15/09/2024: Cadre magnifique. Personnel au top. Service souriant et efficace de la prise de réservation ( obligatoire ) au règlement du repas. Un kir royal + une croûte aux champignons ( dont environ un tiers de morilles ) + de l'omble chevalier ( d'élevage ) sauce vin jaune pure ( pas de crème) + un nougat glacé maison + un ice tea + un café = 58 euros.
Très bonne qualité des produits. Cuisine savoureuse. Bon rapport qualité/ prix.
J'y reviendrai déjeuner sans nul doute.
29/08/2024: Cadre magnifique. Repas excellent rien à redire mais hélas Service très très long arrives 12h servis pas avant 13h15 donc pas de dessert sinon on y est encore a 17h et le resto complet est trop bruyant difficile de se parler à table

27/05/2024: With the Pass time, we wanted to discover this restaurant and we were really very satisfied. The food is good, the service very good. There are very comfortable armchairs, what a change from chairs! I recommend and will return.

An impeccable service, very involved, diligent and smiling, just to see again can hardly be too much haste...
We loved the decor, the colors but a real problem with the layout of the room.. Really too straight, too rectilinear for us, we should perhaps barely break it all up... that's why 3 stars otherwise that would have been the 5...
But we will come back, that's for sure...

26/04/2024: Nous avons mangé à la brasserie jeudi. Ce sont les jeudis gourmands, avec plat du jour à volonté. Nous nous sommes régalé avec du jambon à l’alsacienne et un excellent framboisier.

11/09/2024: Nous n’étions plus retourné dans ce restaurant depuis quelques temps mais à la faveur du changement de propriétaire on a retenté !
Pas déçus du tout car nous avons retrouvé la qualité de l’accueil, du service et du repas qui nous avaient manqués.
Des roesties, jambon, salade qui nous ont rappelé de bons souvenirs.
La carte a un peu évolué (en bien) mais la quantité et la qualité toujours au rendez-vous pour un prix très correct.
Nous allons y retourner régulièrement.
06/09/2024: Une fois de plus Parfait. Juste Francomtois et Bon...très Bon...de bons produits régionaux... 4 choix de plats mais que du vrai frais et bon... à conseiller à ceux qui ne connaissent pas la cuisine du Doubs... ******

09/10/2023: While passing through Goux Les Usiers, we were looking for a restaurant and we came across this one on Maps.
Excellent time! The two young women are very pleasant and the service is good. The dishes are delicious! We had the sliced veal with forest sauce, the sirloin of beef with morel sauce and the ricotta spinach tortelini. It was a delight!
