05/03/2026: On this late winter Thursday at lunchtime, we walked through the door of this establishment and were quickly greeted by the chef himself, setting the tone and ambiance. After a friendly chat, we chose the set menu of starter, main course, and dessert. The decor and the open grill area undoubtedly create a feeling of comfort and warmth in the dining room. The service was impeccable (just remember to refill the water carafe... but that's a minor detail). In conclusion, a truly lovely establishment that leaves us wanting to return to Millau. Thank you to the entire team for this delightful experience.

11/03/2026: The gratin needed more salt. The cordon bleu was bland and had no cheese. We expected better, which is a shame.

25/05/2025: On Sunday, Mother's Day, a single menu is offered. Duck foie gras salad, duck breast risotto, and strawberry tartlet shortbread for dessert, pure bliss. The advantage of this option: the chef and his team prepare the menu and don't dwell on other dishes (if the menu is offered). As a result, the duck breasts are well-cooked and the risotto is well-simmered. For the waitresses, it's easier to take orders, and the work is more comfortable (not an easy job). The results: the products are fresh. The prices are very reasonable. I recommend it.

19/10/2025: A reunion between cousins, a welcoming smile, fast service, and very good food with a more than reasonable price-quality ratio. A good address at the entrance to Requista, you just need to be more visible from the road.

The waitresses are absolutely top-notch, the welcome is very warm and professional, they have an eye for detail and even a pleasant tour guide vibe. The food is good, made with quality seasonal ingredients. My wife and I had a fantastic time. I don't just give it a 10 out of 10, I give it a 21 out of 20!

03/11/2025: A quick stop at this restaurant (yes, it's a restaurant...) where we ate like kings. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Homemade country soup, homemade fries, and chicken nuggets (super delicious!!). The owner and servers were fantastic. I highly recommend it!!!
