12/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, the table service was excellent, and the cuisine was very refined. I highly recommend this very good restaurant.

11/12/2025: An idyllic setting, practically on the water's edge, for a birthday lunch for two on a Saturday in December overlooking the Eure River... the welcome was pleasant, the restaurant superb. We opted for the tasting menu. We were a little taken aback by the two starters; the balance of flavors wasn't quite right for our taste (too bitter). The main courses were much better, even if the portions were a bit small, culminating in a truly delightful dessert. Everything was beautifully presented on elegant tableware, a real feast for the eyes. Three excellent glasses of wine accompanied our meal. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience thanks to the setting, the ambiance, and the service; a little less impressive regarding the meal, which we expect to be more demanding given the price.

17/12/2024: Honestly, the setting is super classy and warm. The impeccable/welcoming service and delicious dishes. The only “small” complaint is that the quantity is a bit tight for a man. A little more hearty and that would be perfection. In any case, me and my wife had an exquisite and delicate time.

11/10/2025: Nice place on the banks of the Eure. The pizzas are always so good. Served quickly with a smile. But for my taste it lacks a little cooking. Well done guys.

25/01/2025: We had a very good meal, the setting is nice, the food is good. We took the local menu which has very good value for money. The servers were all very friendly, a warm welcome and really pleasant service. The only downside is not linked to the restaurant or the team but to a family with a young child next to us who threw his toys, screamed and even threw bread on the table opposite where he There was a family there (also with their young child but very very quiet) I know that this comment will attract some wrath but too bad, respect for others is important, children if we can't manage them we don't take them to the restaurant.

15/12/2024: While passing through Chartres for the weekend, we had lunch at Kyotori. The best Japanese restaurant in which I have been able to eat for my part😃, I greatly appreciated their dishes which I already knew but which I found delicious from the soup to the skewers through the makis, sushi etc... Moreover, despite a late arrival at 1:30 p.m. = perfect welcome, pleasant and smiling waiter. We highly recommend this place.

05/12/2025: Excellent crepes, an amazing selection, and lots of original options made with quality ingredients. In short, we had a fantastic meal! Add to that a warm and friendly welcome, and you have a place you absolutely must try! We recommend it 200%!

25/01/2025: Everything was great. the staff is attentive, smiling and very pleasant. We ate really well and even too much, we had trouble finishing. We had a great time.

20/01/2025: I recommend 100%, I, who didn't particularly know this cuisine, discovered it in this restaurant and I agree! We go there very, very often and we are never disappointed. The products are excellent, the sellers are pleasant. Possibility of eating on site, take away and delivery. You can go there with your eyes closed.

05/07/2025: If you're passing through Chartres and want to eat a pizza at the foot of the Cathedral, stop at La Passacaille. They're certainly too humble to say they're world champions. The dough is exceptional, and all the customers around me agree that they're excellent. We also tried the tarte tatin and the tiramisu... we absolutely don't regret not resisting the temptation.

23/06/2025: Disappointed with the change of ownership. Sloppy pizzas, really poor service, 2 order errors. In short, we won't be going back.

15/09/2024: Very nice setting, careful cuisine with pleasant waiters. Small note, gourmet tea is not served at the end of dessert but at the same time. The dish lacked a little heat, which is a shame because the larded monkfish was well prepared.

15/09/2024: Overrated reputation, cuisine and service have greatly improved such as the arrival of the first course before the end of the aperitif or the presentation of a lukewarm Veal Head!!!!! Good luck !
