29/04/2026: I went there on a Thursday evening in April. There was no one else sitting there. We were the only ones sitting in the whole place. We didn't enjoy it at all. We ordered the "Alsace Experience." It was mediocre.

15/02/2026: A small bar with a lovely, minimalist decor. The welcome was very warm and friendly for the wine tasting. We trusted them with the blind tasting, simply choosing our preferred wine color, and it was an excellent tasting experience.

20/04/2026: The rooms are very noisy early in the morning due to the laundry carts. This is a problem. The breakfast is nowhere near 5-star quality, not even a 4-star, I'd say. On the plus side, the staff are very helpful and the location is great.

19/04/2026: Location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Strausbourg. Short walk from the train station. Scenic. The lobby and restaurant are modern and feel high end. Service was good. Check in was easy. Our room was on the third floor. Sort of awkward to get to with the bags as ours was located on part of the floor where you need to descend a short staircase. The rooms are modern and quite large. Well appointed with closets, a room safe, TV, fridge/minibar, coffee/expresso maker, etc. Bathroom was a little bit dated and the shower is awkward to use but it gets the job done (its more of a tub with a wand than a shower). We didn't eat at the restaurant. Check out was simple. I was not able to use the spa, but I could see the jacuzzi type tub from our room window and it looked quite nice. Another thing to consider that we did not realize....we were on the third floor and it got pretty warm during the daytime the two days of our stay...this heated the room up quite a bit. I couldn't get the temperature controlled so I called the front desk. They told me that there is no air conditioning and to open a window. With the windows opened we were just fine. But I do wonder what it would be like during a hot summer month. We've been to Seattle a few times, and people there live without air conditioning, but with global warming and some of the heat waves, it can get quite uncomfortable especially for sleeping when temps reach 80 to 90+ F.

22/04/2026: I'm giving it one star, but I would have given it zero. I just arrived at the restaurant for an indoor dinner. I pushed open the door. I didn't even get a greeting or a smile. The staff walked right past me—it should be noted that there were very few people inside and that those outside were being served. I waited 10 minutes and then left to eat somewhere else...

06/04/2026: The food was okay overall. We ordered the children's menu twice, both times with sausages (unfortunately rather tasteless) and fries 🍟, plus an ice cream. We also ordered a cheese tart, which was alright. The veal schnitzel with fries wasn't bad either. The waiters were quite stressed, as there were only two of them to do everything. Despite this, they tried their best to remain helpful and friendly. Overall, we found the prices rather high for what you get.

13/12/2024: We were very well received, it was really fair for the hour of service and yet the waitress and the cook were able to find a solution and restart 2 excellent sweet pancakes. The setting is cocooned and very pleasant, thank you ;)

05/12/2024: Esta fue una verdadera joya. Excelentes galletas y crepes y buen servicio. Estaba un poco fuera de lo común, pero vale la pena buscar.

28/04/2026: Shameful service! Chaotic atmosphere, uncleanliness, and a special mention to Vinci for her disrespectful behavior! I wonder how she can still work there with such behavior 🤢

12/12/2025: Takeout order. The children's three toys and the Stranger Things glass were missing! This is very unfortunate. It's impossible to reach them by phone; it just goes to voicemail. In short, a disappointment.

10/12/2025: My order took forever to arrive, I honestly don't understand the service. Don't go there if you're hungry, it's so slow! On top of that, they forgot my nuggets and when I told them, they said I'd have to wait. Seriously incompetent there, and the portion size is stingy, frankly.

28/04/2026: A fantastic Korean restaurant in a truly unique and charming setting. The dishes are delicious, generous, and very reasonably priced, and the service is quick. I highly recommend going at least once.

27/04/2026: Good food. We were served everything at once, appetizers and main courses... A shame. Overall hygiene needs improvement.

16/03/2026: BEST BAR/CLUB IN STRASBOURG!!! By a looooot. The atmosphere here is incredible and the whole team is absolutely amazing. The staff is lovely, attentive, and always there to get the party started. You can even go up on the bar, and they often give away shots 🥂 I celebrate all my birthdays there, and we've never been disappointed; it's always a memorable night. It's nothing like some of the places just 5 minutes away… Big shout-out to Egzon and Niko, and to the bouncer Nacim, who always do a fantastic job! And please… buy the club 5 minutes away so we can party until 7 a.m. 🙏🏼

27/04/2026: Nice restaurant, excellent food, but the portions are enormous. One person could easily eat three. So, it's obviously expensive, and you have to take the leftovers home, which you might not want to do if you're going out again and don't fancy another Chinese meal right away. The staff doesn't speak a word of French or English and can't do math, which makes things difficult. Nevertheless, it's very, very good.
