A truly delightful experience, one we'll be repeating very soon. And to all lovers of fine dining, head to Dijon and visit this magnificent restaurant – it will enchant you.
01/03/2026: A warm welcome, an atmosphere that was both elegant and convivial, attentive staff, and helpful advice throughout the evening.
The dishes were simply delicious; each bite was an explosion of flavors from the amuse-bouche to dessert.
We left the restaurant delighted and eager to return. A must-visit!

The dishes are refined and beautifully presented.
The portions are just right.
I wasn't disappointed once again and enjoyed my return visit.

30/11/2025: Very disappointed! Calf's head served with one slice, one potato, and one carrot! The quenelle was very bland and swimming in a lobster bisque dish that was watered down! And don't bother looking for the red and black checkered tablecloths; they're only in the photo! This is nothing like a traditional Lyonnais bistro!

08/03/2026: A wonderful discovery right in the heart of Dijon. The name "Pourquoi Pas" alone makes you want to go in, and we weren't disappointed.
The owner is incredibly friendly and takes the time to explain the dishes and wines.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere very pleasant. A nice touch: they offered me a doggy bag to take home what I hadn't finished.
An excellent place that I highly recommend. We'll gladly return.
05/03/2026: Everything was perfect! The menu was delicious, and the chef delighted us from the amuse-bouche to dessert. A word of warning for those with a sweet tooth like me: the portions are generous.
