31/03/2026: We've been going there every year for the past nine years at the end of October. And a few times more. We had the pleasure of returning just before receiving their Michelin star, wishing the team continued success! And they did. So we'll be back with pleasure, as usual, at the end of October. Always new flavors, discoveries, innovative presentation, always a feast for the eyes and the palate. The tobacco dessert was surprising, disconcerting, but definitely worth a visit!

29/03/2026: Spending three hours in this place was pure bliss. Everyone involved (chefs, servers, etc.), like musicians, played their part flawlessly. We were lucky to be seated right next to the counter where the chef was preparing her desserts. Everything was perfect. Best wishes for the future. I can't wait to go back and discover a new seasonal menu.

22/03/2026: A little gem discovered last night!! From the unique, old-fashioned setting to the warm hospitality and professionalism of the owner, the food is delicious and high quality. A real treat! And the prices are very reasonable. It's excellent, and we'll be back very soon.

21/03/2026: A little hidden gem on Rue d'Auxonne where I've become a regular as soon as the sun comes out. The garden is lovely and the decor is tasteful. The welcome is always warm and the food delicious.

08/03/2026: A wonderful discovery right in the heart of Dijon. The name "Pourquoi Pas" alone makes you want to go in, and we weren't disappointed. The owner is incredibly friendly and takes the time to explain the dishes and wines. The food was delicious and the atmosphere very pleasant. A nice touch: they offered me a doggy bag to take home what I hadn't finished. An excellent place that I highly recommend. We'll gladly return.

12/03/2026: A fantastic welcome! We had wonderful conversations with the owner, who knows his wines and dishes inside and out. His wife cooks, and he introduces us to the different Burgundy wines and offers tastings. The art of fine dining and delicious food! Thank you! 😍 I highly recommend it.

02/03/2026: Dining here was an overall positive experience: the food was good, and the manager, who served, was truly pleasant and friendly. The only negatives were the portions, which were a bit small for the price of the dish (a main course alone isn't enough to fill you up; it's better to order the appetizer, main course, and dessert menu, even if it's a bit more expensive), and the fact that the downstairs dining room was quite damp and therefore smelly. The upstairs dining room, on the other hand, was very nice and welcoming, but we arrived late and there was no room. In any case, the owner accommodated us as best he could; I can't say it's a restaurant to avoid; in fact, if you have the opportunity to eat upstairs, it's certainly a pleasant experience.

22/03/2026: A very disappointing experience on Saturday, March 21, 2026. We ordered seven courses (there were seven of us). Six courses were served. An oversight, perhaps, in the heat of the moment, which is understandable. What we found much harder to understand was that we had to wait over an hour for the missing course to arrive! And to top it all off, there was no menu displayed outside, no printed menu inside, no digital menu, and no wine list. An experience we will not be repeating.
