14/06/2026: We arrived quite late and were still welcomed. The menu was extensive and the dishes delicious; you can tell the food is made with love! The restaurant is beautiful, the decor incredible. The service was very quick and the staff was lovely. I'm not from Épinal, but I'll definitely be back as soon as I'm in the area! Thank you so much ❤️

04/09/2026: First time ordering from this little restaurant, which we stumbled upon by chance. It had been a loooooong time since we'd had Chinese food, and frankly, we weren't disappointed! The gentleman who served us was lovely, and what we ordered was really delicious. We were worried we'd still be hungry afterward, but the portions are very generous. We even had enough for the next day! Excellent value for money, in short, we'll definitely be back 🥰

24/08/2026: I hadn't been back for a few years, worried about hygiene... I decided to give it a try anyway. It was still the best Thai place in Perpignan back then! Result: 2 hairs (optional) in the shrimp spring rolls, 🤮 A slightly suspicious smell in the Thai shrimp... Years go by and hygiene is still lacking 😒 What a shame! There's a good selection, but how long have the dishes been on the shelves and what are the cooking conditions like, given the overall state of the store? It's probably better not to know 😅 I definitely won't be going back...

11/09/2026: I would like to commend Bruno Verjus for his remarkable (and widely noted) decision to permanently close his dive in Paris's 12th arrondissement! Indeed—after 445 Michelin-starred meals (since Tuesday, March 12, 2019)—I believe (without any pretension) that I have acquired a certain amount of experience (indeed, considerable experience) to be able to state that this is the worst "QUALITY/QUANTITY/PRICE" ratio in a two-Michelin-starred establishment, a fact I also mentioned to the Michelin Guide when I wrote my traditional "FOOD TO WORDS" comments! Firstly, the QUALITY of this chef's food is truly mediocre, both in terms of creation (utterly lacking) and execution (completely inconsistent)! Secondly, the QUANTITY of his dishes is truly ridiculous, to the point where you leave his dive feeling utterly hungry! However, I remind him that the primary function of a RESTAURANT is to allow a customer to ENJOY A MEAL! Thirdly, the PRICE of his set menu (€480) – which is far more expensive than that charged in three-Michelin-starred restaurants – is gastronomically astronomical, and – above all – inversely proportional to the QUALITY of his recipes and the QUANTITY on his plates! 30/08/2026: Peking duck is a complete rip-off. They present you with a duck and tell you they're going to carve it. Then, the first course: dry skin on some kind of homemade toast, served by them. They don't even let you create your own combination with a little skin and a little meat. The second course: a sort of duck meat scraps! A despicable rip-off. Shame on you!

28/08/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! ❤️ Arriving quite late and alone in this vast dining room, I was immediately captivated by the magnificent decor and atmosphere of the restaurant. Despite the time and the fact that I was alone, I received a particularly warm and attentive welcome. The service was absolutely perfect: smiling, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. And above all… the food is delicious! A cuisine bursting with flavor, generous, and perfectly executed. This place is definitely worth a visit near Les Halles. I had a wonderful time and will gladly return. A truly beautiful experience, both for the food and the service and the setting. I highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

13/06/2026: Fantastic! I've known this restaurant for 15 years, ever since the son took it over. A complete transformation. You can go there without hesitation. I 100% recommend it. It might be one of the last truly authentic Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood that really makes you want to eat Chinese food! Thank you!

10/07/2026: After February, in June, I took some friends because we were too lazy to cook. I made a reservation, so there was no wait, and as usual, we had a great time. For the price, and with unlimited options, the food was excellent, well-prepared, including fish, meat, Asian dishes, and wok dishes. For that price, I haven't found better. I highly recommend this restaurant.

16/08/2026: What a FANTASTIC Japanese restaurant!! The atmosphere was great, very calm and a little dark, which gave it a mysterious feel. The menu mainly consists of different variations of sushi, but there are also ramen and fish rice. The service was super friendly. If you need parking, I suggest the parking lot at Darcy Park. There are always free and inexpensive spaces.

We appreciate the consistently excellent service, the rigorous and professional approach to hygiene standards, both for the food and the upkeep of the establishment. We also appreciate the work of the kitchen staff, who have always strived to maintain or improve their standards. The dishes are fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and served in generous portions. The menu is varied, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The delivery service is equally excellent; the dishes always arrive on time and in perfect condition. A true mastery, quality, and commitment to excellence.

22/07/2026: I usually go there with my family, my partner, or my friends. I enjoy it every time! It's become our ritual now, and we love it! The red curry chicken is delicious, but so are the shrimp ravioli!

Every visit is consistently excellent. For me, it's simply the best Chinese restaurant in Beauvais. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time enjoying a superb meal!

09/08/2026: My mom always told me: If you go to a chinese restaurant, you know it's good when there's other chinese people eating there. She was right. Jia Yan has excellent food (personal fave : the cucumber salad), the decor is lovely, the owner was really fun and friendly and yes, every time we went, there was a bunch of chinese people eating there, chatting with the owner and enjoying the food.

02/08/2026: We were on our way to visit the Eiffel Tower and were very happy to find this Chinese restaurant to be opened on a Sunday! Very delicious freshly made dumplings, dumplings noodle soup and beef noodle soup. The complimentary salads were also very tasty.

19/07/2026: Excellent food at reasonable prices, courteous service, lovely setting. For two of us, we paid less than €50. We regret not having discovered it sooner.
