03/08/2024: Hello Great place, however it's not possible to dress or dance as you want because men want to touch the bodies of the people who have come to dance?? I came just to listen to techno in the center of Marseille but it was the first and last time because it was too scary an atmosphere, if my sister and my friend hadn't been there to do the secu, I would have been touched, challenged without me wanting it Really not a great atmosphere....

24/08/2024: Très bonne adresse, nous avons passé un très bon moment, la cuisine et l’accueil. Rien à redire nous avons mangé un Tataki de bœuf et épaule d’agneau qui en valait le détour!!! la direction et les serveurs très sympathiques à l’écoute!! Nous recommandons ce restaurant à 2000 % et nous y reviendrons👌🙌👏 Restaurant avec produits frais et intimiste, avec une belle terrasse, esprit, guinguette, mais avec un restaurant bistronomique N’oubliez pas les pizzas, c’est que le mercredi …merci à l’équipe!!

15/07/2024: Merci au patron d’indiquer clairement qu’il n’accepte pas les chiens ; ça éviterait au client qui arrive avec un PETIT chien d’être accueilli avec une arrogance et une grossièreté rare…qui gâche le cadre et éventuellement le reste…Et ne donne pas envie de revenir !

11/06/2024: A regular customer, I bought evening cakes for my grandchildren, including a lemon meringue pie. When tasting, surprise!!! The tart was "hard" and dry, the lemon was dry and cracked and the meringue was hard and collapsed... headed for the trash. I saw that the person serving had taken this tart completely to the left at the back instead of taking one from those presented! So, lemon meringue pie at least 3 days old and paid for, of course, as if it had been made the same day! Total disappointment! I returned a few days later... Another waitress was there. I explained the mishap to her and all she replied was "If the pastry chef says to put them in the window, it's because they are good"... Real bad faith! Be careful if you have to buy cakes and choose them yourself and preferably the ones on the front of the window!

09/11/2024: Un accueil pas chaleureux du tout, la vaisselle sale, le poisson surgelé, en bord de mer nous espérions du frais.. Lorsque nous avons demandé au serveur où étais le rouget il nous a répondu qu’il n’y en avait plus depuis 2 ans.. nous lui avons conseillé de mettre sa carte à jour. Le serveur était fuyant et nous donnait l’impression de ne pas vouloir nous écouter. Nous sommes repartie déçue, écœurée et suivi de maux de ventre.

09/11/2024: Nous avons été très déçus par notre expérience dans ce restaurant. La vaisselle était sale, ce qui ne laisse pas une bonne impression dès le début. En bord de mer, nous espérions des produits frais, mais les plats étaient manifestement préparés avec du poisson surgelé. De plus, le personnel n’était pas accueillant, nous donnant l’impression de ne pas être écouté. Enfin, la carte n’était pas à jour.

21/09/2025: My husband surprised me by booking two nights at this hotel, which was billed as a luxury establishment. The intention was good, but the experience turned into a nightmare. The room was unworthy of the price paid: a strong smell of sewage, mold in the bathroom, a broken toilet door, a missing shower seal (water leaked everywhere), and, surprisingly for a "private mansion," the front door opened directly onto... the bathroom. Zero privacy. Video attached: Room 23. Since it was a gift, I didn't dare say anything on the first day so as not to spoil the surprise. But when we got back to our room around 7 p.m., the smell had become unbearable. I called reception to report these problems and request a discount to cover all our inconveniences. The response was astonishing: no acknowledgement of the flaws, no gesture, and a clear request to leave the establishment immediately since I was unhappy. No solution, no apology, not even a check-out. In short: if you're not happy, you leave. This is unacceptable for a property that claims to be upscale and 5-star. However, I would like to point out that the valet, a young man with an accent, was extremely kind and very professional. This is the only positive note in this disastrous experience, and it pains me to have to write such a review when some employees do their jobs well. But the facts are there: an unsanitary room, contemptuous management, and no consideration for customers. I took photos, videos, and audio recordings of my exchanges so that everyone can judge for themselves the gap between the facade and the reality. Unfortunately, I read in recent reviews that I was not the only victim.
