07/07/2025: The establishment is located on the main village square. The welcome is excellent and reassuring. The cuisine is refined, refined, and locally sourced for a moderate price, without being excessive. The entire bar/restaurant area is clean, well-decorated, and exudes a local, family-friendly feel. The guesthouse is equally clean and homely. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped (writing table, chairs, lighting, bathroom, etc.), and beautifully decorated. The tower room has a certain character! There is a small refrigerator available in the common area. It's very convenient.

10/03/2025: Excellent restaurant with well-prepared, high-quality products. It's worth the detour. We really enjoyed ourselves. One downside is the service. We would have liked the owner to not clear the table before we left; that would have been more professional.

10/12/2025: From the welcome and service to the food, Le Planol is always impeccable. I go there two or three times a year when I'm passing through, and I've never been disappointed. This establishment is a sure bet.

Everyone found the meal perfect, a true culinary flawlessness. Beyond the quality of the dishes, we would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of Samuel and Marie as well as their team. They accompanied us with precious advice and a real feeling was established from the beginning. During our photos, Marie took care to come to see us several times so that we, as well as our photographer and videographer, could also enjoy the reception. A rare and precious attention that shows how much they give 100% for their brides and grooms. We recommend them without hesitation. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts and will not hesitate for a second to call on them again for future occasions!

04/09/2024: Dans ce pays aux tables un peu rustiques un éclair de saveurs, un ravissement du palais ! Une créativité exceptionnelle aussi bien pour des entrées simple s comme la tomate, pain soufflé, basilic et sorbet maison; le plat canard rosé, crème de haricots et fruits rouges (mûres), champignons, sauce cajun, bien douce et le dessert dans l’imagination des saveurs. Le tout arrosé d’Archimbaud, l’enfant terrible des terrasses du Larzac. Un excellent bio choisi parmi tous les vins AB de la carte. On reviendra dans ce lieu à veyrônnais d’exception. 30/10/2025: The location is extraordinary for those who love the great outdoors and tranquility. Upon our arrival, the owner came to the parking lot, took our luggage, and showed us to our room. I haven't experienced such a warm welcome in a long time; such consideration for guests is rare these days. Our room was spacious, very clean, with excellent bedding; outside noise was perfectly filtered. The meals we had on-site (dinners and breakfasts) were excellent, featuring delicious local products, and the service was quick and very friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-run; you immediately feel at ease, and Mr. Bertrand Viguier, through his hospitality, truly pays homage to his region. Furthermore, the value for money is unbeatable, so if you're visiting the Aubrac region, stop in Campouriez; you won't be disappointed.

13/10/2025: We stayed one night half-board with our 3-year-old son. We received a warm welcome. The dinner was excellent, and toys were also provided for our little boy, allowing us to fully enjoy our meal. The night was very restful because the bedding was very comfortable. We had a delicious breakfast once again. The tranquility of the place is very restorative. We strolled around the village, which was very pleasant. We can only recommend it 200%, as we will definitely return. #kidsfriendly #naturelocal

A good address in the area, and well-known among local customers. If you're passing through, don't hesitate. You'll be left with excellent Aveyron specialties.

18/09/2024: Dès notre installation, nous fûmes désagréablement interpellés par les tarifs élevés des carte, carte des vins, et menus où les suppléments fleurissent. Nous pensions donc goûter une cuisine originale, travaillée, digne des prix d'un restaurant gastronomique. Las, nous eumes des plats sans imagination, parfois mal préparés (viande trop cuite), arrosés d'un vin ordinaire au prix d'un Crozes Hermitage sublime dégusté récemment dans un autre restaurant de la région. Le pompon était le service, absolument non professionnel (collerette du vin découpée au ras du goulot, assiettes du dessert servies en les poussant sur la table, couverts en libre service à la découverte du client), le tout sans un sourire : nous avions l'impression de gêner. En bref, une expérience très décevante que nous ne renouvellerons pas.

Aubrac 3 Traces up to 21 km, from Burons to Burons with the famous Aligot at noon, masterfully organized by several actors from L'Aubrac. From young producers to tourism professionals. Thank you, I will come back. And beautiful reunions

05/01/2025: A little (very) late, here I am trying to catch up to describe our experience in August for a short stay in this Hotel in Belcastel. The location is I believe the main asset, because right opposite the castle and the old bridge. And it is also possible to go hiking. Breakfast along the river with this panorama is a moment of pure happiness, the room very functional and pleasant, the small parking lot, and of course the restaurant which well deserves its star. We will come back to it!
