You will not find the banal and seen again and again low quality spring rolls, or frozen pork with caramel. You will discover the best Chinese street food dishes of exceptional quality and for a more than reasonable price! Treat yourself !

23/03/2024: Magnificent Chinese restaurant among the best in Paris. The cuisine is homemade and the menu is original, all the dishes are tempting. The fresh and crunchy salad as a starter is really perfect to start the meal. The ravioli with spinach, garlic, egg and spring onion juice are tasty in addition to being vegetarian. The noodles don't matter at all, just browned just right and seasoned to perfection. The fried rice was also delicious and perfectly cooked, still crunchy. The eggplants were well caramelized and tender, a delight as a big fan of eggplant I can't believe it. Finally, the ginger-poached chicken was the star of the meal, a delight, tender and tasty. We accompanied this meal with jasmine green tea and oolong tea with milky and vanilla notes. Finally we finished with a delicious pear poached in black tea and white sesame. The restaurant staff is adorable and their expertise is recognized by their excellent descriptions and their openness. The atmosphere is really warm and friendly, it's good to see so much humanity and kindness.

15/03/2024: Updated opinion 2024: I am disappointed by the welcome and the inappropriate humor of the server. I love their cuisine but we need to rethink their welcome and their way of expressing themselves. Review 2019 We tested the discovery menu with a cabbage salad with sweet and sour sauce (I don't like white cabbage, but the salad is well seasoned: sour/sweet), shumai (house specialty), and ravioli (several cooking options are available: steam, fried, semi-fried, etc.) We also had translucent vegetarian noodles, to finish with a dessert of apple and chocolate ravioli. This was a good discovery and suitable for vegetarians. Unlike other Asian restaurants, the dim sum is homemade. In addition, the prices are attractive (around 10 euros per dish). (Please note, it is strongly recommended to reserve a table).

29/03/2024: We had a wonderful dinner rich in varied flavors, the plates feasting the eyes as much as the taste buds. The next day we talk about it again. The happiness felt also comes from the fact that everything is done to please: the very successful decor, in good taste but without flashy luxury, very friendly round tables and seats!!!!!! a delight of comfort. It's so good, this table invites meals that last with a slight interlude between each course (perhaps a little longer) to fully enjoy them. We leave Le Bec au Cauchois with the desire to return very quickly. Thanks to the whole team.
