05/05/2026: We first learned about it through our travel guide and were looking forward to enjoying regional cuisine...in my opinion, a must-do when you're on vacation. So we booked a table for two the day before. When we arrived today, we were relegated to a tiny table in the back... mind you, we had reserved a table in advance... the restaurant was barely occupied when we arrived and when we left... there was an empty table for two at the front when we arrived and still was when we left... that already annoyed me... then the server (I think it was the owner) was more than unfriendly... The advertised ham with fried potatoes and gratinated Munster cheese looked very appealing... after we initially received one portion for two because he didn't listen properly to our order, we had to wait for the second portion... I wouldn't have made a big deal about that... but: the fried potatoes were soggy, so not freshly prepared but obviously reheated... but the worst part was, no onions or bacon bits, let alone any seasoning... as I'm a passionate cook myself, that was a real slap in the face... the ham was ice cold; a little warming would have been nicer... unfortunately, the highlight of this meal was the gratinated Munster cheese, and it just... A great aroma without any effort... Conclusion: unfortunately, after a disappointing evening, I cannot agree with the advance praise... I wouldn't visit it again...

Special mention goes to the menu, which changes with the seasons—a real plus! Without a doubt, one of the best value-for-money options in the area.

07/06/2026: This weekend we visited this cozy restaurant. The food was exceptionally good and authentic! I highly recommend trying their saffron ice cream, it might be one of the best ice creams I've ever tried. The waitress is also very funny and kept us entertained throughout the visit. The wait time for the food was a little long, but good things take time ;) The next time I'm in Strasbourg I'll definitely come by again. 5/5 stars would highly recommend

The subtle aroma of cooking wafting from the kitchen makes you think, "Mmm! I can't wait to eat!" The setting is perfect for a business lunch, a meal with friends, day or night, or even a more intimate dinner for two, as the layout is ideal for both. The daily special is always a winner, and the menu presents a real dilemma: everything is so good that you have to resign yourself to ordering just one dish! Sharing with a friend or more is a great option because it's both incredibly tasty and a unique experience for our local palates! The Persia team is very friendly and welcomes you with warmth and smiles. You truly feel at home there! A place where you could leave with the feeling of having experienced a moment outside of time, outside of the city, in an intimate bubble, to, who knows, live an unforgettable moment?

25/04/2026: Excellent restaurant! The service was impeccable, the staff welcoming, and the atmosphere truly Japanese. You can dine at traditional tatami tables. The dishes were delicious, full of flavor, and served quickly. Halal meat options are also available (just be sure to specify when ordering). The various teas and desserts are also excellent! I highly recommend it for a pleasant experience!

We enjoyed some absolutely exceptional pasta with anchovies and capers: full of flavor, perfectly seasoned… honestly, I've never had such good pasta! We also ordered a four-cheese pizza, which was generous and delicious, with a perfectly balanced blend of cheeses. To finish, the chocolate mousse was pure bliss: smooth, light, and incredibly decadent. The service was truly amazing: warm, attentive, and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend this place; we'll definitely be back!
