24/01/2026: A small establishment without the fuss of Michelin-starred or Michelin-starred restaurants. The cuisine is very refined with a beautiful harmony of flavors. Everything is meticulously prepared and perfect. The amuse-bouche was succulent: a perfect egg that truly lived up to its name, accompanied by lovely flavors. Just one very minor point: the dentex was slightly overcooked, but beautifully presented. And let's not forget the chestnut flour gnocchi. The pre-desserts and desserts were simply divine.

16/01/2026: Another marvel! Perfect pairing of food and wine! You can feel the passion and love for the craft! Bravo! It's surprising this restaurant hasn't yet earned a Michelin star!

14/01/2026: On a business trip to Ajaccio from Paris, I stumbled upon this gem while browsing Google. The photo of the octopus caught my eye, the reviews were good, so I went for it! And we had a wonderful time in a lovely dining room. The service was discreet, attentive, soothing, and friendly—truly professional. The food was equally delicious, from the amuse-bouches to the desserts; everything was perfect, from the choice of ingredients to the seasonings and presentation. A great find that I highly recommend. Thank you for your professionalism; it was truly appreciated... (words of a professional).

08/10/2025: We ate there 2 weeks ago, excellent, so we're going back the next day, ditto. We say to ourselves that it's the euphoria of the holidays. . We're going back tonight...well the same. Simple menu but quality products with an incomparable touch from the chef, an address not to be missed

09/12/2025: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Huge hygiene problems, how can the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) and the health authorities tolerate this? Following the "restaurant owner's" response: I didn't know that hygiene training consisted of clearing the tableware, putting the trash in the bin, and then (without washing your hands) going to cut the cheese. I also didn't know that spilling more than 20 cm of food from a plate onto customers' clothes, without apologizing, was considered proper training. I also didn't know that threatening a customer after their comment was considered acceptable behavior.

07/11/2025: My friend and I stumbled upon this restaurant while wandering down an alley and we have absolutely no regrets about eating there. Everything was perfect for a lovely evening and a delicious meal. The servers were very pleasant and courteous, and the service was quick. The cuisine was local, excellent, and refined. The portion sizes were perfect for a full meal (we had the €20 set menu). The value for money was excellent! The drinks were also delicious and generously portioned. The dining room had a very traditional feel and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

16/09/2024: Juste parfait: de belles planches de très bonne charcuterie et fromages corses, des tapenades, et des desserts de haute volée (fait par un pâtissier local, du haut de gamme), le tout en terrasse, accompagné de bonnes boissons et d’un personnel attentif et sympa! À faire!

13/09/2024: Très agréable établissement. Accueil sympathique du patron Mr Doume et des serveurs. Excellente bières corse bien évidemment, Paolina blanche à l'immortelle, ou Ambrée,blonde,topissime. Accompagné de la charcuterie super fine et très bonne, de l'authenticité ,tout ce qu'on recherche. C'était notre première Année avec mon épouse et ce sera pas la dernière. 26/11/2024: Arriving by chance, we returned there before our departure. Establishment run by a couple, Mrs. in the kitchen, Mr. in the dining room. Small card on slate which ensures the freshness of the products. Everything is perfect and very well cooked. We really enjoyed the children's dishes. She adapts the dishes on the menu according to their desires. It's a change from the usual children's menus. Very good advice for wine too. We really enjoyed the discussions with this couple throughout the two meals. We are delighted to have spent these moments near the Port of Ajaccio. You can go there with your eyes closed

10/10/2025: The waiters are friendly and welcoming. The Corsican burger is excellent. The broccio cannelloni is generous and delicious. The music isn't very loud and the atmosphere is pleasant.

02/11/2025: The service was a disaster: rude, arrogant, and ignorant—at least they brought water for the dog (+1 star). Long wait times—not because of the food, but because of the service! The food was delicious. The ice cream for dessert (pistachio & coffee) was very bland—I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference with my eyes closed.
