24/07/2024: I stopped by this Wednesday at 1:15 p.m. with my mother-in-law. Very welcoming the person who took our order and bonus to the very friendly person who brings back the dishes with a smile. The dish was very good too.

12/08/2024: De prime abord, la patronne paraît sympa.. mais elle n'a qu'une idée en tête: Faire du chiffre. Manque de bol, avec nous c'est raté. Tout d'abord nous avons pris un crémant qu'elle nous conseillé, de piètre qualité à 8,50 euros pour un verre à demi plein, puis 2 plats dont des tagliatelles avec du poulpes qui semblaient être sous vide ou surgelés à 30 euros et un minable tartare de bœuf coupé au couteau de couleurs grise accompagné d'une vulgaire salade verte à 25 euros, pas de desserts, 2 verres de vin blanc le tout pour 94 euros!!!!! vraiment beaucoup cher pour ce que c'est. Nous avons l'habitude de restaurants, nous nous y rendons chaque semaine! ET pour couronner le tout, je dispose d'une carte EdenRED dont le site mentionne bien que ce restaurant accepte cette carte.. Eh bien, elle n'en a pas voulu!!!!

10/08/2024: On the advice of a Reims craftsman and connoisseur of this place, being in Strasbourg we had a first experience. We are completely won over 👍 really very good and beautiful cuisine. We recommend. WELL DONE.

19/07/2024: The Schluthfeld restaurant/brewery is a safe address, from the dishes on the menu to those of the day, the quality and quantity are not insignificant. You eat deliciously well and when you're hungry. Human owner, deeply kind and welcoming. If you want to have a good time and eat well, this is definitely the place! 25/03/2024: Restaurant visited several times with colleagues during lunch. Never disappointed! The service is super fast and very professional, even with large tables of 8 people. Several dishes tested, including cordon bleu, fried camembert, minced chicken, everything was always very good. The last dish of the day (ravioles) was a little light in quantity for big guys! Good value for money. A good address.

16/09/2024: A magnificent restaurant, with real Japanese recipes that are rare to find. The staff is very kind, hyper professional, fast and efficient. The atmosphere is great, the little background music really adds charm to the place which is already magnificent. We love coming to this restaurant!

02/09/2024: Nous avons réservé une table pour 4 personnes, un samedi soir et dès notre arrivée, la serveuse nous annonce qu’il n’y a pas de sushis car le frigo est tombé en panne… dommage pour un restaurant japonais ! Puis, elle nous explique que les réservations avec TheFork oblige à prendre un duo entrée/plat ou plat/dessert pour bénéficier de la réduction : ce n’est absolument pas les conditions de réservation indiquées par TheFork ! 2ème désillusion. Finalement, la serveuse nous montre que seules les 2 dernières pages du menu sont disponibles ! Nous sommes partis au bout de 5 minutes et nous ne pensons pas revenir.

19/12/2023: Very good company restaurant. The manager and hostess are very friendly and competent. The menus are varied, good and at a very reasonable price. Would not change a thing. 👍

02/06/2024: I just wrapped up a two-night stay at this hotel on my way back to Paris from Germany, which was, overall, perfectly pleasant and adequate. The room (a suite) was spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. And, for the most part, the service was good—but there were a few gaps that caused the place to fall short of four-star quality. For example, I was traveling with some large luggage, and at both check-in and check-out the staff only very begrudgingly helped with transporting it. (Mind you, there are no elevators, so this involved climbing flights of stairs.) At any other hotel of this caliber I’ve been greeted with a smile and immediately asked if I needed help with bags. Second, I returned late both nights and found the night managers on duty quite unhelpful. Basic questions couldn’t be answered, falsely told umbrellas were not available, and they both were watching loud television on their personal devices when I got back to the property a bit after midnight. Again, more befitting of a 2-star motel than a 4-star property. One person I must commend, however, is the bartender who was on duty the two evenings I was at the hotel. He was personable, helpful, and convivial… and remembered my name and preferences right away. All others should follow his example.

30/08/2024: Very friendly, professional seller, with in-depth knowledge of spirits and very good advice. I was looking for a rum to give for a birthday and he introduced me to zacapa la armonia rum, an exceptional Guatemalan rum with caramelized notes which my friend really liked.
