30/06/2025: Thank you Roxanne for the welcome and the explanation of the ingredients in the pastries despite my numerous questions she knew how to listen. Top notch, more salespeople like her.

23/06/2025: Saleswoman who hardly wants to work if you say hello, no professionalism from all the salespeople of most of the stores, they don't know how to contact customers, I shouted goodbye 3 times without anyone answering me or showing me any intention, I don't see why I would spend my money in a shitty bakery... in addition you kill the real artisan bakers and pastry chefs with your frozen foods... to flee and avoid this kind of store...

03/08/2024: FLEE THIS RESTAURANT! Rude waitress, unprofessional and dish that does not at all reflect the flavor of West Indian dishes (I am West Indian myself) Waitress realized that she forgot our order after an hour and a half of waiting. We were just able to eat the starter consisting of a few tiny and tasteless acras accompanied by canned bean sprouts. Then wait again for her to tell us that they didn't have the main course that we had ordered, so more than 2h30 for nothing and paid around ten acras 15euros POOR!

25/08/2024: Refuses to package my soap because he tells me it will close soon, despite a basket of €40, he supposedly gives me the stickers and the sachets... when I get home I notice that there is no the stickers but no bags so I can package them!!!

29/08/2024: I really like this bakery, I stop there every time I pass through. the bread, the pastries, the savory... everything is delicious and very well made

21/08/2024: Excellent clean establishment. Superb team Always nice to have a snack at Paul's. Super friendly staff who listen to the customer, good quality products and a cozy, air-conditioned room where you feel at home. Plus a pretty terrace with parasols. WELL DONE visit on 08/20/2024 family lunch menu.

22/09/2024: Personnel non aimable pas de bonjour ni enrevoir Personnel vous demande d attraper votre boisson dans ses main au lieu de le déposer sur la table. Ils se moquent des clients (assister à la scène lorsque je payais)

31/08/2024: An unpleasant waiter, we're not seated before he asks us what we want to drink. two smoothies served without ice and hot... Served by holding the glass from the top with black nails like a mechanic. we ask him for sugar he brings us sugar. There are two of us so we ask him for another one and he tells us that he only has that. A sugar-free bar. And all this for 10 euros. Run away. How can we do this job when we are so unlikeable. Let him stay diving

18/09/2024: We flew all the way from LONDON to spend the night & have dinner which we had reserved to celebrate both my 60th b’day and our 30th wedding anniversary. We had reserved for last sitting at 9.30 pm and ordered our menu as soon as we booked. In LONDON we knew there was a slight delay so we called saying we will be late by 15 minutes & they confirmed that’s ok. We then called from Marseille airport twice and they reassured us that as long as we were there 10 to 22.00 pm we would be ok. We got in at 9.47 pm but to our astonishment both the woman at the reception refused to seat us. We explained we had called them 3 times & we had booked to stay the night just for the restaurant & one of them blatantly said ‘I am the restaurant & I will not even ask in the kitchen if they will serve you’.. Simply rude & disrespectful. We would not have called 3 times if we hadn’t been told each time that we would be seated. It was horrible to be treated with such disdain !! Then in the bistro we were served one of the worst squid dish ever… we could not chew on it.. VERY DISAPPOINTING experience.

11/09/2024: La bouillabaisse revisitée de M. PASSEDAT est un régal autant visuel que pour les papilles, un vrai festival de saveurs et tout cela dans un cadre merveilleux. Pour autant nous avons constaté quelques bémols concernant le service servi bien trop précipitamment qu'il à fallu ralentir, un personnel terne, triste, sans interaction avec la clientèle sans parler de leur tenue vieillotte, usée limite propre non digne du standing d'un restaurant 3 étoiles et enfin l'état du plafond de la salle de restaurant qui a du subir un dégât des eaux et qui en résulte de grosses auréoles jaunâtres ce qui laisse à désirer dans un lieu comme celui-ci. Nous déplorons aussi que M. PASSEDAT ne se présente pas alors qu'il était présent dans l'établissement.

17/09/2024: Service too long 1 hour wait to be served drink included. I asked for vegetable spring rolls, I was served chicken spring rolls even though I don't eat meat. I noticed this after the 2nd spring roll I ate… the sushi is good but without + I expected better Personally, you can find this type of sushi everywhere..

08/09/2024: Disastrous service, we ordered a starter and a main dish. The starter arrived, but apparently if you don't ask for the main dish to be brought to you you can wait there for hours without anyone asking you, we waited more than an hour and when we asked they told us that we had not told them if we were finished (when we had been more for an hour without eating) and the next dish was not yet made. The very rude waiter laughed in our face when we asked for the bill, and charged us 7 euros for a bottle of water. Very bad attention, don't go.

29/08/2024: A very nice place and very good quality of food. Very suitable quality, quantity and price. We left very happy, we will repeat!!!
