28/10/2024: Alors que nous étions sur la dernière journée de notre séjour Dinardais, je souhaitais manger des moules-frites en terrasse vue sur mer, il faisait très très beau. Donc direction le port de St Cast le Guildo. Pour une fois, nous avons décidé de manger sur le port sans nous soucier d'avis.
Et nous avons très bien mangé sur la terrasse du Newport ! Les moules étaient très bonnes avec une bonne préparation au curry pour moi et au roquefort pour madame. C'était top !
Attention, pour les autres plats, je ne peux juger..

toujours ravi par l’ accueil, la nourriture de qualité, des assiettes copieuses et une addition pour 6 personnes plus que raisonnable 118 €…

Problem for this part. The problem is what happens next, not the slightest comment, not the slightest thank you!!! We left early in the morning, happy to leave this atmosphere which has absolutely nothing to do with an abbey. Tasteless coldness, a business rather than an invitation to meditation. More than 200 people attended this conference. Fortunately I have the opinions of many of them.
For the abbey, I gave them a gift that remained forever absent of the slightest thank you.
It’s the first time, especially as a volunteer.

08/08/2024: Une très mauvaise expérience, d'autant plus que nous connaissions l'excellent restaurant avant le rachat. Produit de faible qualité . Cuisson basse température, pour une viande complètement desséchée... Serveur désinvolte, pour ne pas dire qu'on avait l'impression de le deranger. À fuir.
01/08/2024: Je n'ai pas pour habitude d'être désobligeante, mais ma déception est trop grande.
Tout était médiocre et sans goût! De la saucisse purée, à l'entrecôte hyper grasse et mal cuite, à la côte de porc à laquelle il ne restait pratiquement plus rien une fois l'os et le gras enlevés.
Et je n'ai pas encore parlé du goût rance des frites (hyper huileuses) qui nous a accompagné toute la soirée.
Quant'au prix, il est nettement surcoté vu la qualité du repas.
Vous l'avez compris... je n'y retournerai plus et surtout je ne le recommande à personne

14/07/2024: Déçus !! Nous pensions nous régaler. Plats sans saveur aucune et surtout pas asiatique. De plus repas bâclé, servi un peu trop rapidement, pas top pour une soirée de détente. Repas tout juste terminé, musique d'ambiance coupée. Bof !! On ne conseille pas franchement.

20/07/2024: De passage à Lanvallay, nous avons trouvé ce petit restaurant d’apparence très sympathique. Après la commande de deux galettes, nous avons été servis chacun notre tour. Donc forcément mon mari a mangé froid pendant que moi je mangeais la mienne force est de constater que le patron qui est aussi le cuisinier, passe sa vie au bar à boire de la bière avec ses clients… Le repas était quand même correct. Accueil sympa.
