15/03/2026: Visited this Sunday for a family lunch. Fresh produce, clean restaurant, spotless restrooms.
And the staff were very pleasant and professional.
We highly recommend it.

Thank you so much for the delicious meal.
It's a shame there wasn't more bread available.

28/02/2026: Awful service, awful food. Such a shame for a restaurant in a prime location. We waited over an hour for a salad and pizza. They bought us salt and pepper just when we finished our food which was funny. Don’t recommend this place at all!!!!!!
25/02/2026: It's not very complicated to get mussels when they're in season.
I'm not asking for bouchot mussels.
But these had no taste, no sauce, no parsley, no onion. Luckily, there was wine in my glass.
Basically, the kind of pre-cooked meal you get in supermarkets.
You can't be a respectful and financially viable restaurateur.
But the weather's nice.

02/02/2026: So, I've been eating kebabs all over France and Europe for 20 years, so I know my stuff. I stumbled upon this kebab place by chance at the market, and it's already the best I've tasted in La Rochelle (the meat is really well grilled, just the way I like it, which is becoming rare, and it has corn and olives, also just the way I like them, and Brazil sauce, my favorite). The fries are good. The prices are very reasonable. I'll be back!

16/03/2026: I've never been so sick after eating at a restaurant. The dish didn't look particularly fresh when it was served, and at the end of the meal, while making a quick trip to the upstairs restroom, you come across the kitchen and there... I prayed I wouldn't get sick... Unfortunately, during the night I developed a nasty case of food poisoning that lasted more than 24 hours. I'm not thanking you for making me sick.
28/02/2026: An hour and fifteen minutes wait between aperitifs and the main course… Perhaps we just caught them on a bad day, but the service was incredibly slow. We were seated at 1 p.m. and didn't leave until 2:30 p.m. after two drinks and four courses… Most of the dishes were cold; we even found bits of plastic floating in the sauce of two of the (cold) mussel dishes. The menu displayed on the wine list isn't even the actual menu; it only lists the "chef's suggestions"! We left very disappointed. The meal could have been excellent with better service, less plastic, and hot dishes.

We stopped by last night to watch the match where we unfortunately lost 😢, missing out on the final, and we weren't disappointed by this bar/restaurant. The young man and the lovely lady who served us made us feel completely at ease, allowing us to fully enjoy the match and the food we were served! We ordered the "terre" platter, which featured exquisite products, though perhaps a slightly smaller portion for the price. A nice bonus: a direct view into the restaurant next door, where the waiter was quite a sight to behold 😳. We highly recommend it!

15/02/2026: I picked up my "Too Good To Go" order, but the food was cold, the rice was dried out from the day before, the dishes were tasteless, and the fried food was hard and dry... I threw away more than half of it.
Definitely avoid this place.

17/03/2026: I told the waiter I was waiting for someone, he poured me a drink, and two minutes later told me I had to pay and leave because he was closing. (It was around 7 pm, not 2 am...) By the way, the two sips of beer I managed to drink were disgusting.
01/03/2026: Where to begin? We came to have a drink on the terrace in the nice weather. We looked at the drinks menu and were shocked by the prices. A strawberry diabolo was exorbitant at €6.80, outrageous, especially when it was €3.50 in the bars next door – almost double! And the coffee prices... don't even get me started! Everything was ridiculously expensive. We stayed anyway, since we were already seated, and ordered coffee. But apparently, they only serve it in the morning and not in the afternoon. We really didn't understand the concept. Furthermore, when we went to the restroom, the person behind the bar gave us such a nasty look; frankly, I don't understand that attitude. In short, we were very disappointed and shocked by the behavior, and I definitely don't recommend it.
