05/04/2026: One star because I can't give less. There are always mistakes in the orders, the sandwiches are made quickly and very poorly. They can't tell the difference between Fanta and sparkling water. Always disappointed. It had been a while since I'd ordered from this McDonald's precisely because of all these problems. I tried again today, but it was the last time because, unfortunately, once again I was very disappointed and I didn't eat anything.

12/04/2026: Our favorite spot when we come to Le Touquet, the first and last place we visit to relax, have a drink, and enjoy ourselves with a partner or friends. The atmosphere, the service, the prices... Top-notch.

19/04/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant! We ordered through the drive-thru this Sunday evening and the welcome was really pleasant and the service quick. A big thank you to Gabriel who took care of our order; he was super professional, efficient, and also very friendly. We were well taken care of from start to finish, and everything went smoothly without any unnecessary waiting. It's a pleasure to find teams like this, where you can feel both energy and professionalism. The order was correct, well prepared, and the overall atmosphere was positive. Honestly, nothing to complain about, we'll gladly come back! 👍

28/10/2025: The labels are clear. Very good products for a hot food spot. There's a good selection. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The prices are affordable. It's a meeting place for my children and me, so it's very dear to my heart.

18/03/2026: Honestly, I was very disappointed with my meal!! Everything was cold, and only half of what I ordered was what I ordered (cheddar fries instead of cheddar bacon potatoes—no fork for a takeout order 😳—how convenient with cheddar!!!). The sauces were missing, and I only got a single cheese when I ordered and paid for a double. 👏 Not to mention the service. The waitresses were doing their own thing and laughing in front of the customers while we waited for our orders, which were ready right in front of them… Luckily, a man saw our expressions and came to give me my order!!!!

30/03/2026: Order placed via drive-thru parking lot Saturday evening, a trio of nuggets, so far so good. We took advantage of the €2 McFlurry offer and ordered two. Between the notification "your order is ready, a team member will bring it to you" and the person arriving, 10 minutes passed. The person bringing our order even said, "But you've been here for a while!" Yeah, right... Anyway, when I got home (barely a 10-minute drive), I realized we hadn't received the two McFlurries! So I called the "restaurant" three times, letting it ring each time... unfortunately, no answer. So, four shots down the drain! Great...

28/03/2026: We tried this McDonald's in the evening. The burgers are good, but the buns for the XL size should be firmer and crispier. The only disappointment, which is common in this type of fast food, was the lukewarm, almost cold, fries. They need to improve this, as the meals are quite expensive for the quality. An effort is needed so that everyone can find something they like.

29/03/2026: Mac and Cheese and Waitress(es) The welcome was good, and the service was good, while everyone else's meal was good. When I asked, "Did everything go well?" I unfortunately mentioned, very tactfully (it's always awkward to say you didn't like something, but you pay to enjoy a good meal...), that I didn't like the mac and cheese (which was pasta with a thin, runny sauce. The opposite of a real mac and cheese). My goodness! The waitress felt attacked. She kept repeating, "I'm going to tell the chef." All while gesturing wildly for me to hand her my plate!?! Instead of asking me what I didn't like about it. As a result, we didn't have dessert or coffee at this brasserie. This lack of professionalism is deplorable. The only male staff member present was friendly. But clearly, the waitress's slight inconsistency didn't bother him... That was without taking into account the remarks of the second waitress... He made it quite clear that not ordering dessert and coffee wasn't going to change their lives. We suspected as much. But it was a real disappointment. In any other brasserie, if you're surprised by a dish, the server asks questions with the aim of improving it... not there. They obviously have more than enough customers. In conclusion: when asked if everything was alright, you absolutely must answer with a resounding YES! Otherwise, you'll incur the waitress's wrath. Otherwise, just move on; there's no shortage of brasseries in this city. I'll never go back. Being a waiter is a profession; you expect friendliness and attentiveness, even in a brasserie, especially when the comment is made politely, without aggression. Perhaps going back to school would help him refresh his memory on the basics of his work? We witnessed a surreal scene.

I would also like to highlight the impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant, both in the dining area and the service areas. This is a real plus that deserves to be emphasized. 28/03/2026: A wonderful evening with my wife thanks to the kindness of the young women serving and the remarkably high quality of the food. Moreover, the price was reasonable. After a delicious baked egg with Maroilles cheese, we had the langues de chat with pepper sauce and an exquisite side dish, followed by the chicken supreme with Maroilles sauce and a fabulous pasta gratin. All of this makes us eager to explore the rest of the menu!
