03/08/2025: Le Mandarin is our go to spot whenever we're in Saint-Ouen. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable compared to other places.
The service is friendly and welcoming, and it seems to be a family-run place, which adds to the charm. It’s not fancy, but it’s honest, tasty, and consistent. If you’re looking for a good Chinese meal at a decent price, this place is definitely worth a visit.
22/06/2025: Cold food, leftover noodles, and appalling hygiene.
There was a mosquito in the vinegar, and the cutlery was dirty (photos available).
I had a skin reaction after the meal, but the chef ignored our complaints. Avoid this place at all costs, even at a low price; food safety is paramount!

09/01/2025: La comida era fabulosa y el personal era amable! Teníamos el pulpo sashimi, panqueque fois gras que era mi favorito (piense en el pato Pekín pero con fois gras) , bacalao negro, y costillas de cerdo ibérico (tiernas con piel crujiente)

29/08/2024: Parents took me here today, for the first time, as they rate it. A clean, well organised establishment. Friendly staff. A decent selection of self service Chinese food, with a section, you can pick for a chef to cook from scratch. All the dishes were quality, as were the puddings. Very good value and washed mine down with a Tsingtao beer.
16/06/2024: Nous avons effectué une réservation à l’occasion de la Fête des Pères. Arrivée sur place. Aucune table était réservée nous avons dû rebrousser chemin c’est inadmissible à quoi bon réserver quand nous sommes mis à la porte. Résultats le jour de la Fête des Pères, nous avons dû improviser pour pouvoir déjeuner. Je trouve ça inadmissible.

Les baos, faits minutes devant nous sont d'une finesse extrême et d'un goût incomparable nous plongeant au cœur de la street food chinoise. Le service est impeccable et le cadre incroyable. Le rapport qualité-prix est également extrêmement satisfaisant.

08/06/2024: I have been to this restaurant several times, the cuisine is remarkable, he is truly a chef, a real one in the kitchen. You have to know this place, not very inviting, it looks a little too much like a Chinese bouiboui but the culinary experience is exceptional.
17/05/2024: A really great little family restaurant, the cuisine is excellent and comes from very classic recipes that you find in all the "Chinese" restaurants in the capital... it's really Chinese food, prepared on site, it's fresh, it's excellent, and the service is adorable. The lady explained everything to us, presented the desserts and on what occasion they were eaten in China... In short, I just can't wait to go back there to taste what I couldn't have!

17/06/2024: Rien de ce qu'on a commandé n'avait de saveur. Ingrédients plutôt de basse qualité. Même le riz n'était pas bon. Finalement, ce qui était meilleur étaient les chips aux crevettes servies pour l'apéritif.
Les quantités sont chiches.
Déco rudimentaire. Seul point positif :il y a des nappes en tissu et l'accueil est bon. Dommage.

28/09/2024: Intimate, cozy atmosphere, the restaurant is run by a couple, Mr. in the kitchen and Mrs. serving, extremely kind and attentive to your needs, the dishes are copious and colorful, the tastes are present. Very nice discovery, externally we cannot guess this treasure.
