08/02/2026: I just placed an order for the 20-pack nuggets for €6 as a table order, the application is not working and it seems to be normal that this is the case without compensation or any other commercial gesture, this is unprofessional and needs to be reviewed.

04/02/2026: "Did you get the wrong hole?" "You've already done it with two girls?" These are the things I overheard at the checkout while waiting for my order (February 4, 2026, around 7 p.m.). Thank goodness my daughter wasn't with me. And let's be clear: this was absolutely not a whispered conversation, quite the opposite. The manager present during this exchange didn't seem to feel any guilt, even though it's simply unacceptable to make such remarks in public. If this is considered "normal," then the situation is frankly alarming. Sincerely!

10/07/2025: I ordered a menu, my hamburger was hard, the coffee wasn't the one I ordered, my iced coffee without ice cubes, run away!

26/02/2026: The drive-thru wait was far too long; we had to wait an hour only to be told the ice cream machine was malfunctioning and we couldn't have it. Don't go to this place.

26/02/2026: Tonight I went to McDonald's. It was very busy, so there was a wait, but you could see the employees running around everywhere. I encourage them to keep it up. Thank you so much for all your efforts in such a challenging situation.

21/02/2026: Another bad experience, three times in three weeks. Whether it's 20 or 9 nuggets, something is always missing. And the worst part is that today, when I called to point out the missing items and that we're paying for a service, they made us out to be liars because it's supposedly now controlled by machines. To that, I replied, "Look at the cameras instead of making your customers out to be liars." The customer service needs improvement. I'm not going to beg every time or drive back for 9 or 20 nuggets. You have cameras, check it out. And it's not, as you say, "spying" on your staff, but rather ensuring a quality service that the customer pays for.

20/02/2026: The McDonald's is well located and relatively clean compared to other McDonald's we often visit. However, they need to improve their customer service, even for foreign tourists; be warm, welcoming… less rushed. The fries were very cold: they were recycled. Soggy. Completely soaked in oil. A shame. The burgers were okay. It was just a quick bite halfway through my trip.

18/04/2025: Disgusting hot chocolate, 14€ for 4 people is super expensive including 4€ for a cup of chocolate it's disgusting nonsense in any case 0/20 we won't be back

21/11/2025: Le Bounty is my absolute favourite spot for a drink in Calais. It’s a small, cozy bar with a warm atmosphere and a charming interior. The music is always on point – never too loud, always creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxed evening. Very dog friendly But what truly makes Le Bounty special is Fafa – the heart and soul of the place. Charming, welcoming :) Kami & Mango

10/11/2025: We ordered double espressos to watch a show outside in the Place d'Armes. The waiter was very friendly and let us take our tray outside. I found the bar small and pleasant, creating a warm atmosphere. The prices are reasonable. In short, I recommend it.

27/02/2026: The McDonald's in Aire-sur-la-Lys is a disaster: slow service, frequently incorrect orders, sloppy and cold sandwiches, soggy fries, and questionable hygiene. The staff seem jaded and unwelcoming, making the experience even more unpleasant. If you're looking for fast food, you're better off going elsewhere.
