27/07/2024: Very good cuisine, the Aligot is very good as well as the charcuterie. The meal is hearty with cheese and dessert. The quality/price ratio is worth highlighting. The site is still under construction, which spoils the fun a little. The room is large and well laid out for a group. When everything is finished I will give 4 stars thanks to the team

Au restaurant, à tout moment on a l'impression de revivre une scène du "Bonheur est dans le Pré" où Eddy Mitchell déclame : "On est là pour prendre du plaisir, pas pour manger des brocolis cuits au Vittel...!!!! 24/09/2024: While on vacation in this beautiful village of Saint Rome de Tarn, we ate at the end of our stay on a Saturday evening in this restaurant. Very warm welcome, servers, smiling, attentive to your needs and an excellent meal (the fish of the day was zander), good value for money. I will return with pleasure

02/01/2025: On the banks of the Aveyron river, near the medieval bridge which allows you to return to the historic center of the city and its majestic bastide, this always crowded brasserie (it is better to reserve) offers cuisine in all seasons made from tasty traditional dishes. In summer, the terrace allows you to sip a cold drink and have a peaceful lunch.

25/06/2025: The location is lovely—relaxed atmosphere and a nice setting to sit and enjoy. Before visiting, we looked up the menu online and found a selection of five dishes, which seemed promising. However, when we arrived, it turned out the menu had changed due to new owners, and we were only given a choice between three dishes, and two salads. That was a bit of a letdown, especially since we had different expectations based on what we saw online. The food itself was decent—nothing spectacular, but well-prepared. A positive point is that the staff made an effort to speak English, which we appreciated. Still, overall it felt limited and not quite worth the visit based on the current offering.

23/06/2025: Tonight, dinner on the banks of the Lot, pleasant setting, really very good, 1 different meal for each of us, everyone enjoyed their dish, the waiter was friendly and attentive to our requests, the "chef" came to see us, the service is fast 👍, I recommend, remember to book 👏

04/09/2024: Restaurant à fuir absolument....Nous avons choisi ce restaurant pour déguster une estofinade...Bien affichée sur les menus à l'extérieur La responsable nous installe à une table de 4...1/2 heure après la serveuse arrive je demande ce plat, elle ne connait pas et nous colle une ardoise avec côte de porc à la crème, ou ragout de cœur de bœuf déjà plus de poulet...????(Donc certainement congelée), la responsable arrive et ne sait pas s'il y en a et nous dit de revenir le soir. Nous avons de ce fait quitté sur le champ cette gargotte et avons trouvé un resto au top , situé à 5 mn, parc terrasse et vue, avec accueil digne de ce nom, conseils service impeccables et linge de table en beau tissus...Pas d'estafinade mais menu à25€00 avec foie gras et autres ! Pour sept euros de plus Prix négligeable/au tripot

29/08/2024: Very pleasant hotel, the swimming pool is excellent. Very warm welcome, very friendly staff. The room for 3 was great, large, clean. To finish the meal taken on site, truly excellent, fresh produce and home cooking. I highly recommend.

22/09/2024: Simple room but with comfort (shower room, TV, Wifi...) good food and very good value for money. The only downside remains the parquet floors in the bedrooms and the corridor which creak with every step.

14/08/2024: Hôtel restaurant au cœur du village, où vous serez accueillis avec le sourire. Certes les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, mais il suffit d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour profiter du bon air et de la quiétude. Literie de bonne qualité. Solarium et piscine, bien agréables.
