07/09/2024: Reviewing after the second time eating here. The first time we passed by we tried one of everything that was left, which was mostly the rolls, and all of it was very good. We decided we had to come back and try the rest of the menu. The marinated beef is so incredibly flavorfull, I highly, highly recommend their traditional Banh mi, but everything they offer is delicious, so you really can't make a bad choice. Truly, the only bad choice here would be if you didn't stop by.

28/06/2025: The ramen is not overly good, but other dishes like the ravioli and chicken are worth trying. The service is very kind, I dropped a glass of water and they changed not only the tablecloth but also the cutlery. Overall it is good but very small.

22/01/2025: Restaurant certainly accustomed to its success and which does not need new customers. Being a restaurateur myself, I find the casual attitude of the young man who “welcomed” my son and me bordering on disrespect. It’s 1:30 p.m., the restaurant closes an hour later so apparently the rush is over, no one is waiting. I ask for a table for two: the tone of voice that answers me clearly does not really want to be customer satisfied. No table...before 15/20 minutes...so you have to wait...outside...so it's January 22 and it's cold in Paris. No offer to drink hot tea on the terrace, a broth, start lunch outside… I tell myself that I will wait in the café opposite: “and if I leave a name and we will come back in 15 minutes”. Well no, if there is someone before you I will place them... well do it gentlemen, stay in this nonchalant attitude, devoid of commercial sense. It’s great to see that some colleagues are not so afraid of the crisis that they can afford to lose customers on a Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. We will never cross Paris again to come and try this cuisine which looks delicious and will not fail to warn those who might be interested.

03/12/2025: One of the most incredible settings, sumptuous and rich in detail! A place imbued with soul and symbolism. At Vong, every corner tells a story, every detail carries meaning. The thousand-armed statue watches over the room and invites contemplation, a space of spirituality and serenity. ✨ Much more than just a setting: a total immersion. The Szechuan beef is perfectly spiced, fragrant, and robust, and the Cantonese rice, served in a hollowed-out pineapple half, is light and the perfect accompaniment! The service is lovely and very quick. I highly recommend it and I will be back!
