10/12/2025: From the welcome and service to the food, Le Planol is always impeccable. I go there two or three times a year when I'm passing through, and I've never been disappointed. This establishment is a sure bet.

18/01/2026: They saved my dinner one Sunday evening when I arrived in Rodez after 8 pm because everything was closed and pizza and kebabs really didn't appeal to me. A warm welcome, and everything was very good and fresh.

24/02/2026: We come to Calypso regularly and are always satisfied. I wanted to celebrate my birthday there and get together with family. The menu was high quality and very well prepared. We were seated in the lovely dining room. The chef was fantastic, and the staff were smiling, dynamic, and professional. Thank you for everything. Thank you all.

21/02/2026: We booked for 10 people for a hen party. The manager, lovely and welcoming, perfectly adapted the menu (in advance, at the time of booking) to our preferences, while also featuring local products. Everything was very well executed, the presentation was impeccable, and above all, it was delicious. A must-try.

30/10/2025: The location is extraordinary for those who love the great outdoors and tranquility. Upon our arrival, the owner came to the parking lot, took our luggage, and showed us to our room. I haven't experienced such a warm welcome in a long time; such consideration for guests is rare these days. Our room was spacious, very clean, with excellent bedding; outside noise was perfectly filtered. The meals we had on-site (dinners and breakfasts) were excellent, featuring delicious local products, and the service was quick and very friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-run; you immediately feel at ease, and Mr. Bertrand Viguier, through his hospitality, truly pays homage to his region. Furthermore, the value for money is unbeatable, so if you're visiting the Aubrac region, stop in Campouriez; you won't be disappointed.

05/01/2025: A little (very) late, here I am trying to catch up to describe our experience in August for a short stay in this Hotel in Belcastel. The location is I believe the main asset, because right opposite the castle and the old bridge. And it is also possible to go hiking. Breakfast along the river with this panorama is a moment of pure happiness, the room very functional and pleasant, the small parking lot, and of course the restaurant which well deserves its star. We will come back to it!

06/02/2026: Taken by my grandparents; I'd never been before. Ultimately, a fantastic restaurant. The atmosphere is calm, perfect for chatting and eating without being yelled at. The meal? Absolutely perfect. The portions are generous enough to eat well without feeling stuffed, and the presentation is lovely. The meat was cooked perfectly. I rarely leave reviews, but this restaurant truly deserves it. Highly recommended!!

Aubrac 3 Traces up to 21 km, from Burons to Burons with the famous Aligot at noon, masterfully organized by several actors from L'Aubrac. From young producers to tourism professionals. 16/10/2025: How can I express the pleasure and warmth felt when, on the way out, the owner offered to fill our water bottles... indeed, after 700km by bike, the list of our needs met by this coffee was already long... one October morning... freezing after a night in a vacant lot! 1000 thanks
