07/07/2026: Frankly disappointing. The spicy shrimp were undercooked and tasteless, and the samosas were awful. It's a shame; the shop used to be packed, but now it's empty. They're pushing you to buy more. That's it for my family and me; we'll go elsewhere. Making them yourself is disappointing.

12/06/2026: I was wrong to trust the storefront; it clearly stated "Caterer," but I think everything comes from Metro, unfortunately... The quality and flavor were mediocre, yet I paid a lot. I'll never go back, and I've told everyone I know. It's sad not to be able to trust anyone anymore. I'm sad to be eating only Metro or frozen food in this country. (Unfortunately, the vast majority of it is.)

05/10/2026: What a disgrace this McDonald's is! Every time we go, there are problems: the wait is incredibly long for a fast-food chain, there are always issues with the orders, and the staff are so incompetent! You can't really blame them, they're young and learning, but don't they have supervisors to help them? Tonight was the last straw. My daughter and her friend placed a takeout order for the whole family at 7:54 PM... nothing happened. Their order had apparently been canceled. They were told they'd follow up, and still nothing. At 9:05 PM, they finally got a refund, and... the kids were starving (not to mention the disappointment). They saw orders being thrown away. A guy was dancing instead of working. A joke! This McDonald's is definitely one to avoid! We won't be spending another euro there. BURGER KING, what are you waiting for to open a store in La Ciotat?

04/10/2026: An hour's wait at the drive-thru. A new national record. I'm not going back in because it's too dirty. An experimental restaurant for McDonald's. Hard to believe that an executive ever set foot in this fast food place. Nobody cares!!!

09/08/2026: ⭐️ A phantom order 👻 I placed an order around 8:30 pm for a simple crepe… and guess what? I'm still waiting for it! 😂 The most incredible thing is that during this time, other customers were served normally. My order simply vanished into thin air. Yet, it had definitely been taken by Tony. Well done, Tony! 👏🏼 I can understand that there might be a wait or an oversight, but in that case, the least you could do is let the customer know or apologize. Here, nothing. I just waited and never received my order. Serving other customers while leaving someone waiting without explanation is a rather strange way to treat your clientele.

31/08/2026: The panini arrived in its packaging, which was obviously burnt. The inside was cold. I asked for it to be heated. It came back burnt but still cold inside. Inedible; the cheese even seemed to be expired (questionable taste). The service was mediocre. Not a single gesture of goodwill. I work nearby, but I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

27/08/2026: I come every day because it's very close to where I live, but what a disappointment! Day after day the bread is constantly burnt, there's nothing left after 1:30 pm...

13/09/2026: The setting is very pretty, but the atmosphere and service were neither warm nor friendly, and there were long waits for both drinks and food. I was very shocked by the €8 nachos, which were basically just a bowl of chips with cold, industrially produced cheddar cheese crudely added on top. I should have gone elsewhere.

11/06/2026: If you're passing through, avoid this place. Cleanliness is nowhere to be seen. You wonder what a motorcycle is doing in the restaurant. The floor is filthy and dirty. The meal was expensive and disgusting. The Italian salad at €12.50 consisted of a tomato from the fridge cut into eight pieces with the same amount of Mozambique peas on a bed of wilted bagged lettuce. It's clearly been through the wringer... as for the pizza, advertised as homemade, it reeked of industrial. When we arrived, an employee was putting whipped cream from the supermarket on desserts, even though it was advertised as Chantilly cream. Between the price, the cleanliness, and the extremely poor quality of the food, don't go there.

19/05/2026: I don't recommend it. My friend and I sat down for lunch. The drinks arrived quickly, then nothing for 30 minutes. The waitress came back and asked if I could change my order, as the one I'd chosen was taking a long time to prepare. My break was already over, so I had to get a sandwich on the side.

19/09/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars. I've never experienced such an unpleasant welcome. Avoid at all costs. You're better off supporting the bakery next door.

15/01/2026: I chose this hotel purely for convenience, because I didn't have a TGV train and it's right across from the station. I took the easy way out… and what a mistake. This establishment is absolutely not worth the price. Even €10 would be excessive. Upon entering the room, an unbearable stench of urine (you wonder what animal it is) hits you in the throat. The mattresses are dirty, the sheets are dirty, everything is dirty. Hygiene is clearly nonexistent. To top it all off: the reception staff rings the bell every ten minutes to get you out of the room, which is as unpleasant as it is incomprehensible. Frankly, I felt dirty after sleeping there. A very unpleasant experience that I absolutely do not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

19/05/2026: Almost 10 restaurants listed on Deliveroo for the same thing! Great tactic when you don't have good reviews or want to capitalize on new trends. I ordered smash burgers (yes, the restaurant was supposed to specialize in smash burgers) and it turned out to be this restaurant... not just any smash burger, but low-quality stuff... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

29/05/2026: My group of four were the only people in the restaurant, red flag! I left my jacket and purse beside the kitchen entrance, where our table was. My purse and brand-new French designer jacket were left in the restaurant. My purse had 300 Euros and credit cards. My identification. Except for my passport I went back 20 minutes later and was told to call the police. There was no one else present besides the proprietor. I had an AirTag in my bag. It was shut off immediately! Don't eat or drink there! Don't go there

17/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant! The salmon pasta was tasteless, and the Gruyère cheese looked like it was from 2002. Even the Moresque was a disaster. The waitress was very nice, but the fries were slightly spilled on the table when we were served; they barely even tried to put them back on the plate in front of us. Good luck if you decide to eat here.

28/08/2026: The gnocchi with gorgonzola pesto weren't actually pesto, just a drizzle of herbs and no gorgonzola. The tartare was simply meat with vinegar and Tabasco sauce.

05/08/2026: €8 for a bottle of Badoit! You shouldn't get too thirsty during a heatwave or you'll be calling Cetelem 🤣😂

09/05/2026: A terrible experience at this crêperie on the Quai du Vieux-Port. The waitress literally threw the cutlery onto the table, without even setting it properly or providing napkins. The coffee glass was stained with lipstick, clearly unwashed. The coffees were served after the crêpes, and to top it off, they were cold. After pointing out the problem to the manager, she took back the two coffees, and then we waited a very long time before receiving fresh ones in clean cups. Non-existent service, no attention to the customer, disastrous organization. A place to avoid.

17/08/2026: We stopped here by chance and because it seemed to be crowded. The cutlery was dirty. The meat tasted like chewing gum. The pasta dish had been reheated in the microwave. The fish we ordered was completely different from the one shown in the photo. We were forced to pay in cash WITHOUT A RECEIPT because the POS wasn't working. All this after an argument with the cashier, while she was laughing at the bartender. Disgusting restaurant.
