29/10/2024: En séjour à l'hotel Ibis situé à 30 m, nous avions réservé pour diner . Bonne idée à voir l'affluence des convives - toujours un bon signe - . Accueil courtois et souriant , service rapide, salle agréable, fonctionnelle , pas de réelle âme mais au vu du local normal . La cuisine parfaite au vu des prix . Une addition plus que correcte . N'hésitez pas !

25/09/2024: Very good cuisine with quality products. We were very well received. The team took great care of our dog who accompanied us (quiet corner and water bowl). If you are passing through Saint Flour, don't hesitate, you will be delighted!

12/01/2025: This charming Logis is located in a small village about five minutes from the A75 motorway, so an excellent stopover. There are only seven rooms in the main building - all are spacious and well equipped, warm and quiet. The hotel welcome is very friendly. Wifi is free and works well. Tea and coffee in the rooms but limited choice of tea and no milk. No fridge or safe. Very comfy beds with a choice of pillows. Baths available in rooms (best to ask). Probably best to eat here too, but no worries as the dinner is excellent - some of the best beef I have had in a while. Good menu choices, all well prepared, and a perfectly adequate wine list (glass, carafe or bottle). Breakfast is fine, but no hot food or toast. I was really pleased to have chosen this venue for an overnight stay.

30/12/2024: Repas exceptionnel. Tout est fait maison. Service parfait. C est la troisième fois que nous faisons un détour pour venir dans cette auberge. Rapport qualité -prix au top.

24/10/2024: We visited this summer. And it was a real pleasure to stay in this gîte. The owners are very kind and gave us a very warm welcome. The homemade meal was a treat and the chestnut/apple kir humm! We met some great people there while participating in the pétanque game where we had a great time. I recommend this peaceful and warm place! We will return with pleasure The little ones!😆 The Alvarez family

22/09/2024: Sympathique petit restaurant de pays. La truffade y est excellente et tellement bien servie que la restauratrice nous a proposé d'emporter le reste. Accueil chaleureux et produits du terroir pour une cuisine simple mais savoureuse.

31/08/2024: Sympathique restaurant, sans chichi, à proximité du lac de Lastiouilles. Cartes avec spécialités auvergnates : truffade, tarte au st nectaire, pounti… le tout pour des prix très raisonnables et de belles portions.

17/09/2024: For us, this small, rustic hotel with a restaurant in this manageable rural town was a relief from our previous stay in the city. It is close to our destination “Viaduc Garabit Eiffel” so we could see it during the day and then in the evening with lighting.

15/12/2024: While passing through Saint-Flour, we discovered this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. Neat and refined cuisine. Beautiful presentation of plates, and most important, good quality of products and original recipes which seduced our taste buds.

25/11/2024: Un très bon repas Chez Geneviève qui semble être une valeur sûre à St Flour ; service sympathique, plats roboratifs et bien présentés ; on espère revenir dans cette ambiance très chaleureuse.

20/11/2025: Arrived at 12:15, ordered the daily special 5 minutes later... after 40 minutes we were told the tablet hadn't worked and there were no more daily specials... They offered us sausage and aligot... why not, let's go... 10 minutes later there were no more sausages... But if you want it quick, take the stuffed cabbage... Sorry, but we know... so steak and fries... We ordered coffees... We went to the till... And so we went from a €15 per person daily special to a bill of over €30 per person, and they didn't even offer us the coffees... It's truly appalling...
