22/09/2024: Sympathique petit restaurant de pays. La truffade y est excellente et tellement bien servie que la restauratrice nous a proposé d'emporter le reste. Accueil chaleureux et produits du terroir pour une cuisine simple mais savoureuse.

31/08/2024: Sympathique restaurant, sans chichi, à proximité du lac de Lastiouilles. Cartes avec spécialités auvergnates : truffade, tarte au st nectaire, pounti… le tout pour des prix très raisonnables et de belles portions.

05/09/2024: We had lunch in this restaurant which offers a lentil salad but be careful it's not just lentils but a mixture with bulgur. Intolerant to gluten, I chose this dish because of this intolerance and I couldn't eat this salad. I reported this to the waiter who offered nothing else. This lack of information on the map is very negligent. So I didn't eat, paid for my meal and was simply offered a coffee.

14/09/2024: Tout simplement super. Une cuisine authentique et généreuse. Trouver dans le même restaurant des pieds de cochons, des tripoux, des ris de veau, rognons est tout simplement inimaginable. Et qu'en supplément ils soient si bien cuisinés le rend exceptionnel.

02/09/2024: Sur la route des vacances, un arrêt O'2 potes au feu après avoir essuyé un refus au restaurant précédent qui était fermé. Et bien pas déçu du tout : des plats très copieux (nous avions pris plat et dessert et nous étions calés) et goûteux (bon onglet avec frites maison), du frais et bon En plus bon accueil avec une patronne serveuse qui manie l'humour avec entrain A refaire un arrêt une prochaine fois

17/08/2024: We stopped here for a sun break and we were not disappointed 👍🏻 Although it was busy, we were greeted by helpful and cheerful staff. This establishment is not intended to win stars, but the food is good, plentiful and quite inexpensive. There is ample free parking and spaces reserved for disabled people. There is a large covered room and space on the terrace as well as a bar. FYI; you can also rent studios here. You want to make a stopover on your vacation route... I recommend this establishment. PS: I gave it 4 for the cuisine, the service and the atmosphere, but an overall score of 5 because I really enjoyed this stop here and the service for an establishment of this category is very correct.

01/09/2024: Nous avons passé un très agréable moment pour un déjeuner en famille. Très bon accueil, service attentionné, repas délicieux et copieux. Nous avons apprécié le menu complet à 35 € (bon rapport qualité/prix) Le restaurant est très bien situé. C'est une adresse que nous retenons pour un prochain séjour dans le Cantal et que nous recommandons vivement.

10/09/2024: The dishes are rather simple but are good. The only small (or big) downside is the heavy atmosphere that can be found in this restaurant. The waiters seem exhausted and this is understandable, when we hear the person who must be the boss yelling at them in a rather humiliating way in the kitchen as we pass in front of the door I can tell them understand... It makes you uncomfortable... It's a shame because this restaurant has potential...

11/08/2024: Belle terrasse et bonne cuisine. Cependant, la viande était un peu dur et le maître d hôtel n a pas été très accueillant. Nous avons beaucoup attendu avant de passer notre commande et nous avons dû réclamer les amuse-bouches. Le plateau de fromages n est pas tres fourni. Par contre, l équipe de jeunes serveurs était dynamique et souriante.

Unfortunately, they are bad, the dough is difficult to cut and it has no taste. If you can't see, you don't know what you're eating. Too bad because the waiters and waitresses are quite nice. In addition, the boss never pays his regulars a drink even though he tells them when one time, a couple who come often bought him a drink, he said to them "Ah that's nice, next time, it's 'I'm the one who pays!' It was in January 2022.... And more than 2 years later, they are still waiting. Fortunately they pay for their drinks otherwise, they could wait like others for the boss to keep his word... But in the region, they promise but nothing... It's a shame and there too doesn't make you want to go there. Me, I don't go there a lot and I continue to see regulars but I have never heard the boss say that he pays for it or when he says it, in any case, he doesn't do it even for almost 3 years after... Commerce...
