27/12/2023: A l'ensemble du personnel, un grand bravo pour l'acceuil, le service restauration,la propreté de l'ensemble des parties commune ainsi que la chambre.

23/12/2023: Hôtel super propre une gouvernante et réceptionnistes très professionnelles!!! Chambres et couloirs très propres et une odeur agréable. Bonne cuisine. Un petit effort à faire côté bar.

12/08/2024: Une soirée d'anniversaire mémorable. Nous sommes venus avec ma compagne pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage et la soirée fût tout simplement extraordinaire. L'artichaut au caviar est tout simplement succulent, le rouget avec sa rouille au siphon et le bœuf wagyu français pour ne citer qu'eux, resterons un moment dans nôtre mémoire!!!! Le service est au diapason de la cuisine ce qui est un plus en comparaison des restaurant de ce calibre dans la région. Merci a tous !!!!!

10/08/2024: Nous avons passé un sublime séjour au Château de la gaude , rien n’est laissé au Hasard ! Les expériences gastronomiques à la source comme au Art sont de haut vol en l’occurrence au art où nous avons été bluffé du début à la fin dans ce cadre enchanteur. Merci aux équipes !!! La deuxième étoile ne devrait pas tarder 😉

25/04/2024: Small tobacco bar making salads, sandwiches, panini, hamburgers, fries and other variations. Small terrace with a few tables. Dynamic and friendly team.

23/04/2024: Living in Velaux, I was looking for a place to have a surprise birthday for my wife. Well, I was not disappointed! Jérôme explained to me what he could do... and he did exactly what I was told, even better 😁. I can't list everything because there were so many things, but from the bruschetta to the burger and lots of platters, each as succulent as the next, everything was great! And above all, everything was fresh and cooked almost directly. Special mention also to Jérôme's daughter for her kindness and sense of welcome. In short, if you also want to celebrate something in a very friendly atmosphere, don't hesitate! Christian

15/12/2023: I would have loved to try it, but I arrived at 11:45 and unfortunately the waitresses told me they only started service at noon. It's a shame when all the snack bars next door start earlier. Maybe they just didn't want to work.

16/12/2025: A very nice brasserie. The welcome was excellent. The main course and dessert were superb, and the waitress was pleasant. I'm currently enjoying a wonderful meal. I highly recommend this place.

08/12/2025: Excellent fresh produce, pleasant and attentive waitress, fast service. Lovely sunny terrace. Our dog had his own (clean) water bowl. We would recommend this restaurant.
