04/11/2024: We come here for lunch. It's nice, the appetizer buffet is tasty and the dishes are yummy and served quickly at a very nice lunch menu. You have a choice of 2 main dishes to choose from in the menu (and she can also make you something else if you ask nicely). Now you know why we often come back.

19/08/2024: Quiet hotel a little away from Ars, near the forest so ideal for us with our 2 dogs. But with a bike that you can rent on site you can easily get to the flagship whale beaches, Loix, Ars, St Martin, salt tide....we prefer this calmer, wilder side of the island. Clean hotel rooms facing flowered park with easy access to the swimming pool to relax. But also breakfast, evening meal, very very good “everything is homemade” at a reasonable price. We confirm very good stay

16/08/2024: I just spent my vacation in room 14 and it was perfect. The bedding is very comfortable, my wife and I slept like babies. The swimming pool is very clean and well maintained, the exterior pleasant and nicely decorated. The dishes offered at the restaurant are very good and very varied. And finally, the staff is very kind and takes great care to ensure that our vacation goes very well. I highly recommend this establishment, ideally placed to discover the island, it is a sure value.

04/09/2024: Nous avons déjeuné d’un dos de cabillaud très bon et d’une bonne bière locale. L’accueil et le service étant tout à fait correct. Pour 50€, c’était très bien et suffisant avant d’aller faire une petit croisière! Les toilettes sont propres. Donc c’était finalement très bien !

29/10/2024: Nous étions 2 adultes avec un jeune enfant, les personnes qui se sont installées bien après nous ont fini leur plat alors que nous n’étions pas encore servis... Attente interminable (30 minutes pour avoir la carte et 45 minutes pour avoir nos galettes), et une partie des commandes n’a jamais été servie (assiette de frites et assiette de salade). Les galettes sont bien garnies mais la pâte n’est pas très bonne, et les crêpes dessert ne sont pas très bonnes non plus (pâte très épaisse et crêpes pas cuites). Une expérience pas très concluante…

01/10/2024: Endroit accueillant,le personnel est souriant et disponible. Très bonne cuisine ,belle présentation des plats, Nous y sommes retournés plusieurs fois pour dîner et déjeuner et jamais déçu. Bravo à tous .

07/09/2024: This highway area should absolutely be avoided. The tables are not cleaned and people parade on dirty tables, knowing that we arrived at 1:45 p.m. The tables were wet outside and it was the customers who dried them to sit down. What can we say about the toilets, a disaster. The smell is already noticeable from the coffee machines which are not cleaned (coffee deposit on the bottom filter and multitudes of other deposits). Back to the toilet, the smell is even more pronounced upon entering. The empty soap dispensers with, for a bit of a laugh, a sign “against covid, wash your hands several times”. Last shocking detail, in the shop there is a self-service bread basket. So zero points for food hygiene. Beyond the negative observations, this message is intended for the operators of the area so that they can consider hiring a person who would take care of the cleanliness of the premises full time because there is a lot to do, because the salespeople have other missions .........

05/08/2024: Excellent food and service. Perfect stop and they work so hard and with ease. Amazing.

28/06/2024: Entrecôtes requested rare, received blue. They go back to the kitchen and come back perfectly cooked. Lots of trash in mine. In short, not the expected pleasure, disappointed. The fries, on the other hand, were perfect, not browned at all, just golden brown. Nice atmosphere.

30/04/2024: Very unpleasant reception on a Friday at 6:30 p.m. Empty room, but it was difficult to find a table for 2! After promising not to stay too long, the manager accepts and serves us a tasteless spritz with lots of ice...We returned to the street around 8 p.m. and it was still just as...empty! 12/09/2024: Nous avons passé quelques jours à l’île de ré.Très bon restaurant,plats très bien cuisinés,accueil très agréable,avec le sourire,nous y avons déjeuné deux fois. Nous y reviendrons.A recommander.

12/09/2024: Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, als Vorspeise, Austern und Rilettes de Sardines als Hauptspeise, Tartare de Beuf sowie gegrillten Octopus als Tagesgericht nicht auf der Karte. Dazu einen Rosé. Die Nachspeisen waren ebenfalls vorzüglich, nun zum Punkte Abzug: schlecht gelauntes, unfreundliches und sehr langsames Personal.

05/09/2024: We chose the Eglade of mussels, accompanied by a plate of half a dozen oysters. Everything is perfect. We are very well received, we chat, we feel at home. We are explained the principle of cooking églade, quite an art. People who don't like the place are worthless people who don't know how to appreciate authentic and simple things.

24/08/2024: Exceptional meal with products from this family of producers! Excellent menus served with drinks included at lunchtime in a simple, authentic setting. Only happiness <3 A welcome as we like them 👍 To do again on our next visit to the island!
