26/08/2026: 33 minutes to serve 2 Big Mac meals!!!!! On a 1-hour business lunch break, that's ridiculous!!!!! The worst part is that they re-entered my order and I had to wait until after the other 15 customers!!!! They offered me a refund! What a joke! Avoid this place, they have absolutely no consideration for the customer. It's just McDonald's business, nothing more.

24/08/2026: The tables were visibly dirty throughout the entire meal.

11/08/2026: We placed a click and collect order at 11:40 PM, which was confirmed and paid for. We were told we could pick it up until 11:59 PM. We arrived at 11:47 PM, and the manager told us he couldn't complete our order because he would get home late, and that he had decided to close 10 minutes early that day. He also said the app's hours were McDonald's, not his.

02/08/2026: Avoid them at all costs, they ALWAYS forget something, it's crazy! EVERY SINGLE TIME!

10/07/2026: I ordered two bagels via Uber Eats. The bread was incredibly stale and really unpleasant to eat. I don't understand how they can sell bagels with bread of this quality. It tasted like I was given day-old bread. I'm used to eating bagels from this chain, so when the bread isn't fresh, I can tell right away. It's a shame to offer this to loyal customers like me.

07/07/2026: (I have no idea if Google will post this review, as they are in direct collaboration with Department of Homeland Security firms and seem to be censoring my content by not posting it. I'll write the review anyway, even though Google seems to be protecting businesses and censoring free speech, while also paying libertarians in Austin, TX to lobby for unfettered free speech. I guess they selectively enforce their policies, hopefully not by ethnicity or gender.) Bagelstein recently put up a sign saying that politesse is required by all customers. My only comment is that their workers are not very kind if you ask questions or ask for customization of an order. For example, they respond with disdain if you ask for a modification and, if they comply with the modification, do it with great and apparent contempt for the customer. In the USA, this type of behavior would result in a customer leaving without paying. Politesse is a two-way street. A business cannot expect politesse from customers if the staff is not acting with politesse, mid-transaction. Please add a new sign that says that customer modifications are not possible, that the menu is rigid and the workers will not listen to requests or feedback on anything in the store. This will avoid problems and misunderstandings in the future. In the USA, the customer is always right. In France, the business is always right, it seems. Thanks in advance to Google for posting my review and not retaliating against unhappy customers. Isn't that what these reviews were created for? A safe space for customers to leave feedback, without retaliation?

19/08/2026: Very friendly staff and excellent service

15/08/2026: Coffee scam. A regular coffee with cream becomes a noisette. At the price of a regular coffee with cream. For a regular coffee with cream, you have to pay double, of course. The vendor says that's how they do it, small portions. At the price of a regular size. They take your money once, but the customer never comes back. There are plenty of cafes in Parly 2.

25/08/2026: Even when it's empty they manage to serve anything and everything any old way!!! The worst McDonald's I've ever seen! This is truly unbelievable.

24/08/2026: Monday afternoon, no one there, 20 minutes for this huge order (not served at the table either, otherwise it would have taken twice as long).

15/07/2026: One of the worst meals of my life... First, there was a nauseating smell of sewage throughout the dining room. Then, burnt fries, a flank steak cooked in a deep fryer (the meat was rolled up, oozing oil, and tasted like it had been fried), wilted salad, chicken supremes (for my mother) that weren't supremes at all, but just a plain piece of chicken with bone and skin, overcooked, and defrosted, mass-produced desserts... I ate out of politeness and hunger; I shouldn't have. My stomach hurt all afternoon. All this for a high price! The waitresses were very professional, but that was the only redeeming quality; otherwise, it's a complete rip-off.

11/07/2026: No sense of customer service. They refused to replace a glass of wine (there was a wasp in it), saying it wasn't their fault... lol. So they have the nerve to bring me the same glass without the wasp... what a joke. For a €6.50 glass, they lost a customer (I went there 4 or 5 times), but I think they don't care. The owner has no sense of customer service. A shame in this profession. I won't be going back on principle.

08/07/2026: A 15-minute wait for two Happy Meals that only take 3 minutes to cook, and we were the only ones in the drive-thru! All that just to get cold fries and nuggets! Unacceptable, avoid at all costs!!!!!

01/07/2026: Nothing special. Door broken. The user terminal, even in 2026, doesn't have proper German programmed; it switches back and forth between English and French. Simply pathetic... Well, what can you expect at these prices?
