27/02/2026: Tonight, we ordered click and collect. We're going to Chemin Vert because it's closer to home, and because we can adapt the menus to my son's food intolerance. Mistakes are often made, but tonight takes the cake! They're missing a large fry, a €2 sauce, and the ice cream, given the price, is practically useless. And the King Fusion M&M's wasn't even a third full: 1/9 chocolate sauce, 1/9 ice cream, and 1/9 M&M's. All of which represents only a third of a King Fusion tub.

28/10/2025: The labels are clear. Very good products for a hot food spot. There's a good selection. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The prices are affordable. It's a meeting place for my children and me, so it's very dear to my heart.

17/09/2025: A sure bet in Arras, a top-notch welcome, diverse and varied products and professional advice when I don't know what to choose! Go there with your eyes closed! The pesto sandwich is simply incredible!

20/02/2026: Getting worse and worse… half my order was forgotten AS USUAL, mistakes with the products, the Happy Meal was more expensive with a toy but they included a book, assuring me that I wasn't paying for the toy anyway 😡 More and more expensive but zero improvement

19/02/2026: The restaurant was filthy, as evidenced by numerous photos. Furthermore, the service was incredibly slow, taking over 20 minutes. My daughter ordered ice cream and had to pay extra for it. For the prices they charge, it's outrageous. Avoid at all costs.

30/11/2025: Very good experience, the staff at the drive-thru was very dynamic, the drive-thru was very fast, the managers were great, the food was very good. I recommend the McDonald's in Saint Martin les Tatinghem.

13/02/2026: Beware of Uber Eats deliveries. A large order never arrived. The driver wouldn't answer the phone. The delivery was several kilometers from my home. They claimed the code to receive the order had been given. The only one who knew the code was the driver. I think he had a good laugh. And their customer service is incredibly stubborn. "The PIN code was given..." is the only phrase they seem to know. The code couldn't have been given since he took a picture of a building 2 kilometers from the intended delivery location. An unbelievable and unacceptable response. They refuse to understand that it's impossible to receive a meal (€70, no less) 2 kilometers from where I was expecting it. It's shameful of McDonald's not to react, and shameful of Uber for being completely unresponsive.

13/02/2026: On February 12, 2026, we placed an order of approximately €70 on the McDonald's app, delivered by Uber Eats. We never received this order, which was obviously delivered to a different address. The delivery driver, named Samir, never answered our calls, and he even took a picture of the delivery location, which is 2 km from our home. It's impossible to contact Uber by phone, and McDonald's+ categorically refuses to cooperate, claiming the PIN code was given out, which is impossible. We would like to get our money back. Please reconnect us so we can find a solution together. Be aware that someone from McDonald's headquarters admitted to us that they are aware of numerous "THEFTS" committed by some delivery drivers. But everything is considered normal, and they let it go.

25/02/2026: I ordered a milkshake, no milkshake. I ordered a muffin, no muffin. I ordered a cookie, no cookie. I asked what was left, they told me donuts, I ordered a donut, and then they were out of those too. I ordered a pistachio McFlurry, but there were no pistachios. So what am I supposed to eat since there's nothing else??

21/02/2026: Ordered KFC on February 20, 2026. It was obvious the manager was there to boost sales. The ketchup was practically nonexistent (see photo), the bun was stuck to the chicken because it was overcooked, and luckily it was an XL meal considering the meager fries. Plus, there's a kiosk where you can't use your loyalty card for at least two years. And the manager refused to give out the free student item, claiming it had to be included in the order, even though there's no mention of it in the restaurant and it's not usually required. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Very disappointed.

20/02/2026: The staff are giving 200%, but they need four times as many... More loyalty programs, more coffee, two-day donuts... I ended up going across the street... Luckily, the staff are still very friendly!

15/09/2024: Dans l’assiette, tout est là: la fraîcheur, le fait-maison, tout est très bien cuisiné, les produits sont de qualité. C’est vraiment excellent. Dans la salle tout y est aussi: les couleurs, les lumières, les bougies sur les tables… J’ai vu une équipe efficace, un chef de salle qui plaisante avec ses clients, une équipe qui communique entre elle, en toute bienveillance. J’ai vu une salle conviviale et chaleureuse. Je recommande ce restaurant. Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçu!

05/12/2025: La Plage – The seafront restaurant where even the bill brings a smile La Plage restaurant, on the Portel seafront, is a bit like a good movie: you go there to enjoy yourself, you stay for the atmosphere, and you leave wondering how they manage to keep it all going… especially the prices. The atmosphere is friendly, practically with your feet in the water—or sometimes in a bit of mud, but that's the local touch: authentic, maritime, and slightly slippery if you started your aperitif too early. The sharing platters of land and sea arrive like military landings: generous, well-stocked, and full of delicious things. And there, in the middle, are the bodybuilder whelks. Whelks so big you wonder if they really deserve to be called whelks. In Brittany, they'd still be talking about them around a lighthouse. The fish was incredibly fresh, the seafood too, to the point where you suspected the sea was in direct partnership with the kitchen. The dessert had probably spent a bit too long in the freezer, but it was still good and did the job—a little frosty, like the sea air. And then came the moment of truth: the bill. For five people. With aperitifs + main courses + desserts + coffees. Total? €128. At that price, we almost asked if the waiter had forgotten part of the bill. It's rare to leave a restaurant thinking: "We should come back... out of economic solidarity for them!"

11/11/2025: We started our day out with a lovely walk along the beach at Le Portel. Time for a snack and a drink, which we enjoyed here… We received a very friendly welcome, and the prices were very reasonable! We also ordered a tapas platter for €10.50. Well worth it! Various cheese snacks (fried) with a small salad. We'll definitely be back (when the weather is nicer 😉).

18/11/2025: I've never eaten one like it. Great tacos with homemade shredded beef. And I should mention, the gentleman at the register is just fantastic. I love his sense of humor, and the lady is incredibly kind and pleasant. You can both be proud of yourselves. (I'm the lady with her son, who came all the way from Boulogne to try your tacos.) I highly recommend it; there's only one place to remember for tacos: NOUTCHY'S
