08/07/2026: Very tasty, the staff is super nice and smiling. I will tell my friends and come back again.

03/07/2026: We ordered salmon pasta, but unfortunately, it arrived half-cold, even though there was no wait. As for the pizza, we can't really call it a proper pizza. The crust was extremely thin and, above all, very hard, almost like a rock. It's a real shame, because the setting is very pleasant and the waitresses are kind and welcoming. There's real potential here, but the quality of the food needs improvement.

08/05/2026: Pan gocciolo is famous throughout Paris for its size and deliciousness. My expectations were confirmed: a pan gocciolo easily feeds three people and costs €4.90. We were lucky enough to get it, and it was still warm, and believe me, it's a whole different story. The flavor is a thousand times better than when cold (which is still worth it). It's an expense and an experience I definitely recommend, and I'd definitely try again.

21/07/2026: We came one evening, it was great, very welcoming with a wonderful Italian atmosphere. We ate very well; my Tomme cheese with speck was excellent, my friend's pizza was a little bland but he still enjoyed it. The baked meringue dessert, as we usually order it, was as excellent as ever. Thank you again, we will be back.

01/08/2026: It feels like visiting a quiet country house or a regular restaurant. Try the daily special. It was so delicious that I couldn't take a picture of the menu, so I only managed to take one of the dessert. I highly recommend the dessert as well.

30/07/2026: The waitress was very friendly, but the wait was extremely long. 45 minutes for 5 courses, and there were only two of us at the table. It's a shame because the area is quiet and pleasant, and the waitress was kind.

08/06/2026: I had the opportunity to discover Le Couvent des Minimes during a dinner at its Michelin-starred restaurant, and the experience was remarkable. The setting is simply sublime, one of the most beautiful establishments I have ever visited. The welcome was warm and professional, and the staff were incredibly attentive throughout the evening. Dinner was a truly delightful discovery, with refined cuisine that cleverly blends the influences of Burgundy and Provence. The flavor combinations were original and offered wonderful gastronomic discoveries. The only slight point to note: several dishes featured very pronounced flavors of anise, fennel, and tarragon. Those who appreciate these flavors will undoubtedly enjoy them, but it's best to have a taste for them to fully appreciate the menu. A truly wonderful experience in an exceptional setting, which I highly recommend.

04/03/2026: We came this Wednesday evening as a couple with our 4-year-old son. Someone picked us up on a snowmobile for the round trip since the restaurant is located on the slopes. We had a wonderful time! We loved the snowmobile ride, and so did our son! The dishes were excellent and generous! The whole team was incredibly friendly, and the setting is beautiful! I highly recommend booking your evening! We will definitely be back!

14/07/2026: We arrived quite late, but they were very kind enough to let us have a meal. The service was quick, and the Aurore galette and the Charolais burger were excellent. A special mention for the waitress who was attentive to the noise level and the quality of our evening.

03/07/2026: What a wonderful surprise! This hotel was recently taken over by a young couple (Pauline and Romain) who are absolutely fantastic. They embody everything you look for in a hotel: friendly, welcoming, attentive, helpful, and pleasant. I could go on and on, as I saw nothing but positive things to say. This hotel, their hotel, is impeccably maintained and very pleasant: lovely rooms, beautiful decor, a quiet location, a lovely lounge, a bar, an indoor terrace and an outdoor terrace for breakfast or dinner, and a beautiful terrace overlooking a lovely natural area. The breakfast buffet is very varied, with both sweet and savory options; some homemade items are also available, such as pancakes, cakes, and yogurt. In short, a highly recommended hotel; I would have gladly given it 6 stars. Furthermore, it is possible to store and recharge electric bikes. It's located in a spot that offers easy access to the entire Allos Valley, all the way to the mountain pass. From the hotel, numerous hiking and cycling trails are easily and quickly accessible. It's a truly fantastic starting point. We'll be back to continue exploring this beautiful valley. One last thing: Pauline, Romain, thank you!

03/06/2026: We were living the life of Riley 🥰 A huge thank you for the warm welcome, especially since we were the only adventurers there that day 😉 The cozy room on the second floor was... cozy 😅: completely renovated, impeccable bedding, a practical and spacious bathroom. All very clean with a lovely view! A fantastic breakfast with homemade and local products (yum!). Sitting facing the garden, the day began peacefully. The owners are charming and only want your comfort. We'll be back 😁😁😁😁
