16/09/2024: Juste parfait: de belles planches de très bonne charcuterie et fromages corses, des tapenades, et des desserts de haute volée (fait par un pâtissier local, du haut de gamme), le tout en terrasse, accompagné de bonnes boissons et d’un personnel attentif et sympa! À faire!

13/09/2024: Très agréable établissement. Accueil sympathique du patron Mr Doume et des serveurs. Excellente bières corse bien évidemment, Paolina blanche à l'immortelle, ou Ambrée,blonde,topissime. Accompagné de la charcuterie super fine et très bonne, de l'authenticité ,tout ce qu'on recherche. C'était notre première Année avec mon épouse et ce sera pas la dernière. 07/11/2025: My friend and I stumbled upon this restaurant while wandering down an alley and we have absolutely no regrets about eating there. Everything was perfect for a lovely evening and a delicious meal. The servers were very pleasant and courteous, and the service was quick. The cuisine was local, excellent, and refined. The portion sizes were perfect for a full meal (we had the €20 set menu). The value for money was excellent! The drinks were also delicious and generously portioned. The dining room had a very traditional feel and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

05/11/2024: Il n’y a aucune déception, comme à chaque passage, une nourriture de qualité avec des produits frais, une imagination dans la composition des plats, un personnel irréprochable. Je vous conseille donc de vous rendre à cette adresse, vous ne serez pas déçu. Un conseil réservez avant.

02/11/2024: Ce soir j'ai découvert, grâce à ma moitié, une belle adresse à Ajaccio, et j'ai envie de vous partager ce bel endroit ! Le Bistrot Gourmand est à peine visible dans une rue ... au Trottel ! L'accueil , les conseils et surtout ce qu'on a mangé était juste à tomber ! Les saveurs, la qualité des mets étaient au rdv ! Personnel très attentionné , merci pour votre professionnalisme. Si vous allez en Corse à Ajaccio, allez y les yeux fermés !

22/10/2024: Un accueil et un service aux petits soins, une décoration soignée... Que dire du repas ? Tout était PARFAIT! Du fait maison, avec des produits excellents, une vitrine à desserts plus beaux les uns que les autres. Vous ne déménageriez pas à Vienne ? 😉 Foncez y, une équipe qui mérite de réussir 🙏🏻

19/10/2024: Nous y sommes allés le vendredi soir comme à chaque fois que nous sommes sur l’île de beauté Un moment magique de bons plats des voix exceptionnelles une ambiance comme rarement dans les restaurants en fait de belles personnes et hier soir je pense anniversaire de Daniel qui a une voix qui vous met les frissons ainsi que ses garçons une soirée qui fait du bien merci 🙏 et on n oublie pas le serveur hyper professionnel merci à vous nous revenons vendredi prochain

13/09/2024: Un vendredi soir avec trop peu de monde dans ce restaurant qui vaut vraiment le coup ! La gentillesse du chef, son bon conseil pour le vin et la découverte des spaghettis à la Gitta (pâtes aux pattes d'araignée de mer) sans oublier l'entrée et les desserts, nous avons passé un tres bon moment.

12/09/2024: Restaurant parfait si vous souhaitez goûter la cuisine Corse. La terrasse est installée dans une petite ruelle. Ambiance romantique assurée. Le chef a l’écoute et de très bon conseil notamment pour le choix du vin. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. 35€ le grand plateau de charcuterie à partager. Les entrées approximativement 10€. Les plats sont aux alentours de 23€. Le service est rapide, efficace, très aimable. Les produits sont frais et régionaux. C’est vraiment une très belle découverte pour nous 2 qui cherchions un restaurant qui change des multiples pizzerias d’Ajaccio. Mention très spéciale pour la glace au limoncello!

20/09/2024: very very nice culinary experience a cuisine based on very beautiful products including rare things (grouper) and a magnificent combination based on Corsican cuisine. A big congratulations to the Chef, his brigade and the waitress in the dining room, who flits from table to table to ensure the same standard as the kitchen! to do again without any hesitation

23/09/2024: Excellent accueil dans ce restaurant choisi au hasard. Nous sommes arrivés dans l’aprem midi, et nous avons été agréablement surpris. La planche était excellent avec de beaux produits. Service attentionné et très agréable.

10/09/2024: Good cuisine but their specialty remains wine, moreover the high tables and high stools do not allow you to have a comfortable position for a meal. However, we are well received there! Wine lover => I recommend

18/10/2024: We tasted the ice cream and we enjoyed it. Unfortunately we didn't taste the desserts that we really wanted but we didn't have a fridge to store them. Damage.

02/09/2024: The pastries from Maison Filidori are excellent. We recommend the chocolate éclair, the Napoleon (a sort of frangipane turnover) and the strawberry tart. The service is impeccable. THANKS !
