15/03/2026: Well, I'm all for it! Finally, a good crêperie where you can eat quality food. The savory galettes are really delicious! You can taste the freshness of the ingredients. Plus, there's a really wide selection of desserts, all equally good. Special mention to the chocolate profiteroles, which are absolutely divine! Perfect if you're in the area and feeling a bit peckish.

29/01/2026: And here's a restaurant just the way we like it. You push open the door and the owner welcomes you like you're in the South of France. No need to ask for the menu; the owner, as always, will charm you like Alphonse Daudet recounting his Letters from His Windmill. Because when it comes to windmills, he knows his stuff! And let me tell you about his cooking, his beef, his pork, or his local poultry. And what's more, he knows a thing or two about cocktails, the rascal. After the duck hash, the hand-cut steak tartare, and the slow-cooked Norman chicken, the wine cellar makes an appearance at your table. We end with the owner's smile and tell ourselves we'll be back very soon. Thank you, Boss.

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome, and I was delighted to see Stéphane Carbone make my son his VIP guest for the day. It was an exceptional gesture, especially considering my son was just a little boy about to experience fine cuisine. There was so much emotion, so much attention, so much delicacy, and a genuine passion for sharing his taste for excellence, as he sat watching the kitchen brigade at work. Beyond simply being in an exceptional restaurant, we met a chef with a big heart and boundless kindness. A truly remarkable man who undoubtedly made this moment unforgettable, as my son clearly understood the special attention he received. I highly recommend experiencing this exceptional restaurant, knowing that its host is a man of true human values.
