18/01/2026: I found chewing gum in my girlfriend's drink, I'm outraged! It's deplorable to receive a drink like that and not get a refund!

07/03/2026: McDonald's is very dirty. I came to get ice cream in the afternoon with my children, and I quickly regretted it because it was really filthy.

11/02/2026: Misleading advertising! I went to the restaurant today for the €2 ice cream offer for February 11th, and when I arrived, they told me it didn't exist… I asked for a goodwill gesture, which they also refused. Very disappointed.

12/03/2026: We arrived at McDonald's at 9:54 PM and started ordering at the kiosks. At 9:56 PM, the kiosks displayed "closed," even though the restaurant was supposed to close at 10:30 PM inside. So we asked the staff what was going on, and they simply told us to go to the drive-thru. As a result, we were already inside the restaurant ordering and were asked to go back outside and rejoin the queue in our cars. This is neither logical nor respectful to customers. If the dining room closes early, they should clearly indicate this instead of turning off the kiosks while people are ordering. Very disappointing service tonight.

06/03/2026: I ordered a milkshake, and to my surprise, I noticed it was moldy at the bottom. I went to the counter, and the waitress and manager told me it wasn't a big deal and offered me a new one, even though the moldy part in the machine was unacceptable and filthy.

07/12/2025: UNACCEPTABLE! After placing a Deliveroo order, the cheese was missing from all four sandwiches I ordered. Furthermore, the kitchen staff took it upon themselves to add and leave out ingredients as they pleased (please read your receipts in the future). So yes, Subway is good, but only when it's done right. Therefore, I advise against ordering anything from them, but rather recommend going in person so you can make sure they're doing their job properly.

06/11/2025: I often come here for lunch during my break. I'm always warmly welcomed, and I think it's the best in Lille. I'd like to extend a big thank you to the two ladies who were there today and who found and put away my very valuable scarf ☺️

18/03/2026: A typical McDonald's, you go in, you don't pay much attention, it beeps and after a while you give your order number, what more can you say...

08/02/2026: The good : food is great! Great kebabs, lots of different sauce, ability to order on a kiosk so you don't have to deal with the staff. The bad : this establishment seems to attract a wide variety of people. If you seat outside, chances are you will be asked for money/a bite of your sandwich(?!?) and you'll experience a plethora of incivilities (people smoking next to you, dirty tables not cleared by patrons etc) The ugly : this place is in need of some type of deep cleaning/ revamp. Restrooms are dirty, the dining area as well and you just get an overall sense of lack of cleanliness. The staff is "exhausted" (I can easily understand why) and it reflects on their service and manners. Overall, I like this place enough but it looks like it suffers from its patrons.

12/01/2026: First time at Gur for a chain, very happy with the service. The faluche was lightly toasted, the meat wasn't overcooked, unlike some places where the meat is dry. The fries were super good, the vegetables were very fresh (maybe I was lucky, you never know), and the onions and salad were crispy. Just the toilets need improvement, and it's not warm upstairs in winter.

12/03/2026: I came to this McDonald's yesterday at lunchtime and I wanted to highlight the significant improvement in customer service. I hadn't been for a while because of the often excessively long wait, but this time I was very pleasantly surprised by the positive evolution of the service. The welcome was warm, and the staff was smiling and efficient despite the lunchtime rush. A big thank you to the manager who was there, very professional and attentive to customers, who managed the service with organization and good humor. A small touch that really made a difference: my two children were given candy, which they're still talking about today! This kind of gesture shows a true sense of service and customer relations. Quick order, clean restaurant, and really pleasant staff—it's a pleasure to see such a dedicated team. I'll definitely be back!

30/03/2026: Disastrous! We ordered vegetarian food, and to our surprise, nothing was vegetarian. Everything was meat... I can understand that it's poorly labeled because the receipts say VG, not Veggie, so I think in the rush, it wasn't obvious to the employees. But can you imagine the money wasted when we got home? Everything was meat. And it's not the first time. By the time we asked for an exchange, everything else was cold... Terribly disappointed.

27/03/2026: Waiting...waiting and more waiting. The least fast food around. In winter, there's not enough heating, we eat with our coats on, and in summer the air conditioning is too strong, we freeze inside... I often get sick from the sundaes and McFlurries...not always, but about half the time. It's March and they still have their Christmas decorations on the roof?

12/12/2025: My first experience a few years ago was wow, but the last two times have left much to be desired, and today was the worst: the chocolate croissant was even colder than the outside temperature at 7 a.m.... At €2.30 a croissant, it should at least be "fresh".

09/12/2025: Fascinating place, they gave me soy milk when I ordered oat milk, the cappuccino was COLD somehow and I paid 6 euros for it.

04/03/2026: Upon arrival, a restaurant employee was smoking on the terrace, which immediately gave a very bad impression. At the counter, the employee handling the payment also cooks the fries. Does she really wash her hands between these two tasks? Furthermore, on every visit, the food has ALWAYS been served cold. So, every time I come, even before ordering "on-site," I know in advance that I'm going to eat cold food. This is unacceptable considering the prices. Another worrying point: the restrooms are inaccessible, which is a real inconvenience for customers. The dining room urgently needs a serious renovation: The lighting flickers constantly in some areas, creating an unpleasant and unwelcoming atmosphere. The lack of table service is inconvenient. The self-service kiosks upstairs are out of order, forcing customers to crowd into the small ground-floor lobby to place their orders. No one is cleaning the tables between customers, which is unhygienic. The trash cans are overflowing, forcing customers to leave their trays unattended. I have two requests: 1. Could you consider a plan to ensure hot fries are served with every order? 2. Could you immediately implement and enforce hygiene standards in your establishment?

21/03/2026: Absolutely terrible. Thank goodness the drive-thru was pleasant. The cheddar fries turned out to be bacon fries. The barbecue sauce became a deluxe creamy sauce. The McFlurry was also different from the one I ordered. The wait was long. Nothing goes right, as usual.

16/03/2026: Mistakes and order mix-ups are understandable, but this is beyond the pale. We waited over 35 minutes for our order because the employees were chatting about their lives? That's perfectly fine, but as a result, our order was swapped, and with errors to boot. A single Coke instead of an Oasis and a Green Apple, no raclette in the combo order. These things happen, but the sheer number of them is just too much. What's more, there was no rush, just pure inattention.

20/03/2026: Increasingly disappointed, you really need to retrain your staff because nothing is right… all the food was cold. I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a small single cheeseburger. The nine regular nuggets were vegetarian, and we ordered two ice creams, one with chocolate frosting and the other with caramel, but we only got two chocolate ones. I paid for sauces that weren't even included. You can imagine the state of the burgers too… Getting worse and worse!

16/03/2026: Inattentive and impolite communication. — There's a playground outside, which is great. — When handing over the order, they didn't follow the standards of pleasant and polite communication.

27/03/2026: The cleanliness of the restaurant needs improvement, especially in the kitchen; food was strewn all over the floor (frying oil, fries, a whole wrap on the floor (???)).

26/03/2026: Dirty... or rather, disgusting! The floor is littered with fries, and the tables, when washed, smell like a rag that's been soaking in stagnant water. The floor under the tables is nauseating. The service reinforced this feeling of inconsiderateness and disrespect. March 26, 2026 Drive-Thru... a burger overflowing with sauce... perfect for eating in your car! Same opinion as my previous review. Some things never change... Long live the chicken crust! 👏😁 A pigsty!

15/12/2024: Good morning Very good value for money.
