28/10/2025: A very disappointing experience on a human level. I'm not questioning the quality of the coffee, but the attitude of the staff, particularly one woman present, was simply unacceptable. She started raising her voice and speaking very rudely because my dog ​​had simply sniffed a flowerpot on the terrace—without barking, making a mess, or disturbing anyone in any way. What's most incomprehensible is that there were no other customers present at the time. Nothing justified such a reaction. A simple word spoken calmly, with a modicum of politeness, would have been more than enough: we would have understood without any problem. Instead, the woman flew into a rage, forgetting all forms of respect and courtesy. It's a shame, because a business is also judged on the quality of its service and the human touch it demonstrates.

29/03/2026: Friendly welcome, oriental decor but dated, service a bit unclear. The food was good but definitely not worth the prices (an average of €28 for a plate of couscous). We were expecting refined cuisine, something we weren't used to. The meat was good, as were the vegetables, but very roughly chopped. The sauce was good, but nothing that justifies the price. We were a group of 15, and at the end of the meal, the owner came with a tray of small desserts and asked who wanted some and who wanted tea. We thought it was a small gesture of goodwill, but it wasn't; everything was charged, even the tea. I really don't understand the prices; for me, it's not even worth half. At that price, I'd much rather go to a good bistro in the city center.

21/03/2026: Hello, I stopped for lunch at this couscous restaurant, what a wonderful place! And such a warm welcome! I ordered the Constantine couscous (chicken and merguez sausage). It was amazing! In a setting that allows you to dream a little. The couscous was so generous, all the ingredients were there. Inshallah... The owner and his son were very attentive, thank you. Bathroom smells very damp, curtains that are absolutely not blackout are annoying when it gets dark only from 10/10:30 p.m. This hotel lacks refreshment, it is far too old considering the price of the room

29/05/2026: This café has a lovely terrace, right in front of the old port and a stone's throw from the Chain Tower (superb view of the two towers). The service is pleasant and efficient.
