03/09/2024: Passing through the region, arriving at 10:00 p.m. on a Friday evening with the door closed, we were sent to the drive-thru, because no more services...in ROOM...a fast food which no longer serves at 10:00 p.m. never seen that...so head to burger king next door.

01/09/2024: Already 45 minutes of waiting for click and collect. The cars that arrived after us and go through the drive-thru exit before us 🤔🤔🤔

10/09/2024: I ordered a best of with 9 nuggets results only 6 nuggets... Maybe a mistake but disappointed 🙁

05/12/2024: Deplorable quality of service, no smile even though there were not even 5 in the restaurant, spilled the coke on the tray, not a lot of cheddar even though we paid extra, overcooked burger, wrong sauce, and also when They asked for salt at the checkout, feeling like they were pissed off. I advise against it

22/09/2024: Single handledly the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to in the world. Had a kids play area and was staying overnight in Dunkirk and wanted a quick easy meal. This place is dirty, staff get your food wrong, even when it's ordered from a machine. It was absolute chaos. I don't speak amazing French but spoke to a member of staff in French about missing order items. She walked off and ignored me having agreed the bits missing. 15mins later I had to speak to another member of staff at the counter who kept processing one missing item at a time, even after I resorted to using Google translate to ensure it was lnt my French being the problem. This place is awful. So so bad. The franchisee needs bringing to task.

16/09/2024: Too bad we can't put 0! Even today we arrive at 2 p.m. served at 2:45 p.m.... hard and cold fries (see the comments they've been serving cold fries for 1 year and that's the problem...) and a barely warm hamburger, I ask to the waitress (with a braid and a white t-shirt) to replace our fries she tells me they are not cold, I say yes and then she touches my fries to check!!! She tells me that it's normal because there are people... and that she's going to get more 10 minutes after our cold hamburger now because we were waiting for our fries, still no fries! I go to the counter (I wasn't there alone complaining about the fries, even a young man told me that he had been waiting for 10 minutes and that the waiters, apart from blowing and looking up, had not given him any fries. hot) and fortunately another waitress in a black t-shirt who I think is a beginner but who was the only one interested in my problem finally served me! 3 colleagues before completely ignored me... plus the dirty table was my partner who had to clean it and the trash was overflowing on the floor and we found paper on the floor throughout the McDonald's... In short, don't waste your time going to this McDonald's. don't tell me that you will report the problem to the department concerned, from what I see it's useless. Small opinion also on the sympathy between waitresses, it would be good if she spoke properly in front of customers... So I will never come back to this McDonald's again. Edit: you tell me to contact you but I explained the problem directly to the counter and it already seemed to really bother the employees so on the phone I think it will be the same. Don't worry, I won't set foot there again 😄.

29/05/2024: I didn't really like the new automatic terminal system because one person in front of me had a lot of orders recorded So a lot of waiting for the box system I validate for the fries to see

14/05/2024: By ordering there, you are sure to leave with a full stomach. Fries are good, burgers/american are ok. Since the change of ownership, they no longer take orders by call and are taking longer: not easy for those with a fairly short lunch break.

11/12/2024: We went to Quick with family last night coming back from Dysney we arrived at the terminals to order this one gives us no receipt no order number and this on several terminals so the young staff was unable to know which order belongs to which customers had to say their order orally to know who ordered what so I told them that no one has a receipt as the terminals do not print them after 15 minutes they bring our order back to us on site but this one is not not the right one my wife brings back the tray and tells them that it is not what we ordered the young person apologizes and says that he switched with another customer so we wait for them to start the order again from the wait my cousin had finished eating, the manager arrived and told us with a haughty and unapologetic air that it was us who made a mistake and that the order was the right one when we told her no while there were 4 of us she insisted so I expresses my dissatisfaction to him and this goes without saying, my wife goes back to get the tray it's fish nugets instead of chicken while my daughter is allergic when we go back to have chicken nugets the young employee tells us that the manager Alexandra François does not want to change the nugets because Madame was not happy that we told her things so my wife and my daughter do not even eat thanks to the manager who has no sense of business

03/08/2024: CATASTROPHIC order!! We will never come back to your house again, An order for 5 people and 2 are correct.. We asked for Cheesburger with burguer sauce without raw ingredients, to end up with Chees with samurai sauce with raw ingredients that would tear your face off and so on...! We didn't even bother to come back to return our order, so consider yourself lucky, Best wishes. 👎🏻
