The light of true enthusiasts, of those who know and respect. Each dish is perfect. Each pairing is deliberate. Nothing is showy, everything is mastered. A vibrant, rooted, subtle, and almost intimate cuisine. It's a trattoria, yes… but with the soul of a Michelin star. A star that the guide hasn't yet bestowed, but that you feel at every moment. 18/02/2026: A memorable place, with a very effective decor and concept. The waiter is friendly, the waitress a little less so, but still professional. The menu is appealing, the charcuterie is decent, the brocciu crepe is equally good, the veal sauté with olives is pleasant, and the corn polenta is also acceptable. Overall, the food is good; the quality of the dishes is satisfactory, though not reaching the island's top standards, sometimes at the same price. It's definitely a place worth discovering.

17/04/2026: While traveling in Corsica in April, I had booked a table by phone two weeks prior for a Friday evening. On the evening in question, the staff present were unable to locate my reservation, and the waiter kept looking at his list, saying, "No, I know this one, I know this one too..." I do not recommend this restaurant to non-Corsicans. We had a very pleasant evening at Chez Don Quichotte restaurant.
