The staff are incredibly kind, very professional, and always attentive to customers. The place is immaculate, clean, and well-maintained, which is truly appreciated. The atmosphere is both calm and friendly, perfect for spending quality time with friends or simply relaxing. The service is quick and attentive, always with a smile. You can tell that everything is done to ensure customers have a wonderful time. I highly recommend this establishment; it's a real gem in the city center!

29/03/2026: Louis Café has many advantages: the setting is truly lovely for relaxing in Le Havre, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We even found our coffees to be very good. However, I have to give a mixed review. My friend and I both experienced nausea shortly after drinking our coffees. We strongly suspect there was a problem with the freshness of the milk used that day. It's a real shame, because the place is charming and the staff is great, but this kind of unpleasantness unfortunately spoils the experience. I hope management will pay attention to this in the future.

21/03/2026: We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather to enjoy the terrace. So we had breakfast, then an aperitif, and then lunch. The service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Yet the order was very simple. Disappointed, I won't come back to claim the extras I paid for, but I won't be ordering from there again.

Une équipe en salle merveilleuse grâce à sa femme délicieuse, avenante, professionnelle et si drôle ! Des produits frais, de qualité, du terroir avec des producteurs sourcés, tout est réalisé dans le respect ! Nous nous souviendrons très longtemps de ces ravioles de langoustes si légères et parfumées ainsi que de ces giroles cuisinées à la perfection ! Au sein de ce restaurant le show est assuré ! Installez vous et profitez, car un grand moment de plaisir normand vous attend !
