Les offres avec boissons incluses ne sont pas claires.
Etablissement sans âme.
Dans toutes les villes de France, on retrouve ce type d'établissement, bon pour dépanner mais sans plus.
Beaucoup de mouches dans les zones alimentaires.
Le service est au minimum. L'objectif est de faire du chiffre d'affaire pas de fidéliser.

16/11/2023: This fondue restaurant is not bad in terms of the choice of food and in terms of its presentation. The broth served is tasty, the portions served are rather small. The service is great. The only downside is the choice of sauces, there are only a few. Those who are used to tasting fondue with such a sauce and it is not present will be disappointed.

24/08/2024: Very poor service. Very slow. We had a pancake that was clearly a few days old. Industrial ice cream served in the manufacturer's cardboard pot. Small quantity. Unjustified price.

03/03/2024: I haven't eaten there, so I can't give you an opinion. The service is fast, that's all I can say about it. On the other hand, it's very noisy, you don't come to relax there, the atmosphere is not pleasant. The floor was dirty, the tables were not arranged, they were more or less on top of each other, the chairs left and right, everyone moves them as they want, finally when you arrive, you have to set up your table and your chairs. Well.... a general atmosphere not particularly pleasant.

Inadmissible que le personnel vide les bacs à 14h, devant les clients qui veulent se servir, pour constituer des plats Too good to go.
Le service se finit à 14h30 et nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir déjeuner de ce qui nous faisait envie, sans se rabattre sur ce qui a été laissé dans les bacs.
05/06/2024: Arrivé vers 13h15 plat vide et le ce qui rester était desséché qualité moindre de plus je me suis permise une remarque c'est cher pour ça le caissier c'est permis de dire il y a façon de le dire hahaha😄😄😄 j'aurais peut être dû lui emballé franchement il y a mieux à fuir trop bruyants et pour avoir des réflexions alors que c'est moi qui paye c'est grave pffff

05/09/2024: The food quality is poor and the hygiene conditions are checked. The most ridiculous thing is that the male boss is Chinese, and he ignored a family of Chinese tourists who came to eat and asked him questions.
The same Frenchman's fawning face is disgusting to look at. The dishes and service attitude of Famille Heureuse, a Chinese restaurant not far away, are very good.

Plus de pinces pour servir les desserts et bonbons tous le monde se sert avec les doigts bonjour l hygiène 🤮🤮🤮🤮. Des aliments d une qualité plus que médiocre à fuir …. 40€ pour rien manger au top

After its administrative closure for lack of hygiene, the Wok & Grill in Bron has not changed and therefore leaves permanently because it is demolished and makes way for a university residence....!To be avoided
Closed again by the Rhône Prefecture for serious hygiene violations (second time in 6 months!!!) Good luck!

13/09/2024: Customers are queuing but no one is served in order, I arrived at the opening with my sister only my sister was served
When I ask to be served, seeing that new customers arrive and are served before me, I am told "I don't serve the Thailand side, I only serve the Japanese side." Isn't that clear?
I would never come back to this restaurant again, seeing the general rating of 3.5 I should have checked before going there!
No respect for the customer and the cooks laugh at the situation.
06/09/2024: Welcome always at the top, the catering side is really good, but what far surpasses everything else is their famous lemongrass beef sandwich (they only do it from Monday to Friday only downside) thank you again!
