25/03/2024: Charming authentic inn located in a small village surrounded by nature. This old building is full of charm, but does not lack comfort. The bathrooms are modern and well equipped. It's the opposite of all those industrial hotels that flood the outskirts of cities. In the restaurant the menu is unique but prepared with quality local products. The drinks are also local, made from gentian. The beers are artisanal. we particularly appreciated the great kindness of Justine and Juliette who spoke to us about their profession with passion. It feels good in this impersonal and cold world. We would like to meet these types of establishments more often.
24/03/2024: We had a great stay at this hostel. The hosts are very kind, the room was very pretty and comfortable, the view from the terrace perfect, we put emphasis on the restaurant because the cuisine with its local products was exceptional. The Chef is a very good cook. In short, we decided to come back with great pleasure.

16/09/2023: Gorgeous setting above medieval village and the Lot valley. You can join 2 beautiful tracks for long walks in wood settings. Chestnut trees galore and some fig trees too.
Food at restaurant, locally sourced, generous portions €12 for a main. Outstanding selection of sorbet dessert, walnut tarts and mouth watering choc/walnut cakes.
Very friendly service, suggestions and advice were offered.

23/03/2024: It's not cooking, it's art: everything is perfectly organized. A wonderful local cuisine combining the quintessence of flavors, taste, freshness, even perfume. The quality/price ratio is perfectly correct for a MICHELIN star. To add quality service provided by young people, with a constant smile, availability and understanding. We can guess by seeing this what is happening in the kitchen! Hats off to the artists!
Above all, don't change anything (apart from the menus of course!) everything is perfect. For this cuisine, we are very proud to be French here. Once again, our congratulations to the FAGEGALTIER-ROUQUIER family as well as to all the staff.

02/04/2024: I can only recommend, we had a superb weekend, with people who are passionate about what they do.
The lodgings are great, breakfast facing the park and the animals that inhabit it.
19/03/2024: Notice given for the gîte.
Saint-Hubert is truly a site of enchantment. You will stay in the heart of nature in the immediate vicinity of the many animals present in the park (wild boar, deer, deer, geese and even a llama) and close to a very beautiful forest surrounding the site.
The cottage itself has all the comforts one could wish for. An outdoor jacuzzi is available as an option and breakfasts can be ordered in advance. The hosts, very discreet, will be able to advise you on your visit (activities in the surrounding area).

03/04/2024: In the evening stopover on the way to Compostela, what a joy to discover the Coudercous. Very pleasant welcome, very comfortable modernized room, a tasty and copious meal, based on local products and a continental breakfast buffet, all with the kindness of the owners couple and a most reasonable price, what more could you ask for.
23/03/2024: We ate at the restaurant this evening. Bravo for the warm welcome and the excellent meal.
