16/11/2025: We had a drink on the terrace at this bar. The terrace is very pleasant, with a magnificent view of Marseille, and it's very quiet.
The service was a little slow, however, despite it being very quiet when we went.
The non-alcoholic cocktails we ordered were excellent!
15/11/2025: We shared lunch at Captain Bar.
The view is incredible, but that doesn't justify such prices.
€25 for a club sandwich and €9 for a Coke.
The dessert platter is generous, but they all taste the same :-)
The service is mediocre.
And the coffee doesn't even come with a little snack… what a shame.
A mixed experience.

17/08/2024: Le personnel est très antipathique. Le wc était très sale, le restaurant n’a pas l’air propre du tout.
Tourist trap. Cher pour ce que c’est. On ne conseille pas du tout.
17/08/2024: Génial, personnel au top, vue superbe, tarifs corrects ... un endroit sympa dont l'adresse est à garder ! Pour boire un verre ou manger une crêpe, sur le vieux port.

03/08/2024: I go there alone for coffee and sometimes with clients for a 100% local aperitif. Pleasant terrace, interior worthy of a real bar, unlike all these places that have become sanitized and decorated with IKEA. Try the Panisses and Gambetta syrup!

01/10/2024: I'm not going to comment on cooking, which I'll never try, because missing a latte or choosing the wrong coffee is a first for me. A coffee with a foul taste for my part that I couldn't drink this morning, the taste is indescribable, it's so bad. I hope that this nice little place can improve all that.
13/09/2024: We are tourists in the area and just fancied a wee bite to eat. Found this lovely wee cafe..perfect! Bagel with chicken and pesto and one with chicken and curry sauce..all home made and delicious..even down to salad dressing. Washed down with a bottle of Corsican beer. A lucky find indeed. Perfect English spoken too.

31/08/2024: An unpleasant waiter, we're not seated before he asks us what we want to drink. two smoothies served without ice and hot... Served by holding the glass from the top with black nails like a mechanic. we ask him for sugar he brings us sugar. There are two of us so we ask him for another one and he tells us that he only has that. A sugar-free bar. And all this for 10 euros. Run away. How can we do this job when we are so unlikeable. Let him stay diving

The quality of the food is excellent, and all this for a very very reasonable price. We have been coming regularly for years and have never been disappointed with anything. 11/08/2024: Un super resto. Philou et Pinpin en salle sont aux petits soins pour leurs convives et avec humour. La cuisine est d'un très bon niveau et en quantité. Nous y sommes allés plusieurs 4 ou 5 fois en août et n'avons jamais été déçu !!

15/07/2024: We enjoyed the starters (Fermières salads). The tartare was good, but lacked seasoning (herbs, shallots, etc.) and the rice for the paella was really overcooked and not evenly seasoned (white rice and yellow rice) so poorly mixed. On the other hand, the desserts were great 👍and the staff is quality, very pleasant and smiling!
