29/08/2024: Pour être honnête j’ai vraiment aimé le fait qu’ils soient aux petits soins avec leurs clients. Ex : peur des guêpes ?🐝 On vous ramène quelque chose pour les faire fuir. Et puis leur pavé de rumsteck est delicioussssss
29/08/2024: Lunch on the terrace for reunion with my high school friend, we had set meals of the day for €20, the rump steak was very rare and the fries delicious, the blue sauce was so good and yet I'm not a big fan. Given the time there was no more tarte tatin and we replaced the dessert + coffee in the formula with two glasses of white wine. Very friendly staff, background music, really I highly recommend

30/08/2024: Welcomed by an unfriendly woman, without a smile, unlike the next day where a man was attentive and attentive. The room had peeling paint, as did the bathroom which was dated, which does not at all meet the standards of a 4 star but of a 3 star. There were stains on the carpet, and no "Do Not Disturb" sign was available in the room to hang on the door.
Breakfast was very disappointing: I came down at 9 a.m. there were missing cutlery, cups, bread, and glasses for fruit juice. A young waitress was there but seemed as lost as me. The coffee machines weren't working, I had to go to the bar. The pastries were overcooked and tasteless also for the cut fruit. In short! I advise you to have breakfast outside the bakery next door and bars are nearby.
It's a shame, because the building is beautiful from the outside and the location is ideal.
28/08/2024: I had a pleasant time with my partner. The hotel is calm and cool even during heatwaves.
The staff is pleasant.
I thank all the staff at this hotel who were attentive and very friendly.
The setting is very pretty, near the town hall and next to the castle park.

35 min wait to get 1 happy meal to go. And it's called fast food....
In addition I had to claim my order which they had supposedly given to someone else. I checked, the toy and the apples were missing! Ashamed !
In addition, internet orders and delivery come first. Very poorly organized. 1 out of 2 terminals work and it's impossible to get ice cream.
Brief :
I will never go there again

Fries recooked dry, a fillet of fish so oily that I could do my car oil with it!! Friendly staff like a prison door but on the other hand she has the nerve to make me pay for the sauces!! Really to escape!

17/08/2024: Restaurant to avoid. Go to my do instead even if I'm not a fan. Quality is not what it used to be. The burgers have lost their flavor, taste and quality. Taste them first perhaps before sending to customers. Then let's talk about the fries which are infamous and made us vomit because they were overcooked, too greasy and with an unknown sauce. To be renamed to vomit sauce (since that's what happened). Impossible to recognize and on the second sauce missing which allowed us to see that the problem is not just the sauce but the fries. 11/09/2024: Come on a Wednesday lunchtime with the children. We have to wait outside for staff to open the doors for us even though there was still room inside. Extremely long service. Older staff, not very responsive and slow. Very long queue at the drive-thru. Very disappointed with this new system and the soft-kneed staff. The restaurant is no longer a fast food restaurant... too bad I came often.

17/08/2024: Frankly very shocked I order an orange juice for my daughter thinking he was in a hurry he brings me back a tropicana orange juice in a small glass and he dares to charge me 3 euros for a small glass frankly it's that fucking the eyes of the world all the same. I would add that he brought me a café crème for 4.50 euros without even a small cake, nothing. I had to tell him ohhh anyway...a coffee that I don't recommend and not friendly, not smiling.
14/08/2024: I took a fillet and since I don't know a word of French I told him in my own way that I wanted it rare. Usually in all or almost all restaurants they tend to cook it a little more, but they cooked it superbly. The rest of the other dishes were also of high quality. The waiters were kind and sociable. Well done

30/11/2024: I ordered a box of 20 Mcnuggets this afternoon at the McDonald's in Mureaux, and unfortunately I received veggie nuggets in a very classic box... Problematic, because that means that some people who don't eat of meat can eat it without knowing it. Very disappointed with my order and it's even serious I think.

It sucks not knowing how long ago the meal was prepared - not professional at all, waiting for a response to my complaint.

24/09/2024: Passage au drive pour une commande d un menu filet o fish,30 minutes d attente entre la prise de commande et l' arrivée au retrait commande,et là on me demande d aller me garer qu on va m amener ma commande au bout de 10 mns toujours rien je décide donc de rentrer au comptoir pour retirer cette commande que je rappelle en DRIVE...et là toujours rien j attends encore 10 mns pour cette banal commande d un seul menu ...aucun geste commercial proposé...bref déplorable 50 mns pour un menu drive...sans excuse...normal quoi...

07/07/2025: I went to this McDonald's on 01/07 and at the time I said to myself: there's a hidden camera running: 40-minute wait at the drive-thru because there was no interaction with the staff despite a driver losing his temper! So I decided to go inside because I thought the device wasn't working but all the terminals were closed with an apology message, it was 10 p.m.! I wanted to order at the counter but the staff was too busy getting confused but "with all due respect, a sketch!!!! I went through the app for my order! Luckily, someone who had left their shift had a little compassion and validated my order! Waiting again, another insulting sketch between the manager and a member of staff but still with all due respect! This McDonald's is a joke! If you're bored one evening and want to watch the filming of the show "So True" there's no need to go to the set, the McDonald's in Carrières-sous-Poissy is there 🤣
My order was complete and made with all due respect 🤣
Location and cleanliness are ghetto I've put some photos but to see the damage you have to zoom in because I wanted to be discreet and my camera couldn't stand the unsanitary conditions 😊

10/09/2024: Update your schedules!!!! It says that you open at 8:30 a.m. and when you arrive, you don't refuse entry on the pretext that it actually opens at 9 a.m.!!!
However, it is mentioned on Google that the times have been confirmed by the establishment. It's really a shame.
