06/06/2026: Annoying manager who prevented a toddler from eating a cake on his terrace while the parents were having a meal… honestly, no manners whatsoever! A money-making machine, I can't give it zero stars.

16/06/2026: Friendly welcome, good espresso, and very good croissants. However, the banquettes are all torn, the tables are broken and scratched, and the chairs, which look new, are too low for the table height. A good portion of the furniture must be original and needs replacing—very unpleasant! A shame for such a reputable establishment. Especially since these comments have been posted for several years now. This shouldn't be reported to the staff, but to MANAGEMENT!!

14/06/2026: I stopped by this Sunday around 3 pm (lower part of the center). The saleswoman was unfriendly and had an unpleasant attitude. My request didn't seem clear to her, but that doesn't justify the grimaces and irritated expressions. A little more professionalism and courtesy towards customers would be appreciated. Given the numerous negative reviews about the service, perhaps it's time to pay attention!

20/05/2026: I was waiting for my order, which took a very long time—30 minutes for four items. I decided to look in the kitchen and saw a higher-ranking employee, I suppose, start speaking rudely to a young man, saying, and I quote, "I'm going to slap that kid!" What the hell is going on? I hope that young man leaves that job as soon as possible!

03/05/2026: Extremely slow service. Only one person was handing out trays sporadically on Sunday lunchtimes, at 1 PM on this major road, after a holiday rush... a 45-minute wait after ordering. Last time I'll stop at this McDonald's, and even then only because I complained. Most people waited 30-45 minutes.

03/05/2026: A 48-minute wait, FORTY-EIGHT!!! And people who arrived after us were served before us. The reason given: staff shortages. On a Sunday, after a holiday... Are you kidding me?! To top it all off: the meal was lukewarm.

30/06/2026: Avoid this McDonald's like the plague! This staff, clearly untrained, takes it upon themselves to change orders as they please, or even forget most things. With every order, you'll be treated to a chef's surprise: cold, rubbery fries, missing sandwiches or fries/potatoes, drinks without ice and not at all cold, Fanta instead of Coca-Cola, completely melted ice cream, served in 30 minutes, etc. Many of us complain to managers with every order, but nothing is done to improve things. With so little consideration for customers, the employees (arrogant, sometimes disrespectful, and with a truly jaded air) should be replaced by motivated people. I waited 25 minutes the other day for just a Coke in the middle of a heatwave, and I have a priority disabled parking permit. And there were a maximum of three customers in the restaurant. I pointed out to the employee that it wasn't normal to wait that long, but she ignored me. He turned his back on me without the slightest apology. The manager even insulted me. I pointed out that I waited 25 minutes for a Coke, and he replied, "Yes, so what?" I responded, "Is that how you respond to a customer's complaint?" He said, "What do you want me to do?" As if an apology wasn't the bare minimum of respect in this situation. When I told him that this behavior was unacceptable and that I should inform the owner, he replied, word for word, "Well, go ahead and tell him, what do I care?" I think the labor and health inspectors should pay this restaurant a visit. I'm going to file a complaint.

18/05/2026: I was passing through this area on my way back from the weekend, so we decided to stop for lunch. The staff wasn't very friendly, and I have no words to describe the state of this restaurant in terms of hygiene; it's appalling. The dining room was filthy, the tables weren't washed, and there was food, sauces, paper, and more on the floor. When I went to the restroom, I was speechless. Looking at the photos... It definitely put me off my food. 🤢 This is completely unacceptable.

13/04/2026: Quite scandalous. It's advertised as being open until 1am, but already closed at 00:15... we made a big detour to come and eat, I should have read the previous reviews more carefully and trusted them.

12/04/2026: I arrived at the McDonald's drive-thru in Plaisir at 12:37 a.m., even though closing time is clearly indicated at 1:00 a.m. (app, website, and signage in-store). Despite this, they simply refused to serve me. But the most shocking thing was the staff's attitude: they accused me of having opened the drive-thru barrier myself. An absurd and completely inappropriate accusation. Refusing a customer before closing time is already problematic. Accusing this customer falsely is downright unacceptable. If you can't provide service until the advertised time, update your hours. And above all, train your staff in a minimum of professionalism and respect. Very bad experience.

06/05/2026: Dry, cold pancake. Same with the chocolate sauce. Nothing to recommend it. Original and enjoyable drink creations. Edit May 2026: Their Frappuccino is just water.

30/04/2026: I am very disappointed with the person who served my husband this morning at 10:30. He didn't take our order properly, didn't even know what a hazelnut was, was condescending to my husband, and then had the nerve to say that my husband spoke rudely to him. I find this kind of attitude towards customers unacceptable. We weren't the only ones; two other women were there and noticed his behavior.
