21/05/2026: Perfect for a relaxing, nourishing, and educational break. The pool is a bonus for complete relaxation. The meals are hearty, local, and delicious. And my dog ​​was very welcome.

11/05/2026: Romantic weekend Dakotabox Upon arrival, they could have offered us a drink. They showed us our room, but it lacked a TV. The bell rings at 7 pm for aperitifs. The meal we ordered was overpriced for what we ate; for us, it wasn't worth the price: nettle soup and two starters, raw vegetables, out-of-season meat, savory items, potatoes, cheese, and dessert. Breakfast included homemade bread, butter, and jam, which was excellent, but lacked pastries. And the leather goods tour felt like a pushy sales tactic.

10/05/2026: A wonderful stay: the location is superb and peaceful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent, and the entire hotel staff is incredibly attentive. There are some beautiful hikes starting right from the hotel.

04/05/2026: After the fourth rib steak, the cut deteriorated significantly, with a huge bone visible on the third and fourth occasions. I must also mention the disgusting frozen matchstick fries. Homemade fries are much better elsewhere. Beware of the takeaway pizzas; they infuriated me. My neighbor had one at his table that was supposed to be a pizza, but it was very wobbly in the box. When I opened it, I found a pizza barely bigger than a dessert plate. I felt insulted, and despite having paid for it, I angrily abandoned it on a high chair. They shamelessly rip you off. I advise everyone against going to L'Olivier. Go somewhere else, even to the neighbor's place, which is renowned for its pizzas. L'Olivier is absolutely to be avoided.

You even made me like mushrooms, which I don't usually care for. The waitress is kind, attentive, responsive, and brave to manage the service all by herself! 07/02/2026: The fries are no longer homemade, which is a real shame. The beef fillet is identical in every way to the one you find at Super U. The menu is presented in folders, with several copies per folder, and it's not the same for every customer (this was also the case for the desserts), which isn't very professional. There have been many changes compared to before; has the owner changed?

The driving range has become much more engaging and fun; it's no longer just about hitting balls. There's real potential to further develop the activities and create a consistent dynamic. A solid choice for a different kind of practice and to attract a wider clientele.

26/03/2026: This was our first time at this restaurant, and we ordered pizzas. They were quite good, but not at all filling. The crust was as thin as cigarette paper—what a shame! And yet, the dough costs next to nothing! We usually eat pizza at a restaurant in Pont-de-Roide, and it's incomparable. Following your response, I consider your argument a false one, because a gourmet wouldn't appreciate such a thin crust at all. Furthermore, having traveled quite a bit, particularly in Italy, which is renowned for having the best pizzas in the world, I can say that their thicker crust is exemplary.

09/03/2026: Excellent pizzeria, super friendly service. Delicious pizzas 😋 and generous portions (we couldn't get dessert, we were too full. And yet the chocolate fondue was tempting, but I'll definitely get it next time). Finally, a pizzeria that doesn't just sell you a thick bread crust 👏👏 Special mention for the Morbier cheese (my favorite 😍). And your chicken liver salad: absolutely amazing! This is a place we will recommend without hesitation. And they're always on time when I order takeout, which is also much appreciated compared to other places we've gone to. We'll be back with friends very soon.
