29/05/2025: I don't usually post negative comments, but I had to! We're at Parly2 today and wanted to order a slice of plain flan with golden brioche from the top of Parly2. There was a single slice of coconut flan, and next to it was a whole new plain flan. So naturally, I asked for a slice of plain flan, which was refused because, and I quote, "we're not going to cut it when there are other desserts." So, I'm truly outraged by this kind of attitude, being in the business myself!!!!!! People are becoming more and more incredible!!! Of course, we didn't eat anything; it was the last time we came here!

17/12/2024: I am a regular customer, and every time I visit this cafe, an employee takes the liberty of shouting at me for no good reason. This behavior is unacceptable and very unpleasant. Every time I ask to see the manager to report the situation, she refuses and tells me I'm the one in charge, I'm not the only one who complains, it's a girl. I have already reported this issue several times, but no action has been taken so far. I am seriously considering filing a police report as such behavior towards customers should not be tolerated.

14/12/2024: Unacceptable treatment for its customers. A long-time customer, I went on Friday at 4:40 p.m. to get my usual coffee. Unfortunately, the credit card machine was out of service, and not having any cash on me, I was unable to pay for my coffee. So far, an understandable inconvenience. However, when I politely asked to use the toilets before leaving, the person at the cashier refused me access, telling me that they were “for customers only”. A real humiliation given that I had come to consume in the first place! When I tried to explain the grotesque situation to the barista, the manager intervened... to drive the point home with disconcerting condescension! What nerve is what proof of discernment on the part of this manager! Result: not only did this contemptuous attitude shock me, but it was enough to convince me to never set foot here again, neither for a coffee, nor for my future lunches... Congratulations to the team for having managed to lose a customer faithful in record time

01/12/2024: To flee! 35 min wait to get 1 happy meal to go. And it's called fast food.... In addition I had to claim my order which they had supposedly given to someone else. I checked, the toy and the apples were missing! Ashamed ! In addition, internet orders and delivery come first. Very poorly organized. 1 out of 2 terminals work and it's impossible to get ice cream. Brief : I will never go there again

23/01/2025: It's more of a fast food restaurant at this level but simply a "food" ... list of problems encountered this evening at 7 p.m.: -30 minutes for 3 menus (luckily I went to the counter because my order CB 87 was not called while we were at CB 94... -No toys in the happy meal -No sauces -No bacon (on paper I paid the extra) -Lady who sighs and no commercial gesture for the delay etc... Message for the manager(s) of this Macdonald: do not train 3 young people at the same time by letting them work alone, review training, customer service and above all focus your priorities on recurring problems, there is no need to do an audit to see what's wrong, read the comments and wake up...

19/01/2025: Really love this McDonald's every time they forget products I was today I asked for a menu and a pistachio ice cream I saw that everyone confirmed their order and each time something was missing so I looked at mine and They forgot the ice cream (mc flurry) I asked for it They gave it to me but without the cookies that are part of the pistachio ice cream🤡 Frankly, the people there are really not efficient.

29/12/2023: Endroit sombre et triste. Je ne m'y sent pas bien. Aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Ce que j'ai mangé était correct.

30/11/2025: I went to the register to pay in cash. The manager, looking surprised, said, "I don't have any change; you have to pay by card." I said, "Okay," and paid by card. The next customer, also €50, arrived behind me and paid. The manager took the payment, and I asked him why. He said, "I told you you didn't have any change." I replied that he had taken the payment. The woman standing there, I asked her name, and she said, "I have no reason to give you my name." I find this place disrespectful and hold McDonald's responsible for a serious breach of trust towards its customers.

22/09/2024: Mistakes for the second time in a row. The first time my Ice-tea turned out to be a glass of water and today, my goat cheese wrap became a chicken wrap! The fries and potatoes are cold, just like the welcome. Not many people, so the team members were slow! Not sure I'll go back, too bad this restaurant is on our route. Very disappointed..

28/09/2024: A disaster for a Saturday evening: Overflowing trash cans, disgusting floors and an hour to get an order. Inadmissible.

22/09/2024: Getting worse and worse, forgetting is almost systematic. Fries only half filled is amazing, and it's now the norm there. There was a time when it was a "very good" McDonald's, it's a shame.

19/09/2024: For a few weeks, you no longer offer the Spicy Chicken, I came to your restaurant every week especially for this sandwich, I did not like the Tony Parker spicy chicken the sauce has nothing to do with the original Spicy Chicken. When are you going to put it back on the map?
