18/02/2026: Waiting time - 2 hours. Thank you - the order was incorrect, the food was cold, and the service was poor. I do not recommend it.
18/02/2026: I ordered a box of 9 nuggets from the kiosk and only received 6, but it was too late to complain as I had already gone home. This restaurant is pathetic, as are its staff who are more interested in laughing and having fun than working seriously.

04/02/2026: I ordered Subway twice through Deliveroo, and both experiences were terrible. The first time, my order was switched with someone else's. The second time, I received expired, inedible fries. This is unacceptable, especially for a restaurant of this chain. There's a lack of professionalism, hygiene issues, and no order verification. I'm very disappointed and I don't recommend them.

20/02/2026: I never thought I'd leave a review for McDonald's, but I was very pleasantly surprised by my visit today. They played the buzzer game where lots of people could win a dessert or a meal. We were also offered samples twice. The service was quick despite the crowd, and all the employees were friendly. There were also a lot of managers in the restaurant and on the floor, which I appreciated. There was also a coloring area with all the necessary supplies. In short, fantastic for a McDonald's! 😄

18/02/2026: Wednesday lunchtime, the restaurant wasn't overly crowded. The table service was quick, and the manager asked if everything was alright, smiling and all that, which was very pleasant. I recommend it.
17/02/2026: I came for lunch on Saturday, February 14, 2026, and the staff prevented us from ordering because there were too many orders. I've never seen anything like it. On top of that, the manager, a rather short, blonde woman, comes in and speaks rudely to customers instead of managing the flow of service. It would be good if you could review some restaurant management and logistics courses. Customers shouldn't have to suffer because of your poor management and organization.

10/02/2026: YOUR NUMBER DOESN'T WORK. WE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER. YOU PUT A BAG FROM ANOTHER ORDER INTO OURS. AND YOUR APP DOESN'T WORK FOR SENDING RECEIPT RECEIPTS. CAN YOU GIVE US YOUR CORRECT NUMBER? The order cost us €52, and we received a meal with a McDonald's croque monsieur from someone else. REFUND US. We have the receipts for both different orders.

04/02/2026: The crispy chicken was very good, but the portion of fries was ridiculously small (less than half the box) for €5 (fries + drink), it's outrageous.
28/01/2026: The most senior member of staff was extremely unpleasant. She charged me €17 for a student meal deal, which included a very small portion of fries (no more than ten). I asked for the receipt, but it didn't detail what I had ordered. After speaking with other customers, I noticed that prices seemed to vary for the same order, creating a real sense of injustice and a lack of transparency. Some paid less, while others experienced the same situation as me. In my experience, this is an establishment to avoid due to the staff's behavior and lack of consideration for customers. There is a clear absence of any human touch. The food isn't bad, but that doesn't make up for the overall experience. When I asked for an explanation and the receipt, the woman's attitude seemed inappropriate, almost mocking, which only increased my discomfort. I felt there was a lack of professionalism and transparency, which is very regrettable.

10/02/2026: First, I want to clarify that I've never actually been to this McDonald's, which popped up in my search results due to a typo. But since Google keeps asking me, despite my numerous clicks on "ignore," I think it's desperate for me to write a review… So here it is: this establishment is dazzling, its culinary offerings varied, fresh, and appetizing; I couldn't resist trying everything!
02/01/2026: We had a large hair in our fries! (See photo). Furthermore, the waitresses were very unpleasant, refusing to let us in with a small dog in the middle of winter. The playground was dirty and flooded, and the toilets were filthy and had no soap. Avoid this place!

12/12/2025: So yesterday, my grandchildren and I ordered set menus, and then the children wanted ice cream and cake. We did get the ice cream, but only two cakes instead of four. The order wasn't listened to carefully; the young staff gave me the impression they didn't care about the customers. They should have tried talking to us. I went back to order the other cakes, and they pointed me to a board I didn't know how to use. I had easily placed my order at the till, but my children were getting restless. In short, the atmosphere was unpleasant, with no smiles or attention. I won't be going back, that's for sure. We live right next door in Le Chesnay and come often for the children, but the service was mediocre. What a shame!
12/12/2025: Hello, please review your team. One manager was a bit too complacent; according to her, a customer isn't allowed to make a mistake on their order, especially since the error was reported well before the sandwich was even prepared—just three seconds after payment! This same manager then discussed the matter for ages with her colleagues, even debating it. It's no wonder the wait was interminable when the person who's supposed to be managing their team is going on about such a ridiculous and truly appalling issue! Let's not forget that McDonald's is a service company, where customer courtesy is essential! And to top it all off, since it was a takeout order and I think I was too busy chatting, they forgot the dessert from the takeout meal.
