05/12/2023: Excellent food and service. It's really mesmerising to see the food being prepared in front of you. The restaurant atmosphere was casual vibe which I loved. The staff are friendly and attentive. Chef Verjus was at the restaurant personally supervising service. They only offer the tasting menu both at lunch and dinner so remember to skip meals before to properly enjoy the experience. I had the autumn 2023 menu. Everything was extremely enjoyable but what I'm still dreaming about is the scallop dish, the foie gras and vegetables in a broth, the frog legs and langoustine, the mushroom medley that came with the poultry main and the chocolate tart with caviar. I personally don't have a sweet tooth but I think I found a category of dessert I now love! I wish I could've had the cheese course because I love cheese, but unfortunately I was too full and could no longer finish the portions by the time we got to the fish course which was a bummer!

07/07/2024: Family lunch on a Sunday. It is advisable to reserve, it is often full. Pleasant welcome and fast service. Good and simple food. Homemade rice noodles with vegetables and shrimp. Very good !

23/12/2023: Very unpleasant waiter, judges his customers. He demanded a customer pay in advance for her meal because of her appearance.

17/08/2024: Pas beaucoup de choix pour un samedi soir, 21,90€ et plus de viande rouge... sur les souchis y'a quasiment pas de saumon et surdosage de riz, ça craint. Très déçue.

12/08/2024: One of the best hotpots in Paris The spicy soup is very fragrant and full of flavor, and the clear soup is also carefully made (it is drinkable and not full of MSG) and the ingredients are very good!

28/08/2024: Très bon dîner avec un personnel attentif et amical ! Un peu de latence entre l’arrivée des différents sushis ou encore pour la commande des desserts mais rien à redire !

30/08/2024: Je viens de temps en temps y prendre un Pad Thaï sans cacahouètes et c’est toujours aussi bon. Et puis ce sourire de la jeune femme qui prend les commandes. Je recommande et recommanderai longtemps.

07/09/2024: The Worst All-you-can-eat Buffet I've tried in the area!! Very little choice regarding the buffet. Chicken spring rolls, Nuggets, Shrimp fritters, Everything was bland, No taste. I wanted to taste the noodles as well as some chicken which didn't look like chicken but like mush. The chicken was sticky and smelled funny, like it wasn't fresh. I decided to go and ask the person in charge of the wok. I asked him if the chicken was fresh, even though I knew in advance that it was not fresh given its smell. He replied: It can't be fresh because we prepare them several hours in advance!! So I told him he could throw the plate away, I didn't want to take any risk of getting sick! 1st and last time I will set foot there. Flee, if you don't want to get sick.

02/07/2024: Niveau environnement, on peut trouver à se garer, quitte à marcher un peu. La salle est spacieuse, bien éclairée et les sièges confortables et propres, de même que la table. Le personnel est très sympathique et nous as expliqué le fonctionnement vu que c'était la première fois que l'on venait. Le choix des mets est vraiment large et il y en a pour tous les goûts. C'est très bon. Le tarif est dans la moyenne des autres types de restaurants buffet. Très bien.

10/06/2024: Nous venions régulièrement, depuis un peu plus d'un an nous n'avions pas eu l'occasion de revenir. Quelle déception ! Cuisine sans goût, des sushis fades, des nems trop cuits, le poulet trop cuit. Les desserts industriels, même mon péché mignon les croquants aux cacahuètes étaient eux mous Bref changement de direction on dirait qui n'a pas suivi la qualité du précédent patron Très très déçu. Je déconseille fortement cette cantine d'un niveau très bas

09/12/2023: At first glance, the menu presents a wide choice at very affordable prices. Once served, we understand the price better: the Phnom Penh soup is more like the instant soups purchased in stores, they did not even make the effort to use the rice pasta specific to this soup and put it in the place those that we find more in a Phó, and they put 2 pieces of meat, strict minimum ingredients. We ordered other dishes as a couple (ravioli, lok lak rice, fried potatoes, stir-fried udon), the general impression remains the same: cooking with less effort with few ingredients where the authentic taste of the dishes is not necessarily by appointment. In the end, we ended up paying the same price as a restaurant in Paris, with the difference that here, we didn't really enjoy the dishes or the experience.
