08/08/2024: This restaurant run by a Chinese family is exceptional, always warm, the waiters and waitresses are always attentive. I see people complaining about the fact that the dishes are not renewed once finished, all you have to do is ask the service to re-serve the dishes.. in short I recommend I go there every year the owners are always welcoming and the decor is nice 🙏😼👍👍👍 (don't go to the orchid, the restaurant across the street the noodles are always greasy and oily)

22/09/2024: A nice Chinese restaurant with good flavors even if it's not to die for. The quality/price ratio is the main advantage of the establishment. Fairly cold service.

20/09/2024: It was bad... I didn't enjoy it at all and I felt like I was being punished with the waitresses who were not at all friendly. We haven't talked about the noodles... I had the impression of being in a complete “Back stage of Asian cuisines” investigation.

20/08/2024: I report a dead spider on my plate, not even an apology from the waitress. The caramel chicken is bathed in water, the makis are tasteless. Restaurant getting worse and worse. Just the simple family atmosphere.

02/08/2024: Pleasant place, quiet, clean and perfect for sharing a good all-you-can-eat buffet. The team is professional, welcoming and very friendly. We enjoy every meal at the Village du Bonheur. The buffet offered is more than sufficient and of good quality, as is the wok. In short, I love it and I recommend it! See you soon :-)

26/07/2024: Our favorite restaurant! The buffet is on a human scale, to avoid waste at the end of the service, but the choice is there as well as the tastes: you leave feeling satisfied. The staff is adorable (when there are few people, they offer to sit down while we wait for our wok plate to finish and bring it back to the table), the prices are affordable (less than 15 euros for an all-you-can-eat lunch option). ) and the wok with lots of choice in terms of ingredients and sauces. In short, we go back every week and never disappointed!

19/07/2024: A few weeks ago, I was told that the restaurant voucher card did not work for my delivery order. I call ahead to find out if it works, I am told yes, no problem. The delivery man arrives and as luck would have it it doesn't work. I call to ask for explanations, I am told that it is working normally and when I ask how we can resolve the problem, the person speaks as a stranger to his colleagues, ignoring me and hangs up saying goodbye.... From an incorrectness never seen before, I will obviously not go back there again.

22/08/2024: The Garden of Happiness, it’s the Chinese restaurant par excellence, the one that takes you back to your teenage memories. It’s a place that hasn’t changed, with its slightly vintage decor but so authentic. The food is simple, delicious, and affordable. We come here to enjoy ourselves without breaking the bank, like we did every Saturday when we were younger. This restaurant is a real throwback, in the good sense of the word. If you are looking for a place where you will find those flavors that marked your youth, this is the place to go.

07/09/2024: The Worst All-you-can-eat Buffet I've tried in the area!! Very little choice regarding the buffet. Chicken spring rolls, Nuggets, Shrimp fritters, Everything was bland, No taste. I wanted to taste the noodles as well as some chicken which didn't look like chicken but like mush. The chicken was sticky and smelled funny, like it wasn't fresh. I decided to go and ask the person in charge of the wok. I asked him if the chicken was fresh, even though I knew in advance that it was not fresh given its smell. He replied: It can't be fresh because we prepare them several hours in advance!! So I told him he could throw the plate away, I didn't want to take any risk of getting sick! 1st and last time I will set foot there. Flee, if you don't want to get sick.

30/08/2024: My father hospitalized in Montluçon, I live in the Var, I came one August evening to this restaurant to please him by offering him his favorite dish which is the Stuffed Crab, there was none, so I I settled on a Chinese omelette! Response from the boss: you can't do it yourself! I explain to her that I am from the Var very kindly etc... she kicks out my 14 year old daughter and me... my father died the night that followed... I won't say anything about the cooking, but you should be ashamed of yourself for doing so like this...

16/07/2024: The secret of the restaurant is the woman who serves. She creates the atmosphere and is very helpful, although you have to love that. The food is nice, traditional, but not very much. We were still hungry after dessert. For a menu of 26 euros you expect more than four shrimps. Shame.

31/07/2024: On y retournera plus.... Les bacs déjà pas profond sont vides, alors que 20 mn après le début su service, tout quasi froid, quand ils remplissent c'est au compte goutte, donc ça ne reste pas chaud longtemps... Pas de rincé doigts alors qu'ils y a des crevettes 5/6 qui se battent en duel ! Glace qui font dans le congélateur et j'en passe... Dernière fois !!!

30/08/2024: The beef satay and Cantonese rice were very good. Friendly and smiling waitresses, I was well received on a weekday lunchtime when the restaurant was quiet. The only downside is that the dishes are a little expensive.
