16/09/2024: L'acceuil et le cadre sont agréables mais 15,50€ le fisch & chips pour un filet de poisson ridiculement petit et très peu de frites tièdes. 9,50 la pinte de bière...encore une chaine de restauration sans intéret.
Celà dit la sexy veggie salade était bien garnie et plutôt bonne.

31/08/2024: Deuxième visite a la pension, nous y allons dans l'idée de découvrir des plats que je ne saurais pas cuisiner, et bien nous n'avons vraiment pas été déçu. J'ai du mal à faire le deuil de mon assiette.
Travers de porc a la jamaïcain sauce cacahuète. Et le petit accompagnement épicé...
Un vrai plat bien réfléchi, sans chichi, magnifique !!

27/05/2024: With the Pass time, we wanted to discover this restaurant and we were really very satisfied. The food is good, the service very good. There are very comfortable armchairs, what a change from chairs! I recommend and will return.

An impeccable service, very involved, diligent and smiling, just to see again can hardly be too much haste...
We loved the decor, the colors but a real problem with the layout of the room.. Really too straight, too rectilinear for us, we should perhaps barely break it all up... that's why 3 stars otherwise that would have been the 5...
But we will come back, that's for sure...

The savory pancakes at the meal were good and generous, that’s the only positive thing!
A Monaco and a picon cut in water, the boss who said “you should have told us we would have changed” except that we told the waiter who did not take the request into account at all… chocolate crepe sickening and bitter fruit because it was so soaked, a banana split with 3 pieces of banana at the bottom of the cup... asks for the number of the wine Uby the waiter who replies "I don't know, you have to ask the boss" when all you have to do is read the label on the bottle... and in the end he didn't ask for anything... good
A first and above all a last time!!

The pizzeria chosen at random.
The pizza ingredients come from cans (mushrooms, artichokes, pineapple etc...) too many onions which mask the other flavors (perhaps intended??)
Very fast service but limited shipping.
The very cold room (no decoration, tiles and white wall, tables very close together which allow you to follow the neighbors' conversations!)
In short, bad experience despite the reviews consulted before booking....

Amazing experience.
We have been regulars at the Oriental for 2.3 times when we passed through the pretty town of Ornans. The restaurant only serves take-away , call, and take your container or Dalila will lend you one, to serve you the Couscous Royal!

The owner is so kind person
Very far from being the best couscous in the region, a rare gem!
If you're looking for authentic cuisine in the area, go to L'oriental!
We will come back as long as we can!
27/03/2024: Tastiest couscous with vegetables I've ever tasted. Perfect, especially as a vegan. Large portion and freshly prepared. Very sweet operator!
March 2024 - Pick-up only, not in the restaurant. I had to bring two containers (one for couscous, one for the vegetables) :)
