21/12/2025: Having lived in Roche-lez-Beaupré for 15 years, I'd never had the chance to go. But problem solved, and no regrets! For dinner, a classic burger and an excellent cinnamon apple tart with crumble topping. Delicious! What a shame the restaurant isn't open in the evening; I'll have some friends to bring along!

19/10/2025: Amazing buffet, lots of different food options, sushi was amazing, vegan and vegetarian foods are included, reservations are mostly suggested but not needed, and the staff are very kind and welcoming, there are some private seating areas that can accommodate 6-8 people, and others that can do 10+ . 10/10 would recommend. (Anyone writing a 1 star review saying “oh the quality was so bad, the waiters ignored me and the food was gone / made us sick, and it’s a trafficking ploy” are just narcissists or liars trying to drop its ratings. Ive been going to this restaurant for atleast 2 years multiple times per few months, and I’ve never seen anything bad or had a bad experience with it.) So once again, 10/10 would recommend

19/01/2026: A warm and professional welcome. The room was very nice, with a lake view. Comfortable bed, impeccably clean. The jacuzzi bathtub was a bit small and not really suitable for two people, which is a shame.

The owner knows how to pay special attention to regular guests. The cuisine combines regional gastronomic tradition with a touch of tasteful modernity.

08/12/2025: Passing through on our way to Colmar, we made a very welcome stop. We received a very warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and energetic. Everything was perfect!

21/01/2026: If you compare the service and food to the price, it's not worth going to this place. It took 45 minutes for a starter... steamed vegetables without salt served with the main course. Very poor service for such a price: one starter for two, one dessert for two, no cheese, and a bill of over 180 euros for two.

13/12/2025: We discovered this restaurant thanks to acquaintances who highly recommended it… and we understand why! Exceptional quality, homemade dishes prepared with care and passion. Each plate exudes authenticity and expertise. The wine list is magnificent, very well thought out, with excellent selections that perfectly complement the dishes. A sure bet, a place you can visit without hesitation, and one we wholeheartedly recommend 🍷✨
