01/09/2024: Last night, we had an absolutely deplorable experience at the Ô Panda restaurant in Nîmes. We were a group of six friends, and despite booking in advance, the service turned out to be a complete disaster from start to finish. When we arrived at 9:45 p.m., we were seated at our table and the waiter came to take our drink order. After an interminable 20 minute wait, our drinks finally arrived, but again, nothing went as planned. Instead of the Monaco I ordered, I was served half a peach with strawberry syrup on the side, a clear error. In addition, the lemon beer that we were expecting turns into a simple 50 cl beer, without any trace of lemon. Faced with these errors, we politely point out the problem to the waitress who, instead of apologizing, allows herself to laugh and openly make fun of us. She then goes back to the bar to correct her order, but returns with a Monaco without lemonade (so, not a Monaco) and another FuzeTea instead of beer. This situation is becoming ridiculous: after 40 minutes of waiting, we still haven't received our drinks correctly, and we haven't even started eating. When we were finally able to start our meal, after so many adventures, a waitress came to our table after only 15 minutes to ask us if we had finished with the salty, because she was about to remove everything. We reply that we are not finished yet, but we are ready to move on to dessert to make it easier for them. Barely two minutes later, she comes back, interrupting us in the middle of our discussion to urge us to move on to the sweet stuff because she had to remove everything. His intrusive and unpleasant attitude, after the multiple service errors, really exasperated us. We expressed our displeasure by letting him know that we had never been treated like this in a restaurant. His reaction? No apology, nothing, other than a casual "Ok fine, do that" when we told him we would rather leave than suffer this unacceptable treatment. In addition to this deplorable service, the quality of the all-you-can-eat buffet also left something to be desired. The bins were almost all empty, and nothing was restocked. For a restaurant that prides itself on offering all-you-can-eat service, this is simply unacceptable. In conclusion, Ô Panda in Nîmes is a place to avoid at all costs. Between disrespectful service, repeated errors, and a dismal buffet, this establishment has clearly lost the sense of hospitality and respect for customers. A real shame.

01/09/2024: Hier soir, nous avons vécu une expérience absolument déplorable au restaurant Ô Panda à Nîmes. Nous étions un groupe de six amis, et malgré une réservation effectuée à l'avance, le service s'est avéré être un véritable désastre du début à la fin. À notre arrivée à 21h45, on nous a installés à notre table et le serveur est venu prendre notre commande de boissons. Après une attente interminable de 20 minutes, nos boissons finissent par arriver, mais là encore, rien ne se passe comme prévu. Au lieu du Monaco commandé, on me sert un demi-pêche accompagné d’un sirop de fraise à part, une erreur manifeste. De plus, la bière citronnée que nous attendions se transforme en une simple bière de 50 cl, sans aucune trace de citron. Face à ces erreurs, nous signalons poliment le problème à la serveuse qui, au lieu de s'excuser, se permet de rire et de se moquer ouvertement de nous. Elle repart ensuite vers le bar pour corriger sa commande, mais revient avec un Monaco sans limonade (donc, pas un Monaco) et un autre FuzeTea à la place de la bière. Cette situation devient ridicule : après 40 minutes d'attente, nous n'avons toujours pas reçu nos boissons correctement, et nous n'avons même pas commencé à manger. Lorsque nous avons finalement pu commencer notre repas, après tant de péripéties, une serveuse se présente à notre table au bout de seulement 15 minutes pour nous demander si nous avions fini avec le salé, car elle s’apprêtait à tout retirer. Nous répondons que nous n’avons pas encore terminé, mais que nous sommes prêts à passer au dessert pour leur faciliter la tâche. À peine deux minutes plus tard, elle revient à la charge, nous interrompant en pleine discussion pour nous presser de passer au sucré car elle devait tout retirer. Son attitude intrusive et désagréable, après les multiples erreurs de service, nous a vraiment exaspérés. Nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement en lui faisant savoir que nous n'avions jamais été traités de la sorte dans un restaurant. Sa réaction ? Aucune excuse, rien, si ce n'est un "Ok très bien, faites ça" désinvolte quand nous lui avons dit que nous préférions partir plutôt que de subir ce traitement inacceptable. En plus de ce service déplorable, la qualité du buffet à volonté laissait également à désirer. Les bacs étaient presque tous vides, et rien n'était réapprovisionné. Pour un restaurant qui se targue de proposer un service à volonté, c'est tout simplement inacceptable. En conclusion, Ô Panda à Nîmes est un lieu à éviter à tout prix. Entre un service irrespectueux, des erreurs à répétition, et un buffet lamentable, cet établissement a clairement perdu le sens de l’hospitalité et du respect des clients. Une véritable honte.

