26/07/2026: Great restaurant with a diverse menu! I recommend it.

03/09/2026: The restaurant is quite hidden; you already feel like you're embarking on an adventure before you even find the entrance. Once inside, the atmosphere is… unique, let's just say it sets the tone right away. The waiter didn't seem quite himself, which was already a bit worrying when it came to starting the meal. Then there were the spoons. The place where they were kept was dirty. I pointed this out to the waitress to get some clean ones. After checking a little later, surprise: the dirty spoons were still there; they had simply added clean ones on top. A revolutionary storage technique, who would have thought? The overall condition of the restaurant and its cleanliness clearly leave much to be desired. As for the desserts, we could almost have helped defrost them ourselves: they were still frozen in their trays. And as for the rest, a good portion of the savory dishes, especially the fish, were so dry that we wondered how long they had been waiting for their moment of glory. In short, a rather unique experience. If you're looking for a restaurant with a bit of suspense, adventure, and surprises in every dish, you've come to the right place. Personally, we'll pass.

02/09/2026: Where to begin? The table we were seated at was dirty, the tablecloth stained... as for the food, the cold chain was clearly not respected, the spoons provided were dirty, most of the meals were dry... disappointed

30/07/2026: A generous and varied buffet, a very professional welcome – you're never disappointed when you go to the Royal Gourmand.

20/07/2026: I used to go to this canteen very regularly, despite the dirty chandeliers, which are a bit off-putting, though... There was a lot of choice and the food was good quality... The prices were reasonable. The prices have gradually skyrocketed and the quality is no longer there. Last time, I had to stop eating the baked fish, which I had been looking forward to coming for, and the large mushrooms... They were ten times too salty, inedible. You can sense a weariness among the staff, and probably the cooks too... When you cook, you taste it; that seems like the bare minimum... When it's that salty and they still serve the dish, it means they don't care... Really disappointed, I probably won't be going back anytime soon... unless they get a new menu, new prices, or reasonable set menus...

28/08/2026: If I could give it zero stars, I would. This is literally the worst all-you-can-eat buffet I've ever seen. The food is disgusting, and with such a small amount on offer, you quickly get through it all.

11/08/2026: I've been going there for years, and it's always been excellent. I would recommend it to others; it's the best caterer in Rouen. The quality is good. You feel transported to China with all the aromas. Thank you to the Litang family. There's no doubt about it, it's always so good. They're not messing around when it comes to food; all their delicious dishes are amazing. I can't get enough of them; I feel like I'm in China. And what can I say? Thank you, Mr. Choron.

19/07/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! An exorbitant price for low-quality food, and above all, deplorable service and a lack of professionalism (dishes removed without asking if the customer had finished, etc.)

14/09/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely horrible experience at Cité d’Or 168 in Antibes. We went to eat, tried several dishes from the buffet, and unfortunately, it really wasn't good. We didn't like it, so we left it. We weren't going to force ourselves to eat something we didn't like! But the worst part was when it came time to pay: the cashier literally ATTACKED us, accusing us of wasting food and trying to charge us an extra €8! Excuse me, but since when do you have to pay extra for trying dishes and not liking them?! At no point did we see any clear rule indicating this charge. She insisted it was written on the table, but we hadn't seen it. And, as if by magic, when she realized we weren't going to pay the €8 and that we weren't going to let her get away with it, she removed it and started to calm down! The staff is extremely unpleasant. We'd barely arrived when they pounced on us for cocktails, without even giving us a chance to sit down. Then, they kept checking on us at our table every five minutes to see if we'd finished. We felt watched and rushed to leave. We came to enjoy a peaceful meal, not to be treated like this. Between the food, which is truly awful, and the staff who think they can get away with anything, it's a disaster. We will NEVER return. And frankly, I strongly advise against this place. Save your money and go somewhere else!

01/08/2026: We were just passing through the area and were very disappointed. The quality of the food was really poor; the meat was bland, tasteless, and very rubbery, not to mention the lack of choice. Furthermore, the hygiene of the place seemed questionable, which was very unsettling. I definitely do not recommend it. We will not be returning.

17/07/2026: A bit of a wait at the beginning, otherwise a good restaurant.

11/07/2026: I think this is one of the worst restaurants you can find in Lille. The food is bland and uninteresting; everything is reheated and freshly microwaved. Not to mention the sweet and sour sauce, which tastes like ketchup diluted with water and sugar. The dishes gave me indigestion, as I don't think they adhere to hygiene standards. I strongly advise against going there.

16/06/2026: I was extremely disappointed. I was greeted by a man on the phone, but just as I was about to be served, he interrupted me to answer a voicemail. There was no salad or mint to accompany the spring rolls. When I got home, the rice was completely dry, as if it had been cooked the day before. I had ordered eight spring rolls, but I only received four. There was no compensation offered for the lack of mint and salad. On top of that, we had to pay extra for the steaming sauces and spring rolls, and the fried rice tasted like soap! I will never go back!

26/01/2026: New owner, new kitchen, and most importantly, new prices! For that price (€17-€24), go to Pacific Gaillard or Saint Julien. (Otherwise, Vénissieux-Lyon if you're willing to make the trip, but it's worth it.) It's an all-you-can-eat buffet, but you only get one regular naan. The people sitting next to us were given a cheese naan without even asking... It's served at random. And it's not even good. I won't be back, and this review is for those who, like me, were thinking, "Let's give it a try." Absolutely not!

23/07/2026: Very inconsistent. One day it's good, not great but good, and the next day avoid it at all costs. It's a gamble.

02/06/2026: We were very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. Arriving at 8:30 pm, almost all the dishes were lukewarm. When we pointed this out to the staff, they didn't react at all. We won't dwell on the lack of politeness. We won't be back.
