12/12/2025: I'm shocked! I just received my Uber Eats order an hour after placing it, and it was incomplete. The extra dessert tasted like dish soap. Never again!
11/12/2025: Waiting 5 minutes at the drive-thru before being able to order, then more than 20 minutes to be served, even though there was nobody at the drive-thru or in the restaurant.

35 min wait to get 1 happy meal to go. And it's called fast food....
In addition I had to claim my order which they had supposedly given to someone else. I checked, the toy and the apples were missing! Ashamed !
In addition, internet orders and delivery come first. Very poorly organized. 1 out of 2 terminals work and it's impossible to get ice cream.
Brief :
I will never go there again

14/02/2026: The restaurant is dirty and when eating in you have to double-check your tray as your order is not as ordered and on top of that they are not happy when you come to complain about your missing items.
30/01/2026: This McDonald's is getting worse and worse. If they're meticulous about one thing, it's the poor service: between the constant oversights, the cold food, and the flat drinks, this fast-food place is a joke... nothing works. The children's play area is filthy. As for the staff, although the job is difficult, their nonchalance is appalling. In short, go to the one in Les Clayes-sous-Bois: it's 5 minutes further, but you'll save a lot of time compared to what you wasted here because of their inherent slowness.

17/09/2024: I would like to congratulate Burger King for having such an exceptional employee like Clarisse. My experience at this restaurant was simply incredible thanks to its exemplary service. Clarisse demonstrated remarkable professionalism: smiling, attentive, and extremely efficient, she knew how to make this moment most pleasant. Every detail was taken into account with great attention, and his kindness truly brightened my day. Thanks to people like Clarisse, we always want to come back to Burger King. A big thank you to her for her excellent work, she is a real asset to the team!

28/12/2023: Commande Ubereat livrée froide, les onion rings livrés sans sauce, la boisson sans glaçons, le sandwich froid également, pas de cuillère pour la glace…bref du grand n’importe quoi.
Quand on fait remonter le problème au restaurant celui-ci répond que comme le produit n’avait pas de prix ils ne peuvent rien faire, pourtant j’ai bien payé ma commande… bref un comportement qui en dit long sur la manière dont sont gérés les clients. Je me suis fais avoir une fois et ce sera la dernière.

J’ai bien envoyé un mail comme demandé mais à ce jour aucun retour…

Response from the team member: the manager decided to close early, you have McDonald's next door!!!
If you want McDonald's, you know how to find it... when you go to KFC, it's for your chickens 🐓!

However, it is mentioned on Google that the times have been confirmed by the establishment. It's really a shame.
