29/05/2026: I ordered a salad through Uber Eats. There were very few vegetables, nothing like other Subway salads. I don't recommend ordering a salad here.

20/05/2026: It's true we always come back here, but the staff problem is always unbelievable, but true. He took a loaf of bread, completely shredded, impossible to eat properly. When I asked about the bread, she pretended we didn't hear and then asked me what I was doing in it. But hey, it's the most expensive sandwich on the market, a little care would be appreciated.

13/06/2026: Not too up-to-date on the laws at McDonald's? It's mandatory to offer free drinking water to customers with their meals... "You must display a sign in your restaurant indicating that customers can request free drinking water. You must serve this water, either chilled or at room temperature." https://www.service-public.gouv.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/F22387 Charging €3.30 for a glass of tap water is simply highway robbery! If the fraud inspectors are around...

13/06/2026: A very warm welcome for a McDonald's, that's a nice change! The staff's respect and good humor deserve praise!

09/03/2026: Still dreaming about their cookies and bagels...! The best breaks I had when I visited, back in November 2025. I'd definitely recommend for the incredibly warm environment and the good food served with a bright smile. :)

17/05/2026: The tables are dirty. The restrooms: two-thirds were closed, the third was very dirty and had no toilet paper. I hope the kitchens are cleaner. The dishes are spotless and the service is friendly.

10/05/2026: Orders are OFTEN incomplete. One time it's the Happy Meal toy (nice for the kid), another time it's the sauces that were paid for, and now it's actually part of the meal! For example, I ordered a BBQ meal with BBQ fries (the famous ones that cost an extra €0.20!), they gave me a bag and the drink on the side (great for carrying the order... to go!), I get home, I open the bag and... Well, there's ONLY the sandwich! No fries, no BBQ powder! In short, from now on, even in a hurry, I'll check every single order since these mistakes keep happening! ...Or I'd go to the McDonald's in Versailles... Never had a problem at the ones on Place du Marché or Rive Gauche. Edit from May 10th: Today I bought a poster for 50 points... They forgot it, and since I was in a hurry with a tired child, I forgot to ask for it and threw away the receipt... Oh well, 50 points wasted. Can they even read an order receipt? :s

18/04/2026: My son had lunch at your restaurant around 3 pm. Your waitress spilled Coke on his pants and jacket. Is this normal? It can happen, but I don't think it's right that she cleaned the table and the booth but not my son's clothes—a white Adidas jacket and Nike pants. My son is very attached to his belongings, and now they're ruined. It would have been normal for McDonald's to offer dry cleaning as a gesture of goodwill.

14/04/2026: This McDonald's is great, the service is fast and they're super friendly, however McDonald's, stop reducing your portions like this, it's becoming more and more expensive for less of a portion.

22/05/2026: The displayed delivery time is completely inaccurate. With the actual delivery time, I could have walked there and back. And you're charging a fee... We're paying for a service, not a hassle. We're way past the point of "fast" food... And it's quite amusing that there's no indication of the time you pay for the order when you want to see the delivery time. Afraid of the actual timing? Seen on the credit card receipt. Payment at 11:25 PM, estimated delivery at 12:50 AM... 1.5 hours to deliver a McDonald's 2km away? You're taking your customers for a ride!!!

22/05/2026: I went to McDonald's last Saturday around 12:30 AM. A brunette woman named Julie took my order at the drive-thru. I entered my McDonald's ID, and everything seemed fine from that point on. Then, when I went to pay, I realized that Julie had removed my account and added her own to take advantage of the points I had earned. This isn't the first time I've noticed this. Unfortunately, it saddens me greatly that at your age you still do things like this. It's depressing for you, and you won't get anywhere in life with that mentality.

15/06/2026: Value for money: zero stars And what about your hamburgers, fries, and sundaes? Are they on a diet? Prices have gone up sharply while quantity and quality have decreased.

14/06/2026: Terrible wait at the drive-thru (30 minutes!!), incomplete order, burgers with overflowing sauce, and nonchalant staff. Avoid at all costs!

31/05/2026: The drive-thru server on May 31st at 11:30 PM was extremely unpleasant. Not only did I wait 40 minutes just for a Coke, but she was also sighing. The customer is king! Appalling! Avoid at all costs!

29/05/2026: Excellent service! Thank you to the gentleman in the blue shirt who gave very good advice.

24/06/2026: Very disappointing. The takeaway cappuccino was far too expensive. We paid around €6 per cup, which is excessive, especially for coffee made by an automatic machine. What made it even more disappointing was that there was a large professional espresso machine in plain sight, so we naturally expected our coffee to be prepared by a barista. Instead, we were served takeaway coffee from a small automatic machine, without anyone asking which option we preferred. For a place that presents itself as an affordable, casual restaurant, these prices are surprisingly high. The food was good, but the coffee experience was not worth the price. For a place that advertises itself as affordable, this was a very unpleasant surprise. I strongly recommend asking for a receipt before leaving.

24/06/2026: Probably one of the worst salmon quiches I've ever tasted. The filling had a grainy, sandy texture, making each bite a chore. The complete lack of salt and seasoning finished off a tasteless and culinaryly uninteresting dish.

28/05/2026: The service was quite pleasant; the lady who was a bit taller was very welcoming, warm, and smiling. However, the other lady, who was a bit shorter, asked for our student IDs, even though we go there quite often and her colleague told her she knew us and that we were frequent customers. She still insisted on seeing our student cards, displaying a passive-aggressive attitude. Another group of teenagers came in, and she didn't ask them for their IDs. The service was better for them than for us; throughout the meal, she was unpleasant to us, and I hope it had nothing to do with our skin color.

29/04/2026: As for friendliness, we'll have to wait and see. Or maybe not.
