16/03/2026: I stopped for lunch and couldn't resist the Green Waffle, which I saw being served at the next table… what a treat! The welcome was very warm and the service impeccable. During my meal, I saw a parade of dishes, each more appetizing than the last. The desserts look just as incredible. I'm sure I'll be back on my next trip to Ajaccio!

22/03/2026: We had a magical time at A Nepita. Everything was simply perfect, from start to finish. For lunch, the value for money is truly unbeatable, especially with such beautifully prepared seasonal ingredients. We absolutely loved the starter: crab ravioli with a divine lobster bisque. The fish of the day was cooked to perfection, flavorful, with impeccable vegetables. We paired it with a glass of Sant Armettu, which was a perfect match. And to finish on a high note: a Snickers-style brownie—a delight! Beyond the food, we loved the waitress's kindness and the opportunity to chat with the chef. It's this kind of attention that makes all the difference. In short, flawless. We'll definitely be back!

18/02/2026: A memorable place, with a very effective decor and concept. The waiter is friendly, the waitress a little less so, but still professional. The menu is appealing, the charcuterie is decent, the brocciu crepe is equally good, the veal sauté with olives is pleasant, and the corn polenta is also acceptable. Overall, the food is good; the quality of the dishes is satisfactory, though not reaching the island's top standards, sometimes at the same price. It's definitely a place worth discovering.

20/12/2025: A meal eaten one evening in December. We shared an entrecôte. The other diners were fine (nicely presented plates). The tomato and mozzarella salad had a bit too much oil, but the mozzarella was good. The Mustelle fish I ordered (I wasn't familiar with this fish) was very good, except that I got sick during the night, and then again the next day, and I'm not sure about the day after that. In short, I had food poisoning; the fish must not have been very fresh. If a restaurant owner has any doubt about the ingredients, they should remove the dish from the menu!

14/12/2025: Overall, I was disappointed with my evening. The restaurant was quite expensive for basic presentations, and the cooking was poorly executed. The olives were pitted from a jar, the salad was from a bag, and the dessert of the day wasn't homemade… yet I had been recommended this typical Corsican place.