14/02/2024: Mediocre quantity, paid sauce, not even water offered, it makes the atmosphere cold. This justifies few customers. I won't go back there.

17/06/2024: We took a bobun and it was a disaster. Tough meat with a not reassuring smell, soft spring rolls and sticky and flavorless “pasta”. A piece of advice, go your own way. A real disappointment 🤮

14/04/2024: Dishes from various Asian locations. Reasonable quality/price ratio, although a little more quality is missing. Perhaps the fried starters such as nem, gyoza or springroll are a little above the main dishes. As a positive point, the portions are ordered by weight, so you can try different things without having to be many diners.

12/09/2024: very disappointed. We ate there several times, no problems. We took takeaway for the first time, very high price and dish not fresh. The sushi and pasta were not of the day because the rice was very dry and stuck and the pasta was better the next day even though it had been kept cool... We went to the opening of the restaurant in the evening, we will not make this mistake again because we had to throw everything away the next day at noon... more than €50 is a lot to pay to have to throw away...

12/09/2024: Excellent value for money, good service even in busy times, I came on a Saturday and there was a crazy queue!! We ate well 👍 edit as of 09/11/2024: Still nothing to complain about, at the top again! 👌

20/09/2024: The service is so disorganized and distracting. Some of the food is salty, and some are bland. The portions are very small. Service attitude isn't friendly. Fortunately, the restaurant looks clean.

15/09/2024: Although we see some mixed reviews we thought everything was excellent. Wonderful atmosphere, great service and delicious dinner.

09/09/2024: To avoid absolutely, we went to eat at 5 Saturday evening. Sunday morning my pregnant sister started vomiting a lot (more than 15 times) and so did another person in my family, then it was my turn, result 3 food poisoning..

06/09/2024: It's calm and relaxing. Very smiling staff. For the buffet, as it is not a large surface area, the buffet is in the image but the essentials are there.

01/03/2024: Fidèles clients de Wok 10, nous nous y sommes rendus le jeudi 29 février en soirée, en toute confiance. Tout était très bon, comme nous en avons l'habitude, mais déception à la caisse au moment du réglement.... Il est annoncé sur Internet, sur les sets de table, sur votre propre site des menus à 17.90€, du lundi au vendredi midi et surprise nous dû avons régler 99.60€ pour 4 menus, soit 24.90, tarif appliqué du vendredi soir au dimanche soir !!!! Pouvez vous nous apporter qq explications pour cet écart qui nous parait important, compte-tenu du jour choisi en conséquence (jeudi soir) Nous tenons à disposition le ticket de caisse. 24/09/2023: To flee. Nothing Asian and no transparency on the preservation of their recipes. I ordered bao and they served it very cold and the taste is not even worth trying. 😡😡😡😡

07/09/2023: Fast and efficient service, the dim sum is very good and plentiful. The quality is there for those I have tasted. It was very hot but too many fans had been installed to help the customers. You can order from the site and be served at the table! It was really nice. There were only high stools which can sometimes be annoying for some people. I recommend.

11/06/2024: Very disappointed, very cold welcome and does not take the credit card. I asked the question, he told me that there was an ATM further away, I only had my phone to pay and no credit card, he took the card back and left without saying anything. OK, too bad.

17/06/2024: Expensive and not good Dinner for 4 as a family, really not plentiful, expensive and above all not good. The portions are about half the size of regular Chinese, but at the same price. The spring rolls were good, garlic shrimp and sautéed broccoli ok. For the rest: overcooked noodles, fatty and overcooked Cantonese rice, much overcooked duck... in short, dishes that were too reheated to be cooked that much... Ultra fast service, no time to finish the aperitif. We got away with it for €140, 4 of us, with 2 little girls… really too expensive.

31/08/2024: So bad! Flies on the food. Food was cold. Not a huge choice and very tasteless. Has to be the worst place I have been to for a "meal". Save yourselves the disappointment and do not go! Si mal! Vole sur la nourriture. La nourriture était froide. Pas un choix énorme et très insipide. Ce doit être le pire endroit où je suis allé pour un "repas". Épargnez-vous la déception et n’y allez pas !
