30/11/2024: I ordered a box of 20 Mcnuggets this afternoon at the McDonald's in Mureaux, and unfortunately I received veggie nuggets in a very classic box... Problematic, because that means that some people who don't eat of meat can eat it without knowing it. Very disappointed with my order and it's even serious I think.

28/09/2024: A disaster for a Saturday evening: Overflowing trash cans, disgusting floors and an hour to get an order. Inadmissible.

22/09/2024: Getting worse and worse, forgetting is almost systematic. Fries only half filled is amazing, and it's now the norm there. There was a time when it was a "very good" McDonald's, it's a shame.

13/12/2024: Still impossible to have a complete order, there are always items missing to believe that you are hiring incapable people. You order 4 happy meals and you just get the nuggets or drinks, desserts, fries, toys.... great for kids. I'm going to end up not coming anymore, it's recurring. And when you make a complaint we tell you that we can give you sauces...LoL

14/09/2024: Burger and fries served cold. We reported it 4 times and 4 times the staff (arrogant) told us to wait at our table and nothing. Very dirty restaurant.

14/09/2024: McDonald's not clean, hygiene really needs to be reviewed!!! The trays are disgusting! And the fries, let’s not talk about them, are cold and not cooked. And obviously two days later sick!! Avoid unless you have pounds to lose and want to have a good stomach ache.

27/08/2024: avec mes amies nous avons commandé en même temps mais j’ai été servie 40 min après eux après m’être pleins plusieurs fois du fait que j’attendais ma commande ( je passe les détails du personnel très désagréable) j’ai donc finalement été servie 40 min plus tard sans excuse , sans sourire Je ne recommande pas

25/08/2024: Disgusting place, I'm not talking about the toilets. The playground smells of a nauseating mixture. It's a shame. In addition, no respect for the law, concerning assistance dogs, two refusals in this establishment already. I think it would be time to force ourselves and not stand up to the person with a disability. The dog has a cape and didn't put on his little coat to go out. Train yourself and find out, it's 2024. Wash your establishment too, it wouldn't be a luxury.

10/09/2024: Update your schedules!!!! It says that you open at 8:30 a.m. and when you arrive, you don't refuse entry on the pretext that it actually opens at 9 a.m.!!! However, it is mentioned on Google that the times have been confirmed by the establishment. It's really a shame.

23/01/2025: It's more of a fast food restaurant at this level but simply a "food" ... list of problems encountered this evening at 7 p.m.: -30 minutes for 3 menus (luckily I went to the counter because my order CB 87 was not called while we were at CB 94... -No toys in the happy meal -No sauces -No bacon (on paper I paid the extra) -Lady who sighs and no commercial gesture for the delay etc... Message for the manager(s) of this Macdonald: do not train 3 young people at the same time by letting them work alone, review training, customer service and above all focus your priorities on recurring problems, there is no need to do an audit to see what's wrong, read the comments and wake up...

19/01/2025: Really love this McDonald's every time they forget products I was today I asked for a menu and a pistachio ice cream I saw that everyone confirmed their order and each time something was missing so I looked at mine and They forgot the ice cream (mc flurry) I asked for it They gave it to me but without the cookies that are part of the pistachio ice cream🤡 Frankly, the people there are really not efficient.

17/12/2024: I am a regular customer, and every time I visit this cafe, an employee takes the liberty of shouting at me for no good reason. This behavior is unacceptable and very unpleasant. Every time I ask to see the manager to report the situation, she refuses and tells me I'm the one in charge, I'm not the only one who complains, it's a girl. I have already reported this issue several times, but no action has been taken so far. I am seriously considering filing a police report as such behavior towards customers should not be tolerated.

14/12/2024: Unacceptable treatment for its customers. A long-time customer, I went on Friday at 4:40 p.m. to get my usual coffee. Unfortunately, the credit card machine was out of service, and not having any cash on me, I was unable to pay for my coffee. So far, an understandable inconvenience. However, when I politely asked to use the toilets before leaving, the person at the cashier refused me access, telling me that they were “for customers only”. A real humiliation given that I had come to consume in the first place! When I tried to explain the grotesque situation to the barista, the manager intervened... to drive the point home with disconcerting condescension! What nerve is what proof of discernment on the part of this manager! Result: not only did this contemptuous attitude shock me, but it was enough to convince me to never set foot here again, neither for a coffee, nor for my future lunches... Congratulations to the team for having managed to lose a customer faithful in record time

07/09/2024: I went to the Quick around 11:45 p.m. I ordered a long bacon menu and a long bacon (the sandwich) and a Giant menu I had to wait a good 10 minutes for the young lady to go get a bag because she was planning to put everything back like that. The sandwiches are frozen and dry!!!!! Amazing and no tissues or sauce in the bag. Me and my family have been coming here for years and the service has deteriorated over time. It is time to train team members on interpersonal skills and make sure to put all the products correctly.

06/09/2024: This evening we order 3 filet or fish menus + 2 children’s menus. We forgot a drink + the sauces that we paid for. Disappointed 😞

05/09/2024: There is no good hygiene inside on the tables. In addition, the orders do not come complete. Drinks are reduced with water. It's the worst McDonald's around

02/09/2024: I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at McDonald's. After ordering, I realized I needed to make a minor modification. To my surprise, the staff flatly refused to make this change, even though the order had only just been placed and it would have only taken a few seconds. It is unacceptable to treat customers in this way, without any consideration for their satisfaction. It's clear that McDonald's doesn't care about their customers once they collect the money. I will not return to this restaurant, nor will I recommend anyone to go there. Poor service, complete lack of flexibility and no desire to ensure a good customer experience. A real disaster!
