30/06/2026: We stopped by chance at this restaurant on a Sunday at lunchtime and had a very good meal. The set menu was generous and included soup (which we skipped as it was very hot outside), a starter, a main course, and dessert. The food was homemade with delicious ingredients. The waitress was cheerful and efficient.

05/08/2026: Hello, what can I say? The service was excellent, the menu offered great value for money. We had the €16 set menu which included a charcuterie starter, a grilled ham and potatoes main course, and a fruit pastry for my wife, and two scoops of ice cream for me. The staff were very friendly, the waitress was very kind and helpful. The owner at the bar was great and had a wonderful sense of humor. In short, go there, you won't regret it. Thank you.

17/08/2026: During a short visit to Rodez, we needed to find a place for lunch. Just steps from the magnificent cathedral, we received a very warm welcome. A nice bonus was their willingness to accommodate a vegetarian option. The main courses and starters were excellent! Flavorful and fresh. Don't hesitate!

25/08/2026: I agree with the comments posted previously. The owner was dishonest regarding the bill. Obviously, when you're not from around here and you come to eat with 17 people, you trust them when it comes time to pay. Then, when it came time to pay, no bill was presented. Ultimately, upon reflection, there were no prices displayed, so it was very difficult to know what we actually consumed and therefore what we owed the restaurant. Even by grossly inflating the prices to get an idea, there was a €100 difference between our estimate and the final bill. If you try to ask the owner for your bill a few days later, it's never a good time to call him (worse, at first he didn't even want to send it because he knew he hadn't made a mistake). A place to absolutely avoid.

19/08/2026: Passing through Rodez for an evening, we discovered this charming little restaurant on a Sunday night, tucked away in a quiet little square. The entire team was very friendly and made sure everything was alright. I opted for the burger with red onions, Cabrel cheese, and smoked bacon, and although other dishes also tempted me, I didn't regret my choice.

24/05/2026: Château de Creissels. Absolutely Loved It! Some places just have it all, and this is one of them. The hosts are genuinely welcoming, warm, attentive, the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve been coming here for years. The restaurant is something else. The chef really knows what they’re doing, and the view from the table makes the whole thing even better. We stayed way longer than planned, which says it all really. Breakfast was great too, nothing to complain about there. The hotel itself is a proper gem. Loads of character, comfortable, and with that kind of atmosphere you can’t really manufacture. It just feels like a special place. We will definitely return!

15/06/2026: We spent our holidays there for six years, one of my fondest holiday memories. A very welcoming family and excellent service. I loved having breakfast there. The setting and surroundings are superb; there's plenty to do: Lake Pareloup and the Aveyron region are wonderful. I have fond memories of the St. John's Day bonfires and the skittles game in the square—excellent! Greetings from Sète to you all.
