15/05/2026: Why is this restaurant almost full while its neighbors are half empty? Don't be fooled: the servers are very friendly and the salads are simply exceptional. On the downside (victims of their own success), by the end of service, there was no more bread or dessert options. But frankly, I enjoyed my meal so much that it doesn't warrant taking away a star! Note: Remember to make a reservation. The restaurant only has outdoor seating, but it's sheltered under a completely waterproof tent in case of rain.

29/05/2026: A premium welcome for Corsicans, but for the French, you'll have to come back another time (or maybe not...). No special attention whatsoever, despite a reservation for a birthday. A completely overwhelmed waitress who didn't know her menu and, what's more, criticized what we ordered ("that's for the French..."). She practically threw the appetizers onto the table. Seeing a 4-5 cm cockroach inside the restaurant, we decided to change tables and move to the terrace, which irritated the waitress. The digestif (in this case, myrtle liqueur) is only offered if you're a local, so put on your best accent to earn one... The meal itself was fine, the dishes were good. Ultimately, the value for money isn't there; there are better options elsewhere in Ajaccio. We usually go to other restaurants of the same standard; we wanted a change, and it was a mistake. We really felt a difference in treatment between the "locals" and others... let's remember, however, that the chef is English and he does a very good job.

09/05/2026: We had dinner there one evening and it was absolutely delicious! Another evening we wanted to eat on the beach and they prepared a wonderful charcuterie platter for us. They are helpful and very kind... We highly recommend it!! Plus, the value for money is fantastic.

09/05/2026: My partner and I stopped to enjoy a charcuterie and cheese board (mixed platter). It was the best we had during our entire stay in Corsica. Their products are incredibly good. I highly recommend it! You can also buy their products in their shop.

03/06/2026: Mediocre dinner, sewer stench in the alley, children running around like crazy with no one to call them back. The meat was strong-smelling and half-raw, and the appetizer was dull. The bill was high compared to the dinner.

18/02/2026: A memorable place, with a very effective decor and concept. The waiter is friendly, the waitress a little less so, but still professional. The menu is appealing, the charcuterie is decent, the brocciu crepe is equally good, the veal sauté with olives is pleasant, and the corn polenta is also acceptable. Overall, the food is good; the quality of the dishes is satisfactory, though not reaching the island's top standards, sometimes at the same price. It's definitely a place worth discovering.

19/05/2026: Set back from the street with its spectacular terrace and enormous rubber dome, the place is pleasant. The service was attentive and quite quick; we didn't have to wait. The aperitif was served promptly, and the courses arrived in quick succession. My partner found the fish excellent, while I opted for the Corsican menu. I enjoyed it, but I would have preferred prime cuts of lamb, as it was quite bony, even though the grilled flavor was delicious. We enjoyed the wine by the glass. Overall, we appreciated this unpretentious restaurant.

17/05/2026: We arrived by chance on a Monday evening, there were five of us. We were pleasantly surprised by the place, the food, and that memorable and generous fish soup! The waiter was also very kind. A small local digestif at the end of the meal would have been very welcome, however… In any case, I will definitely return on my next visit to Corsica. Don't hesitate for a second if you're passing through Ajaccio.

17/04/2026: While traveling in Corsica in April, I had booked a table by phone two weeks prior for a Friday evening. On the evening in question, the staff present were unable to locate my reservation, and the waiter kept looking at his list, saying, "No, I know this one, I know this one too..." I do not recommend this restaurant to non-Corsicans. We had a very pleasant evening at Chez Don Quichotte restaurant.

09/05/2026: Exceptional. We arrived very late for dinner, and despite the hour, they welcomed us very well. Excellent food, never had such a good meal. The best fillet steak we've ever tasted, and the lamb shank was delicious. Super satisfied, I highly recommend it. The staff was very kind and attentive to their customers. Thank you.

16/05/2026: After a long and tiring day, we found rest at the Mimo restaurant, where we received a warm welcome. The people who work there are very friendly. The chef made us an exceptional mayonnaise that perfectly complemented our fries. Thank you for this wonderful experience!
