15/10/2024: Good food. Welcoming and familiar. Good quality vs price ratio. I recommend!!

12/10/2024: It's supposed to be Vietnamese, but I don't know what kind of food it is. Even though there were a lot of empty tables at 8pm, it seemed like they were fully booked, probably because they close at 9pm. I watched it for about 10 minutes. I don't feel like anyone is coming in. In fact, it would have been better if they had told me that I couldn't come in because it would be closed. When I looked at the food, it looked oily and tasteless. I'm glad I didn't go in.

02/12/2024: We are very good (and very old) customers but since the change of management the quality as well as the quantities have become a disaster (if I understood correctly it is because he decided to no longer be a franchisee and to to be part of the group in its own right and therefore obliged to do like all the other Buffalos)! The meat is clearly not as good as before!!! and I remember that the price of the trapper's plate for 2 people with one piece of meat of each type PER person was the same as their new sharing plate... except that there is only one portion left of each meat for 2 (this is just an example)... really a shame but we won't go anymore! Even if it means going to a chain this time I prefer to go to a McDonald's, cheaper and I enjoy it.

01/12/2024: Chosen because it is almost the only 'French' cuisine restaurant in Pontarlier open on Sunday lunchtime and very well rated! Note amply justified! There were 5 of us there for my Mom's 91st birthday: Everything was perfect! Excellent meats, chili con carne spicy and tasty... adorable waiter (who took THE photo of the table) and, at the end of the meal, the song 'happy birthday' with a candle on a piece of cake brought by the whole Buffalo team!! Well done ! All for a reasonable budget! We will celebrate his 92nd birthday at your place!!!

16/09/2024: L'acceuil et le cadre sont agréables mais 15,50€ le fisch & chips pour un filet de poisson ridiculement petit et très peu de frites tièdes. 9,50 la pinte de bière...encore une chaine de restauration sans intéret. Celà dit la sexy veggie salade était bien garnie et plutôt bonne.

24/09/2024: Excellent ! Great discovery in the center of Montbéliard. The frontage is sublime while hiding the interior of the restaurant for more privacy, the interior is well decorated reminiscent of Japanese gastronomy. The menu is very varied, despite the higher price... the flavor is there! Having looked for a restaurant that offers bowls of ramen (real ones!), we can say that they are served! So much so that I was able to finish my dish ^^ Fortunately, it offers an import service if you don't finish your meal. I can only recommend Sakura Sushi again, if you like quality Japanese food!
