07/09/2026: I'm giving it 4 stars because, unfortunately, the service, speed, friendliness, and cleanliness depend on the staff on duty and certainly on the manager. Sometimes they're super friendly, the place is clean, and the service is fast, while other times it's much slower, not clean, and there are oversights.

02/04/2026: I ordered a chicken mayonnaise sandwich. It was absolutely disgusting. The mayonnaise on the bread was sickening, with a few red onions and pickles. Run away!

07/06/2026: At first, we thought we were going to have a good time. Our enthusiasm quickly faded when we were kicked out to close the bar at midnight on a Friday night, even though we had a reservation until 2 a.m., under the pretext that there weren't enough customers. The waitress was unpleasant and aggressive. The cleanliness also left much to be desired. We found several cockroaches in the basement and in the restrooms. Avoid this bar! You're sure to find better elsewhere.

Please quiet your noisy customers, as I'm filming everything from my apartment in preparation for a future complaint with my neighbors. :) For your information, the noise level must not exceed +5 dB(A) during the day (between 7 am and 10 pm) and +3 dB(A) at night (between 10 pm and 7 am), even on weekends. Luckily, in addition to filming, the app I use measures and displays the decibels. Clearly, without threats of legal action, dialogue with you isn't working, so here we are. Noisy bars are easily shut down by the city council; will it be your turn next?

24/07/2026: Hello, I placed my order around 12:20 AM this Thursday, July 23rd. I know it's closing time, but I'd rather be told that the product is out of stock than be served an order with more than half of it poorly prepared and recipes not followed, especially considering the current prices. A harissa wrap with just chicken and sauce, a cheeseburger without onions or pickles, and to top it all off, only half a slice of cheddar cheese, not to mention the steaks which were way overcooked, lukewarm, and dry… A serious lack of professionalism and respect on the part of your employees. Sincerely.

20/08/2026: Just because you work at McDonald's doesn't mean you shouldn't be professional. Sorry, but when I'm washing my hands in the restroom and one of your employees rushes towards the door leading to the offices or the kitchen, nearly bumping into me, the least you could do is apologize and show some basic courtesy. Furthermore, as I was leaving and passing by the door to the kitchen, there was a major altercation between several employees. One of them was even telling another to leave, threatening to start a physical fight. I expect at least a response and an apology; that would be the least you could do, especially after what I witnessed, even though I was outside the restaurant.

06/09/2026: This Uber order is a complete joke! No dessert, and the sandwich wasn't even toasted, so the cheese wasn't melted, and the bread was awful. You should probably give your employees a talking-to because you can't forget to toast bread with cheese that's clearly not melted, just sliced, and then you add the vegetables!

06/09/2026: Not only did we receive the wrong order—just one 30cm sub instead of two complete meals—but frankly, given the preparation (not even toasted...), we're not even going to eat it.

02/08/2026: This evening, around 9 pm, I went to order a Tartiflette pizza and a Royale pizza without olives or chorizo. Unfortunately, I got olives on the Tartiflette, even though it doesn't normally have them. Similarly, I still got olives and chorizo ​​on the Royale, despite my request. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back to the pizzeria to sort this out because the staff closed at 9:10 pm, while Google indicated a closing time of 9:30 pm. Yet, you could see there was still pizza dough left. As for the atmosphere, it was also disastrous, perhaps because the owner wasn't there? The former pizza maker with long hair came in to put on a show, talking about his life and how he likes marijuana, etc. The two other employees were also chatting amongst themselves, talking about girls, and singing Jul songs as if they were the only ones in the pizzeria, with absolutely no discretion. I found the atmosphere childish and unpleasant. Personally, I felt there was a serious lack of professionalism. I'm still giving it two stars, though, because usually, when I come and the owner is there, everything goes smoothly. I've always been warmly welcomed and well served, until tonight. I'll gladly return only if he's there. Otherwise, I'll eat somewhere else.

29/07/2026: So, we're in a train station, yes, it's a chain, yes, but the coffee is definitely delicious. Don't be put off by the Starbucks window display. This So Coffee is a real treat; the baristas are polite and attentive. The coffee is just right—hot, comforting, and with no aftertaste. It's a real comfort to order from them in the morning, whether you're in a rush or a hurry (always late in train stations, it's a given), awake or half asleep. Go there, you won't regret it. See you soon for an Americano. P.S.: I don't know anything about the quality of their other products.

29/07/2026: Good evening, so to put it simply: the only thing I enjoyed about this restaurant was leaving. It was certainly busy this evening (understandable given the location and time of year), but there was only one server during peak hours (7:00-7:30 PM). At least, seated near the counter, I only saw one, which explains why the meal tasted reheated... I know you can anticipate this... but the soggy, bland fries don't appeal to customers (at least most of them; the cook might have unusual tastes). The burger (I had a Big Mac) was dry! Where was the chain's signature sauce? This isn't just about cutting costs, it's about being stingy. My daughter's drink (a sugar-free cherry Coke) must have been sitting on the counter all afternoon... it was completely deflated (you know, the stuff that makes drinks fizzy and gives them the label "carbonated"!). I think the staff must be mistreated, because to look so down in front of customers, you're either unprofessional or completely exhausted. I know about tight deadlines, being in a high-traffic area and working in retail. And I can confirm that tonight the team was completely out of control. I don't think I'm the only one disappointed with the service tonight, and I'm very sorry that you occupy such a prime location with such a poor customer experience. In everyday language, we often call it a "rip-off." And with the stadium practically next door, the Aushopping V2 shopping center across the street, and the Heron Park behind... You've unfortunately fallen into this trap. I hadn't been there for a few years, and I don't think I'll ever go back. Other McDonald's restaurants offer much better service and quality, and the Burger King less than a kilometer from your home has much better quality and more competitive prices. Unfortunately, they're further from amenities; otherwise, they would have already had you shut down. You're not up to scratch... Now, I'm giving it 3 stars for the atmosphere because, thankfully, it's still a fast-food place. You find all kinds of customers there, and naturally, there's always something to laugh about, relax with, or spend time with family.
