25/09/2026: Overall the seafood dish stands out .. but the main course which was the beef was a disaster - chewy and we didn’t finish this. The pacing for every dish was too long as well .. took us 4-5 hours to finish the dinner.

15/09/2026: Excellent traditional Breton crêperie. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly. Excellent value for money, a wide variety of crêpes, and the option to create your own. Perhaps the only slight "drawback" would be the occasional wait for service. We returned again this year (as we do every year during our annual stay in Quimper). This time, at the beginning of September for lunch (fewer people, therefore more available), as always a real treat: the daily special, dessert for Madame, a shellfish crêpe with Armorican sauce, and a Zephic crêpe for dessert. The setting is typical, in the veranda. The staff and the owner are as professional and friendly as ever. A well-deserved holiday to the whole team. Congratulations again! It's a real pleasure, among other things, to return to your establishment every year. Isabelle, Thierry But it's simply a matter of being victims of their own success, the food is so excellent, and after all, holidaymakers have plenty of time to enjoy the typical Breton setting, the kindness of the waitresses, the owner, and the gentleman who helps make the crêpes. Exceptional. Personally, during a 15-day stay in Quimper, I had the great pleasure of returning three times. A thousand thanks to the owner, and of course to her entire wonderful team. 02/09/2026: Excellent welcome and service. The crepes are affordable and generous, with a wide selection. Special mention for the grated apple and salted caramel crepe – the best dessert crepe I've ever had.

15/08/2026: A superb discovery not to be missed. In a peaceful setting, this charming restaurant serves delicious homemade dishes made with fresh, organic, and local ingredients. The set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) is offered at the unbeatable price of €17. Go for it without hesitation!

15/08/2026: A self-taught cook, You go there without knowing what you're going to eat. Laura always whips up delicious dishes from appetizer to dessert. A small adjoining grocery store with local products. Not to mention fresh local bread.

26/09/2026: A charming and welcoming place. Fast and attentive service. Excellent crepes and local beers. The desserts are exceptional, especially the pear ice cream sundae with local seaweed liqueur. Excellent value.

22/09/2026: A very well-coordinated team. The crêpes are delicious. I had a crêpe with scallops. Simply divine. The salad is varied and attractively garnished. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine.

27/09/2026: This restaurant is dog-friendly, offers a very warm welcome, delicious crepes, and a magnificent view (especially at high tide). They don't accept restaurant cards on weekends.

27/09/2026: Exceptional value for money. Homemade products, you leave with a full stomach, and the waitresses are unique and professional. I highly recommend it.

04/10/2026: We had a wonderful time at Hippopotamus with our family! The food was delicious, the service efficient, and above all, the atmosphere was fantastic, making us want to come back. Special mention goes to our waitress, who was incredibly friendly, pleasant, and attentive. You could really tell she loves her job and enjoys welcoming and making customers happy. This kind of attitude makes all the difference in a restaurant experience.

26/09/2026: A slight cooking issue with a hanger steak. But they need to learn to choose the cut based on the cooking method. It's up to the chef to do his job properly.
