15/08/2026: I went to the Subway in Saint-Germain. First of all, upon arrival, I found myself behind the register instead of at the counter because both doors were open—zero security. Then, there was no cashier to greet us; I had to wait a good two minutes and make noise by coughing before a cashier finally arrived. She barely said hello, and every question received a cold response. Frankly, if she doesn't want to come to work, she shouldn't.
Furthermore, the overall quality of the establishment is poor; a paving stone on the floor is broken, which could be dangerous.
I do not recommend it. Luckily, the sandwich was good.
08/08/2026: My thoughts are with the waitress who was alone on Saturday night! The service was good and plentiful! In Saint-Germain-en-Laye, I think they should do better! The wait was too long!

31/07/2026: Extremely unpleasant staff, especially the "boss" who doesn't know how to smile or be helpful, and who throws trays at employees and customers.
The restaurant is very dirty.
There were mistakes with the orders. The atmosphere is dead, with incessant beeping like in a hospital.
31/07/2026: Cold food, understaffed and poorly maintained, atrocious service, drinks with an aftertaste, coffee sour and bitter, you could even say nuclear—avoid at all costs!

24/08/2026: My order arrived with only drinks. There were no menus included. I had to contact customer service and get a refund, only to then have to find somewhere else to eat at midnight. The delivery driver was unreachable after that.

23/08/2026: Dirty floor and tables, overflowing bins. And to top it all off, no soda.
23/08/2026: First McDonald's not to have Coca-Cola. They don't offer table service or napkins; you have to ask for them. Long wait and cold food. It feels like they're cutting corners everywhere, even on the essentials. The staff is completely unresponsive. Customer frustration seems to amuse them. Avoid!

26/06/2026: A very bad experience, especially with the cashier girl with the short, slightly orange-blonde, unkempt hair. She didn't seem to want to work and her attitude towards customers was unacceptable. Immature and just unprofessional, I don't understand how you hire people like that. If you're not happy being there, stay home.

with generous lunch dishes! I recommend the all-you-can-eat cheese platter, featuring over 6 or 7 varieties.
I left with a wonderful discovery of a Languedoc winery that I was able to taste on site.

17/12/2024: I am a regular customer, and every time I visit this cafe, an employee takes the liberty of shouting at me for no good reason. This behavior is unacceptable and very unpleasant. Every time I ask to see the manager to report the situation, she refuses and tells me I'm the one in charge, I'm not the only one who complains, it's a girl. I have already reported this issue several times, but no action has been taken so far.
I am seriously considering filing a police report as such behavior towards customers should not be tolerated.
14/12/2024: Unacceptable treatment for its customers.
A long-time customer, I went on Friday at 4:40 p.m. to get my usual coffee. Unfortunately, the credit card machine was out of service, and not having any cash on me, I was unable to pay for my coffee. So far, an understandable inconvenience.
However, when I politely asked to use the toilets before leaving, the person at the cashier refused me access, telling me that they were “for customers only”. A real humiliation given that I had come to consume in the first place!
When I tried to explain the grotesque situation to the barista, the manager intervened... to drive the point home with disconcerting condescension! What nerve is what proof of discernment on the part of this manager!
Result: not only did this contemptuous attitude shock me, but it was enough to convince me to never set foot here again, neither for a coffee, nor for my future lunches... Congratulations to the team for having managed to lose a customer faithful in record time

12/09/2024: I am very disappointed with the service. I ordered a long coffee and there were 2 bartenders. I don't know what they are doing for a long coffee that took almost 10 minutes. if I hadn't asked for my coffee it could have taken over 10 minutes.
