03/04/2024: 🍴 It's good to sit on the terrace at Aigo Blanco and refresh yourself with a Henri Bardouin pastis or a Rinquinquin à la Pêche. The team is friendly and responsive, but seems exhausted. This is due to a somewhat anarchic organization where the waiters take care of all the tables and this contributes to creating a stressful atmosphere. We therefore lose synthetics, but their energy overcomes everything. The dishes arrive quickly, a little too much, we feel that the turnover of customers is desired and we wonder if it is fresh. The appointment is not on the plate and the pretext of the premises does not justify the prices. There is a bit of a lack of passion in the preparation and the cardboard profiteroles drive the point home. The spirit of L'Aigo Blanco therefore relies more on an improved canteen spirit than a restaurant but the will which drives the entire team, with more invested leadership, can propel this lively place towards more quality.

23/03/2024: Excellent food, just perfect. Exquisite meat, local vegetables (I recommend the absolutely delicious potatoes and the ratatouille). The risotto is perfect. Very organized chef alone in the kitchen! The service is based on perfect timing (neither too slow nor too fast). Thank you to the chef for sharing his passion for cooking with us and thank you to his wife for the service. In short, a real moment of happiness.

09/03/2024: What a shame that there were so few people this evening and I must admit that I felt cold as soon as I entered the restaurant. Apart from that, the dishes are succulent and well presented.

18/02/2024: Nous avons pris l'offre Saint-Valentin et nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable ! Tout le personnel de l'hôtel ainsi que du restaurant est aux petits soins avec les clients et c'est vraiment agréable !!! La cuisine que nous avons dégustée était un vrai régal pour nos papilles, c'était notre première expérience dans un restaurant étoilé et ça vaut vraiment le détour... Le sommelier connaît sa cave à vins sur le bout des doigts et ses conseils son précieux pour accorder les bons vins avec les bons plats. Les chambres sont très belles, spacieuses et très propres. Le chef Gleize est venu nous voir après le repas, nous étions ravis de pouvoir le rencontrer ! Nous avons apprécié discuter avec lui le lendemain également. Il prend vraiment le temps pour ses clients et c'est très agréable. Tout le monde fait un excellent travail pour que nous soyons chouchoutés à la perfection ! Merci pour tout et à bientôt !!!

30/03/2024: Exceptional stay! A big thank you to Alexandre and all the teams at the Couvent des Minimes who made this stay a wonderful time in Provence. A magnificent spa, great quality food, smiling staff and a place steeped in history. Nothing is left to chance, everything is perfect.

05/04/2024: A great surprise ! The cuisine is refined and delicious, it's truly gourmet. The quality/price ratio is incredible...these days it's so rare to eat well without breaking the bank. The only downside in terms of service, a few small hiccups...but we forgive them because they are apprentices. In short, I recommend!
