14/02/2026: We were disappointed with our Valentine's Day dinner… we waited an hour and a half for our food, only to be served cold kebabs in the end… The service was poorly organized. They were quickly overwhelmed. For 80 euros, it's a bit pricey… I should mention that on previous occasions the food and service were very good. But tonight was a complete disaster!

21/02/2026: Dinner for two. Family-run restaurant. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Ideally located at the train station and very close to the Colosseum. Everything is delicious. Fresh ingredients. We'll definitely be back :)

18/02/2026: The portions were generous and the sushi was good; despite the amount of rice, the fish was fresh and flavorful. However, we didn't like the Bo bun because it had very little meat or sauce and consisted almost entirely of white rice noodles.

10/03/2026: Having come with my colleagues on Tuesday, February 24th at lunchtime, where we opted for the set menu (starter, main course, and dessert – quite generous), we were planning to order just a main course and dessert this Friday evening, but we were given the same set menu. It's a shame because we struggled to finish our meal. Aside from that, everything was good and the young waiter was pleasant.

01/03/2026: A very nice place, elegant cuisine, and a prime location, right across from the cathedral. Prices are a bit high for some dishes and starters, but overall the quality-price ratio is good. Two special mentions: the monkfish carpaccio with bergamot as a starter and the floating island for dessert—both were magnificent! Wine by the glass is reasonably priced.

01/03/2026: Venison stew was too spicy. Lemon cream was bland.

12/12/2025: The waiter was pleasant but overconfident. Orders were taken fairly quickly. Service was prompt after ordering, but empty plates were cleared away before someone had finished their own meal, which was inappropriate. The plates were generously portioned, and the quality of the ingredients was decent. The menu offered a good selection. As for dessert, the lemon tart was too sweet, the Paris-Brest was bland in terms of praline flavor, and the choux pastry was too thick. The bread was served in small beige bags, and what's more, they were reused – not very hygienic. And what a disappointment the restrooms were – unclean, with a loose toilet seat, damp walls, and a missing broom... One has to wonder what the kitchen is like. Prices are reasonable.

10/12/2025: A lovely little restaurant! Generous portions! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at a very reasonable price. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Chartres.

01/03/2026: Excellent crêperie. Good quality ingredients, traceable and clearly displayed. Very quick and efficient service. The crêpes were truly delicious (even the simplest ones: I've rarely had such a good butter and sugar crêpe). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We'll be back.

11/12/2025: An idyllic setting, practically on the water's edge, for a birthday lunch for two on a Saturday in December overlooking the Eure River... the welcome was pleasant, the restaurant superb. We opted for the tasting menu. We were a little taken aback by the two starters; the balance of flavors wasn't quite right for our taste (too bitter). The main courses were much better, even if the portions were a bit small, culminating in a truly delightful dessert. Everything was beautifully presented on elegant tableware, a real feast for the eyes. Three excellent glasses of wine accompanied our meal. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience thanks to the setting, the ambiance, and the service; a little less impressive regarding the meal, which we expect to be more demanding given the price.

15/12/2024: While passing through Chartres for the weekend, we had lunch at Kyotori. The best Japanese restaurant in which I have been able to eat for my part😃, I greatly appreciated their dishes which I already knew but which I found delicious from the soup to the skewers through the makis, sushi etc... Moreover, despite a late arrival at 1:30 p.m. = perfect welcome, pleasant and smiling waiter. We highly recommend this place.

25/01/2026: Great find! We came on a Saturday night with friends. The welcome was very warm. The portions were generous. The dishes were delicious and varied. The flavors were all there. Highly recommended for the beef cheek and the rum baba! 😁
