The chef presents his menus and then comes the difficulty of choice because we want to try everything! Local products and lovely cuisine, impeccable and friendly service, you quickly feel at home! 08/09/2024: Bowl salads...good and plentiful. And charcuterie plates. Simple but good...A Corsican atmosphere with good singers...and a family and friendly side...Which takes you throughout the Evening...I really strongly recommend...don't miss out on this restaurant

A big congratulations to the Chef, his brigade and the waitress in the dining room, who flits from table to table to ensure the same standard as the kitchen! to do again without any hesitation

16/09/2024: Juste parfait: de belles planches de très bonne charcuterie et fromages corses, des tapenades, et des desserts de haute volée (fait par un pâtissier local, du haut de gamme), le tout en terrasse, accompagné de bonnes boissons et d’un personnel attentif et sympa! À faire!

13/09/2024: Très agréable établissement. Accueil sympathique du patron Mr Doume et des serveurs. Excellente bières corse bien évidemment, Paolina blanche à l'immortelle, ou Ambrée,blonde,topissime. Accompagné de la charcuterie super fine et très bonne, de l'authenticité ,tout ce qu'on recherche. C'était notre première Année avec mon épouse et ce sera pas la dernière. 13/09/2024: Un vendredi soir avec trop peu de monde dans ce restaurant qui vaut vraiment le coup ! La gentillesse du chef, son bon conseil pour le vin et la découverte des spaghettis à la Gitta (pâtes aux pattes d'araignée de mer) sans oublier l'entrée et les desserts, nous avons passé un tres bon moment.

12/09/2024: Restaurant parfait si vous souhaitez goûter la cuisine Corse. La terrasse est installée dans une petite ruelle. Ambiance romantique assurée. Le chef a l’écoute et de très bon conseil notamment pour le choix du vin. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. 35€ le grand plateau de charcuterie à partager. Les entrées approximativement 10€. Les plats sont aux alentours de 23€. Le service est rapide, efficace, très aimable. Les produits sont frais et régionaux. C’est vraiment une très belle découverte pour nous 2 qui cherchions un restaurant qui change des multiples pizzerias d’Ajaccio. Mention très spéciale pour la glace au limoncello!

23/09/2024: Excellent accueil dans ce restaurant choisi au hasard. Nous sommes arrivés dans l’aprem midi, et nous avons été agréablement surpris. La planche était excellent avec de beaux produits. Service attentionné et très agréable.

17/09/2024: Service with 1 hour wait for order taking. Even with reservation. And they refuse to give us bread to wait. It's also not possible to order a starter even if you've been waiting for 1 hour. This is a mandatory menu. After an aperitif and a bottle of wine, we asked for an additional glass, we were served, without the possibility of choice, a glass which turned out to be from a hot cubis. Infected. We kindly return it by accepting! To pay for it, to order another. A glass of red will be better. The 19 year old young woman is upset that the wine is hot and shouts publicly that I am talking to her on the sly, to tell me that she will give me another glass and that way I will be very happy??! ^^ Um… you have to calm down. Catastrophic service and aggressiveness. Folklore address but poorly made. Not honest about quality

17/09/2024: Surprise invitation, we discover this atypical place without knowing what to expect. We loved the concept and the interior decorations. The service is all smiles and attentive, the meal is excellent from start to finish. And the addition is disconcerting. Menu for 42€, bottle of wine for 20€, really pleasantly surprised not to be taken for an imbecile as is starting to be too often the case. The only downside is the consistency of the dishes: it’s really too filling, especially the main course! They are crazy ;)) in short, flawless.

24/07/2024: Very good restaurant, the chef reinvents himself regularly, he creates surprising and delicious culinary combinations. Lots of local products. Being a "regular" I am never disappointed. Special mention to the server! In short, go there! without moderation or restraint....!

13/07/2024: Cuisine de qualité, pleine de saveurs et très raffinée pour des prix très corrects. Personnel aux petits soins. Situé au calme, dans un cadre chaleureux.

19/09/2024: Chance does things well... After a guided tour of Ajaccio, my husband, my dog ​​and I are looking for where to have dinner, knowing that we had not planned or looked for anything. A little research later, we arrived in this very small restaurant, a cozy and warm little setting. We ask if Toutou is admitted here. She is more than admitted there. She is welcomed there with a very pretty water bowl, full of water and ice cubes. 5 star service! Unable to choose between meat and fish, we choose the menu which contains both. Fortunately, because we would have missed incredible things if we had taken the "small" menu. From starter to dessert, it was a symphony of flavors. A subtle blend of originality and known tastes, delicious and comforting. I hate onions, this place made me eat them and appreciate them too! The mushroom starter was divine, the perfect egg (with lots of onions) excellent, the fish with forgotten vegetables of incredible finesse, the duck breast and purée exquisite, and the dessert... Both sweet and surprising, melting and crunchy. It was so good that it tasted like too little. The meal comes with bread and butter, on par with the rest. In short, it’s an address that deserves to be known. We loved it and will recommend it to all our friends. We'll come back!

20/08/2024: In Ajaccio for a wedding, we stayed at this hotel and I can say it was great! Very pleasant and helpful staff, nice rooms, great Roof top! Unfortunately we did not have time to try the swimming pool and the restaurant.
