24/12/2025: What a welcome! We were very warmly welcomed by the owner. A group of about ten of us stayed for a short family holiday. The rooms were clean, and the hotel was spotless. We will gladly return. If everyone were as welcoming as you, life would be so much more pleasant. Well done!

09/11/2025: We stayed just one night in this charming little hotel in Jougne. I could have given it 5 stars just for the absolutely delightful welcome, but that was without taking into account the absolutely perfect breakfast we were treated to. I wasn't expecting a breakfast of this quality; it was worthy of a 4-star hotel, both in terms of quality and quantity. You can feel the owner's generosity and desire to do things well. A big thank you for your warm welcome and kindness.

14/06/2026: A wonderful discovery! This inn was a delight, and we enjoyed an excellent meal on a beautiful terrace shaded by linden trees. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

I received a very warm welcome and excellent service from the staff when I visited the restaurant yesterday to spend time with a resident, who was herself very happy and reassured in this place. Thank you also to the head chef for the wonderful welcome and the delicious homemade smoothies. Thank you so much for everything.

13/04/2026: A building dating back to the time of the thermal baths, close to the town center and public transport (bus, tram, and train). Micaud Park, bordering the river, is just 100 meters away. For those who enjoy gambling, there's a casino right outside. Presented as a luxurious residence, this senior living facility features a welcoming restaurant with late 19th-century comfort, open to all, and an original fireplace (1893).

04/05/2026: After the fourth rib steak, the cut deteriorated significantly, with a huge bone visible on the third and fourth occasions. I must also mention the disgusting frozen matchstick fries. Homemade fries are much better elsewhere. Beware of the takeaway pizzas; they infuriated me. My neighbor had one at his table that was supposed to be a pizza, but it was very wobbly in the box. When I opened it, I found a pizza barely bigger than a dessert plate. I felt insulted, and despite having paid for it, I angrily abandoned it on a high chair. They shamelessly rip you off. I advise everyone against going to L'Olivier. Go somewhere else, even to the neighbor's place, which is renowned for its pizzas. L'Olivier is absolutely to be avoided.

As for the food, it's delicious, generous, and perfectly showcases regional specialties with high-quality ingredients. The dishes are flavorful and beautifully presented, and the service is impeccable. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to discover local cuisine in an authentic and welcoming setting.

29/12/2025: I came to try this restaurant in late 2023 or early 2024. I thought I had left a review (a positive one), but apparently it's nowhere to be found. Did Google delete it? (Indeed, Google loves to delete people's reviews without a valid reason.) This restaurant is the only one on Rue Bersot that I've wanted to return to. Even outside, the aroma of roast chicken fills the air, and inside, you feel comfortable and relaxed, even if, like me, you come alone. The owner loves to chat and make his customers feel at ease. Admittedly, the prices have gone up a bit, like everywhere else, but they're still very reasonable. For €14, you leave feeling completely satisfied thanks to the tender and flavorful half-chicken, drizzled with its natural cooking juices.

Quality, quantity, expertise, and a warm welcome are evident every day in this tavern where workers love to take a relaxing break, and where older folks enjoy gathering for an aperitif. 23/07/2026: A delightful little break after a walk up to the Grand Taureau. Originally from the region but now living abroad, I love returning to Larmont whenever I'm in the area. What a great idea it was to wait for this restaurant to open for our meal! Simple yet impeccable service, friendly waitresses, excellent food, and a pleasant terrace. We opted for a warm goat cheese salad and the Grand Taureau platter, followed by a raspberry pavlova and the minestrone (as a special), all accompanied by the suggested rosé from the Guillaume vineyard. Everything was perfect from start to finish; we'll be back, and you should too. Thank you! ☺️

22/07/2026: I was disappointed by the rösti, which, once everything was removed (ham, Gruyère, and egg), had no flavor at all. I was expecting rösti fritters... but I'll be back because the salads are perfect, and the desserts are too, not to mention the very friendly staff.
