22/07/2026: I don't understand the negative reviews saying you shouldn't follow everything to the letter and believe the naysayers. We had lunch at a very reasonable price: tarte flambée and sauerkraut for €23—what more could you ask for?! The waiter was very friendly. 👍

30/07/2026: We arrived in the museum while it was closed for lunch till 14:00 . With heatwave outside of 37 c we were really desperate not to go back out and were suggested this caffe. We font speak french and were not really hungry so had no idea how it would go. We asked if we can just order coffee and received a super warm welcome . One if the servers spike really good english and was super kind. I asked about smoked salmon salad and when she learned i was not very hungry i was offered a half portion for 10 euros. It was such a good choice. One if the best if not the best dish if this kind i have had. Good quality smoked salmon delicious potato roti fresh salad. Big thank you to this place and staff for helping us survive the heat

29/07/2026: The staff were very courteous and professional, especially when dealing with a certain arrogant (even insulting) Chinese customer. After receiving the menu, the woman was offended to have to wait while the waitress attended to customers who had arrived shortly before her! When you have money, you start by buying yourself some manners! A very beautiful museum, and a very warm welcome! I will return!

10/08/2026: We ordered a large bottle of water with three glasses. We were only brought one glass. The waiter was already very unfriendly. When his colleague (from whom we had ordered) saw that he hadn't brought enough glasses, he felt compelled to bring more. He just slammed them down on the table. Is he crazy? The tarte flambée and quiche were delicious. The toilet in the basement is only accessible via a tiny, space-saving staircase. Not suitable for seniors and only marginally suitable for children.

02/07/2026: Unpleasant bakery, expensive for frozen food, dirty, slow service. No air conditioning, which is unacceptable in this heat.

16/06/2026: We are regular customers of this bakery and were surprised by its rating. It's a traditional bakery; the bread is excellent, and the sweet and savory products are equally so. The ham and Emmental cheese sandwich is quite simply the best in Strasbourg. The doughnuts during Carnival are also exquisite. 5/5

21/06/2026: I stayed two nights in a female 6-people room. Overall I enjoyed my time here and would book it again - especially as a solo traveler. Here is what I liked: - the beds are comfortable, the sheets soft - the receptionists were friendly - nice location, easy to walk to from the city center and the main station. Also the neighborhood looks beautiful - the breakfast is a good selection, although expensive - we had two bathrooms in a room of 6 and stayed there with 3-4 people. That was a quite nice bathroom to person ratio - the bathrooms were clean too and looked rather modern / neutral - the other people staying in my room were very nice - I felt safe Here is what I would have preferred to be different: - there is no air conditioner in der room, it gets really hot during the day and if the night is warm too, it does not cool down, no matter how long the windows are opened. If someone has problems with heat at night I would not really recommend this place for a summer night. - you need a 1-euro coin to use the locker in the room. If I had known I would have brought one - there is no wifi in the rooms and the wifi in the rest of the building had no internet connection when I tried to connect. That could have been better

05/06/2026: Stay in a modern design hotel but with disadvantages in hot weather. I liked the modern design the 24 hour reception. The room was at the 3rd floor and during the days we stayed it was very hot outside and we couldn’t sleep. The room wasn’t air conditioned. Also the water in bath wasn’t stable and it changed from hot to cold and reverse. Breakfast must have more variety(eg juices nutella chocolate, hot egg crambles) and more hot dishes.

16/08/2026: I had discovered Bloom on social media, and their brunches looked really tempting. Being from Montpellier and passing through Strasbourg, I really wanted to try it, especially since it was the morning of my birthday. So I arrived around 11:00 AM and ordered a coffee and a pastrami bagel. Unfortunately, the bagel was simply inedible: extremely hard, to the point that I was hitting it with my knife and it was making a noise. So I took it back. They explained that it had probably been in the oven too long. This explanation doesn't seem plausible to me: if it had been in the oven too long, it would at least have been warm. But it was cold and extremely hard. I find this justification hard to believe. I think it was more likely from the day before. They offered to replace it, but I refused because I didn't feel like eating anymore. I simply paid for my coffee and left. The hygiene needs improvement, and the terrace wasn't tidy; the chairs were piled on top of each other in a corner. In short, once is enough. It's a real shame, because I'd seen Bloom on social media and had a very good impression of it. I came from Montpellier eager to discover the place and have a good time. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to my expectations.

13/08/2026: The terrace is very nice and the menu has many healthy options. I had the power bowl which was good with an original recipe, it just needed a little more sauce and the wait was a negative point.

17/07/2026: If I could give zero stars for the waiter's friendliness, I would—this is my second time here and he's still just as rude.

21/07/2026: We sat on the terrace before reading the reviews. We were then very pleasantly surprised. The service wasn't top-notch, but everything was reasonably quick and the food (we had a cordon bleu and a tarte flambée) was delicious.

03/02/2026: Excellent experience at the Hilton Strasbourg bar. A huge thank you to Ophélie, a fantastic bartender: professional, friendly, efficient, and with a genuine sense of service. The cocktails are perfectly crafted, and the warm welcome truly makes all the difference. You feel comfortable, well-advised, and served with care. I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: We came for lunch and saw the menu outside. At lunchtime, they only offered a snack menu, which wasn't mentioned on Google or the menu itself. The wait was very long for a snack, which was pre-prepared and cafeteria-style. Coffee was €3.50, the most expensive in the area! Strongly discouraged!

02/01/2026: Weekend Stay... For the deluxe room... Tiny room... Very little hot water... Very small shower... No bathrobe... No slippers... For the spa... Reservations by one-hour slot... In the end, the spa was packed, we couldn't do anything... Jacuzzi was lukewarm... No changing room... Meals... Apart from a room presumably reserved for Weekend Stay guests, the menu choice... On a simple sheet of paper placed on a board... with only two choices for the meal... No choice for the starter or dessert... The meal was deplorable and tasteless... Profiteroles for dessert... It's a disgrace to call them profiteroles... Two botched, flat cream puffs placed on a plate with a scoop of ice cream... The waiter was completely incompetent... And a meal costing 50 euros... You can eat better for less at McDonald's... Result: first and last time we'll come...
