14/09/2024: Very good stay in this hotel, restaurant with very good dishes, the location is great, you can go hiking from the hotel to admire these extraordinary gorges. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast is incredible...and the spa is good after a hike..

25/09/2024: We were there on Holidays in Provence and looking for restaurant for dinner on Monday evening which many restaurants are closed but Le Rempark not . Staffs are nice and friendly and happy that she can speak in English. There is English menu too so help us a lot to save time to order. I ordered "L' assiette du Corsaire" . This menu is incredible taste so yummy and could tase how fresh cooked from good quality ingredients. The dish is big enough for 2 as starter otherwise it will too much for me if I order main dish more so I share starter with my hubby. My main dish is sea bream fillet which is so healty and tasty. So happy we came by. I would love to try icecream 🍦 after meal but unfortunately i was so full already. 💯 highly recommend!

12/08/2024: Restaurant with a nice setting, good products, friendly waitress. The only downside was more than 30 minutes between ordering and the arrival of the dish even though there were only two tables. Same waiting time last year.

23/08/2024: Superb hotel, everything is excellent from the property to the reception. Very quiet location, very nice swimming pool. The landscaped green spaces offer the possibility of eating on site. Fridge freezer and microwave available to customers. Continental breakfast where homemade takes a good place. We can only highly recommend this establishment.

03/09/2024: We stayed one night and had dinner there. The dishes were excellent, we dined under the huge tree in the garden, it was really very pleasant. The room was nice and comfortable.

08/09/2024: While passing through, we stopped at the gourmet restaurant, we did not stay at the hotel. Great experience, the surprise menu, which retraces the 60 years of the restaurant, is a great discovery, the flavors are there, the servers are efficient and very attentive.

18/09/2024: *Reception and entrance hall full of dried herbs/leaves, carpet not vacuumed... it started well... *No one at reception despite our announced arrival time and confirm a few hours before... *Air conditioning in the bedroom not fitted with 30* ext. *High wellness area bath bed, hidden back of the deckchair. *Artificial carpets not vacuumed for several days with plaster sheets. *No tap dancing in a secure box to get to the jaccusi/swimming pool. * Exposed electrical cable laid on the synthetic turf, without effort of camouflage. *Traces of glasses and biscuits from previous customers on the roof-top table. *Mouse/rat farts on the roof top counter. *disordered cushions on the roof top furniture, *evening meal: arrival 8 p.m., departure 10 p.m., for 2 courses, we left the restaurant without having had the cheese and dessert...couldn't wait any longer... We asked to bring it to our room... "Popular polish, flourish, window dressing, without any real 5* type service... for breakfast: *Scrambled eggs (flake effect, are these real eggs?), nothing to do with a scramble. *A coffee half spilled in the saucer without any suggestion to change it.. We left this morning, we sorted everything out, no commercial discounts... We came here for our 33rd wedding anniversary, we will remember it but not in a good way... More than €500 paid for low-end services. €500 wasted! We certainly do not recommend, to RUN AWAY!!

16/09/2024: We spent a very pleasant weekend in this wonderful area. The area is extremely quiet, there are not many rooms and they are well spaced from each other, which gives an intimate feel that is much more pleasant than in a classic hotel! The rooms are wonderful, the breakfast too. The spa is very beautiful, very well maintained, perfect for relaxing for a weekend. The staff is very pleasant, special mention for Nicolas who really takes care of his customers! We will come back with great pleasure!

05/09/2024: Friendly for quality cuisine. It was adapted to meet our request, folded in 4 so that the dish was transportable for our hike. Which allowed us to have the best picnic overlooking Lake Allos while enjoying ourselves 😋🤗

13/09/2024: We came to eat at La Table Ronde three years ago during a stay in Colmars and really appreciated this small restaurant located in the village ramparts. We went back this Friday and our opinion has not changed. Friendly welcome, pleasant outside tables even if unlike the previous time, we ate in the small room because of a cold wind and a very cool temperature despite the good weather. Good dish of the day (Sisteron lamb and Polenta) and very good medieval gratin, well-cooked dishes and sufficiently copious. Fair prices, perhaps a little high but without exaggeration, because in relation to the quality of the dishes and the quantity on the plate. A nice restaurant to recommend, we will return there during our next visit or stay in this very beautiful medieval village and in the magnificent Val d'Allos.
