30/10/2025: An exceptional welcome, superb service from the owner, and sublime quality of food. If I'm ever in Paris, near the Gare de Lyon, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Mei Xi. All this at an affordable price. (I can't even suck in my stomach!)

30/10/2025: Excellent canteen, lovely manager. We ate plenty of the various dishes that were left over at the end of the afternoon, all for a very reasonable price and in a pleasant atmosphere. We will gladly return.

05/12/2025: A long-established Sichuan Chinese restaurant in Paris. I first ate there in 2015, so it's been ten years now. The portions are large and the prices are reasonable. I'd call it: a lifesaver when I don't want to cook the next day. I always order some dishes that I can eat the next day. Perhaps not the best Chinese restaurant, but definitely relatively affordable. Highly recommend: Dry-fried green beans + Sour soup beef.

07/12/2025: Truly one of the best pizzas my wife and I have ever had. Cooked perfectly. Waiting time was perfect. Price: very reasonable. I highly recommend this place... You won't be disappointed. Oh, one last thing: if they run out of snacks, they'll call you to ask if you can replace them with something of the same price. Now that's thoughtful!

You've lost good customers.

23/01/2026: Discovered by chance one lazy evening, ended up getting takeout since there's no dining in. So if you're looking for a romantic candlelit dinner in an idyllic setting, look elsewhere. If you're looking for delicious food, you've come to the right place. I tried the spring rolls and samosas with both pork AND beef in a spicy sauce! Really, truly delicious and INEXPENSIVE.

The food is excellent! The suggestions bring something new and urge us to return. My great-niece did justice to the spring rolls, noodles, and fruit salad. Dare to step inside, you'll be back... 26/02/2026: We've been ordering takeout from them for years, and we were disappointed with our last order. They made a mistake with our food, which can happen in the restaurant business, but we had to go back to the restaurant to have them correct it. While this is an occasional occurrence, it's not the first time it's happened to us. We would have appreciated a gesture of goodwill or at least more consideration. The response we received seemed unprofessional, telling us that we had already received a can of Coca-Cola, which, I should point out, was for orders over €30, as indicated on their menu. We find this regrettable because we had previously had a good experience, but the more time passes, the more deplorable the service becomes.
