23/02/2026: Dinner at Les Colonnes restaurant in Rodez during a business trip. I had a very good time; the service was friendly and efficient, the food was very good (the aligot was delicious), the decor was tasteful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. A truly good brasserie, not a tourist trap.

14/02/2026: In this typical Aveyron village lies this extraordinary restaurant where the dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, even exceptional! The welcome is warm and the service is prompt.
You could even call this restaurant bistronomic, given how beautifully presented and tantalizing the taste buds are.
Be sure to book ahead, as it fills up quickly.
The menus change regularly, which is a sure sign of quality. I'll be back again and again!
03/02/2026: The menu is mouthwatering and the dishes live up to expectations. Excellent cuisine. Very good value for money. The welcome and service were impeccable. This is a place that will definitely be on our list of regular dining spots.

15/02/2026: A wonderful time spent with friends at the inn. A warm welcome, worthy of a communion meal at your grandparents' house. Good cheer was evident on every face, staff and guests alike. We couldn't resist the owner's famous hot box, which we shared. Being food lovers, we couldn't resist having seconds. We came for a fleeting craving, and we left with friends. Thank you again for everything!

17/03/2026: A beautiful hotel, a wonderful welcome! Koura and Mika are very welcoming. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this establishment. Mika is a chef who knows very well how to pair dishes with good wine. Listen carefully to his wine recommendations. Koura exudes a gentle warmth; she is simply lovely. Go there without hesitation!

The service was incredibly attentive and friendly, we loved the menu, and the food was fantastic – the cheese platter was amazing. The beef from Aubrac, which wasn't on the menu, was especially delicious. There's room for improvement in the ambiance, and the aperitif (pastis) was surprisingly expensive, but the wine was wonderful and reasonably priced.

08/03/2026: During my stay in Millau for the chocolate fair, I discovered this very pleasant little restaurant. The staff were attentive and discreet, and the food was very good and generous, offering excellent value for money. Just one small addition would be homemade fries, but otherwise, the meat was high quality and cooked exactly as requested, which is rare. I will gladly return.

I highly recommend this superb inn located in this charming village nestled at the foot of the Gorges du Tarn and the Jonte, with its enchanting landscapes.

02/03/2026: Incredible find! You can go there without hesitation! We called on Sunday at 1:30 pm to order a meal for two. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from the manager, a smiling man with a great sense of humor, who also cooks and serves. Everything was delicious. If you're ever in the area, you absolutely must stop by!
