01/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at this hotel-restaurant. The setting is simply magnificent, with a perfectly maintained garden, a lovely terrace, and a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious: high-quality ingredients, elegant presentation, and flavors that were spot-on from start to finish. The staff also deserves a special mention. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A small gesture that demonstrates their excellent service: I had forgotten my phone cable, and they kindly took the time to lend me one so I could charge my phone. Always with a smile and great kindness. An establishment I wholeheartedly recommend for the quality of its welcome, its cuisine, and its setting. We will definitely be back! 👏😊

30/08/2026: Following the closure of my usual pizza place in Sainte-Suzanne, and knowing the company well, I decided to try their Besançon location this past Saturday, August 30th. The service was professional, attentive, and incredibly efficient in taking my order. As for the food, it was flawless. The crust was perfectly crispy, the cooking was perfectly balanced, and the freshness of the ingredients was evident from the first bite. It's a place I'll definitely be using again and will treasure 😋

06/05/2026: Never disappointed by the quality and cooking of the pizzas. A particular favorite is the Morbier and Mont d'Or. A fantastic team and always quick service. Don't change a thing!

28/08/2026: I lived in Besançon for four years and this is the best restaurant in town. It's calm and the atmosphere is really warm. If you want to eat well and have a relaxing time, there's no question, Jack's is the place for you.
