12/04/2025: My partner introduced me to this café, where she goes regularly with her best friend. The atmosphere is very warm. The owners are always smiling and caring. It is true that the establishment is small, but it is a gem of authenticity, the Viennese coffees and chocolates are a delight. I highly recommend and with the arrival of nice weather, you will be able to enjoy the tables on the terrace.

13/12/2024: Modern, original cuisine but too little on the plate and lack of vegetables/raw vegetables. We took the daily menu, not a la carte. This is our only downside.

05/12/2024: My family and I went to eat in this restaurant located in Krutenau. Very nice discovery, from the wine list to the fine dishes, everything was perfect. Freshness, friendliness, all in a warm and modern setting.

I tried the sausage with smashed potatoes and a red wine from the Grand crus selction and it was really a perfect choice, finishing the night with am experience of chocolate and wine. I highly recommend it. Nice place, good wines, perfect choice for wine lovers.

31/01/2026: The service was very slow: a 40-minute wait for four pizzas. Furthermore, the fire alarm was off in the main dining area. On the plus side, however, the waiter was polite and pleasant.

13/03/2026: Les Toqués du Coin is the kind of place that makes Strasbourg a delight. A warm, almost homey atmosphere with attentive service; Olivier will make you feel right at home. The cuisine is refined, featuring fresh ingredients and thoughtfully presented dishes. Special mention goes to the foie gras and the catch of the day, both perfectly cooked. Their desserts are also excellent. Price-wise, it's very reasonable for the quality. A truly great place for a flawless meal!

08/03/2026: We were very warmly welcomed at lunchtime; the owner even opened the door a little early, offering us coffee before we could sit down to eat...the dishes are cooked by a South African chef, combining exotic flavors with the Paul Bocuse tradition, a very good time!

24/02/2026: The ambiance was good, the bartender was friendly, but she was working alone, which meant that getting our food and paying took longer than expected. We ordered a cordon bleu and a tarte flambée; the portions were huge, so I had to leave half of my side dish. The cordon bleu was absolutely delicious, and the tarte flambée with feta cheese was equally good. The final bill was higher than expected, but acceptable. The menu could be accessed online via a QR code, and the preferred language could be selected.

22/03/2026: Fantastic experience at Riva in Strasbourg! The atmosphere is friendly, festive, and truly enjoyable—perfect for spending quality time with friends or as a couple. The portions are generous, with a special mention for the flank steak. A huge thank you to Maxime, our server, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish: smiling, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. You can tell he loves his job, and it makes all the difference. Fast service, a welcoming team, a pleasant setting… everything is there for a great evening. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

29/12/2025: A wonderful discovery in Strasbourg. We enjoyed the set Christmas menu and everything was delicious, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

08/03/2026: Very friendly service. We only had a coffee and a water with syrup. Everything was great except that I had expected a larger portion of Grand Café au lait. It was quite small.

13/01/2026: We had a little snack break at this bakery, and the saleswoman greeted us with a big smile! I even got whipped cream with my chocolate fondant cake 😋 Thank you to this wonderful saleswoman!

05/01/2026: We expected something much better since it is housed in the Gallerie Lafayette building. A real disappointment. The wait to order... was quite long. although in fact one person was serving. Prices are comparable to the city but for a small quantity. The space is suffocating and comparing it to the building in Paris, I really think you only go there out of necessity. The toilets, let's emphasize that they charge you €1 per person but at least they are very clean.

12/12/2025: Takeout order. The children's three toys and the Stranger Things glass were missing! This is very unfortunate. It's impossible to reach them by phone; it just goes to voicemail. In short, a disappointment.

10/12/2025: My order took forever to arrive, I honestly don't understand the service. Don't go there if you're hungry, it's so slow! On top of that, they forgot my nuggets and when I told them, they said I'd have to wait. Seriously incompetent there, and the portion size is stingy, frankly.

24/02/2026: I've been eating here for years. With family, friends, on romantic dates with my sweetheart, and for every birthday for the last six or seven years. The quality hasn't changed at all, and despite the ambiance or exterior not being everyone's cupboard, the value for money is the best in Strasbourg for a Japanese restaurant. And a major plus: the fish is incredibly fresh, always easy to digest, and I've never gotten sick, unlike at other restaurants! This restaurant deserves so many more customers...

14/01/2026: I had it delivered, so I'm only judging the food, and I have to say I'm disappointed considering the price. I ordered three types of maki, gyoza, and a coleslaw for €26. The maki were uneven, clearly pre-made, and rather bland; the shaping looked like it was done by a beginner… it wasn't bad, but unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it 😕
