating place, they gave me soy milk when I ordered oat milk, the cappuccino was COLD somehow and I paid 6 euros for it.

13/05/2026: The person was very helpful, but some items were missing from the order. We came back, checked again, and things were still missing. I understand it was the end of the day, but someone taking the order, processing the payment, and preparing the order could pay a little more attention to this.

03/05/2026: With McDonald's, there aren't many surprises; you know what you're getting. However, regarding the service this evening, May 3rd, out of the three takeout meals I ordered, two of my drinks were incorrect. This was quite disappointing.

03/05/2026: We were with friends waiting for a friend who was due to arrive in 15 minutes. There was no one inside, and we were asked to leave. We were about to order, of course. The employee was very disrespectful. I'm disappointed; I won't be going back there.

20/05/2026: Why is it that every time we decide to get McDonald's at the drive-thru, it's always the same story? Arrived at the drive-thru at 6:45 PM, left at 7:05 PM… Not so "fast" for a fast-food restaurant. "Get in seat 2…" Ugh. Luckily, for once, our order was complete, except for the ice cubes… which we hadn't asked for.

17/05/2026: A 30-minute wait for overcooked, yet cold, fries. Our order wasn't finished, no sauces, no games, no dessert. Appalling service, a disastrous welcome, and all this in a restaurant where there were maybe 10 people. Overflowing trash cans, a floor as slippery as an ice rink, but we still had fun sliding around on the chairs. Special mention for the atmosphere, thanks to Vero's birthday! Happy birthday! I won't be back, except maybe with Vero!

28/04/2026: I'm currently at the drive-thru. I rarely leave reviews, but I thought it was time. I live nearby, I come often, and overall, the service has always been pretty poor, especially at the drive-thru, where I've never felt much enthusiasm. Why five stars? Because today I had my order taken by a young man with a microphone and a hairnet! Kudos to the very smiley young man who was taking my drive-thru order today (April 28th) at 2:40 PM... Nothing more to add... I haven't even eaten yet, I'm still waiting in line, and yet I'm giving you five stars! Solely because of his customer service! Well done!

19/05/2026: I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction. I understand that mistakes can happen, but in your case, it's becoming far too frequent for my liking. The latest example: we ordered double cheeseburgers, and when we got home, we received single cheeseburgers… for almost double the price. I contacted you with proof and photos via Facebook and Instagram. You asked for my phone number… but since then, nothing. It's all well and good to respond to customer messages, but you need to follow through. We paid for a defective product, and there was absolutely no follow-up. Customer satisfaction isn't your strong suit 👎🏻

27/05/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars. A 40-minute wait for one ice cream was unpleasant. I definitely don't recommend it; don't go there.

27/05/2026: Once again… the fries were cold and inedible. It's particularly disappointing. I can understand the rush and the difficulty of processing all the orders quickly. But how can you explain serving a lukewarm hamburger with "cold" fries? It ruins the whole experience. And don't tell me I should have come back and they would have changed the fries. With the crowds, we're not going to come back for hot fries just to get cold hamburgers. This kind of nonsense ultimately makes the experience disappointing.
