Elle a choisi de retirer la table pour l’un de nos amis qui ne pouvait pas manger suite à des allergènes importants !!!
29/03/2025: Nous sommes venu manger un vendredi soir, Personnel très agréable, service rapide et plats délicieux ainsi que copieux ! Je recommande !

A nice setting and the possibility of having lunch on the terrace, however you have to agree to share the air on the terrace with that of the vehicles passing quite close 😞

21/10/2024: Quel bonheur de retrouver yaya, doudou, clément et Delphine pour un voyage gustatif exceptionnel dans une ambiance conviviale digne d'un restaurant qui se veut à contre-pied de l'attrape touriste du milieu rochelais.
Cette rue en retrait du fabuleux port aux deux tours en fait un environnement idéal aux découvertes proposées par les deux chefs cités plus haut. L'accueil y est irréprochable et la qualité des menus, des entrés jusqu'au desserts en passant par les viandes et fromages exposés en vitrine en font à nos sens un établissement incontournable pour les puristes.
Un seul mot: bravo et à très vite!

Plats variés, copieux et bien présentés.
Nous avons passé un très bon moment.
Bref un moment sympa dans un cadre tout aussi sympathique.
17/08/2024: L’accueil n’était pas agréable, le service médiocre. Nous avions demandé à baisser le store à cause du soleil, quand il a bougé toute l’eau contenue sur la bâche est tombée sur nous et dans nos plats. Aucune aide n’a été proposée de la part de la patronne, et aucune excuse n’a été présenté pour l’accident qui a eu lieu. Les plats n’ont pas été remplacés après être retournés en cuisine, l’eau avait simplement été retirée.

- The apple turnover _ good puff pastry but a little compote and no pieces
- The raspberry croissant _ not too sweet. Top
- The pain au chocolat _ I'll let you appreciate it in the photo. Two pieces of chocolate
- Yuzu pastry _ quite special in texture but passable
Overall, it wasn't bad. But I expected a little more.

Beware of the tourist trap hiding behind the false label “market products”.
Gloomy room, set at a table in a corner at the exit of the kitchen next to a storage room.
I took a menu from the market and I was hungry afterwards. My friend took a menu for 30 euros to which we added 4.5 extra!!! 35 euros for a starter and a main course at lunchtime, and being hungry afterwards is not normal!
The bottle of sparkling water was flat, it had no bubbles; and no matter how much we say it, we haven't considered our return. In short, we had the impression of being a nuisance when we left more than 60 euros for two at lunchtime!!
Brief. Avoid!

04/02/2024: It was the best Kebab in La Rochelle, replaced by the Mascot since the end of January 2024 which honestly is good but the proportions are no longer there, the vegetables are non-existent and the meat is not present enough. I miss THE CEDARS
